Ice machine on first floor had been removed.Ice machine on 2nd floor broken.Clerk on duty didn’t know this.The only working ice machine was on 5th floor. Had to ask for trash can to be emptied and towels replaced.

The room/bathroom was dirty. The top blanket was dirty so I used my coat as a blanket. The shower has hair, an eye lash and a smudge of some unknown stuff on the shower wall. The bathroom floor had blond hair. I’m a brunette. I was uncomfortable there the entire time due to the uncleanliness. The entire hotel is out dated and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. I regret booking a stay there!

This was the highest member rated property in the area and to be honest I was a bit skeptical about the surrounding area, but it was top notch. Very nice property. Looks updates inside. Very comfortable shower. The surrounding area wasn’t bad at all with a pretty fancy restaurant right next door. We were very comfortable here.

Room was nice, but somewhere nearby was the ice machine and it was sooo loud along with the very rude people who think because they are up at 6, everyone else is too. The bed made both my husband and I’s backs hurt. Clean and comfortable size.

Stay was ok. Clean and friendly enough staff. Breakfast is ok, did get better after the first morning. But, the worst was the bed. I do not remember the last one being a board, but this one was. We woke with sore hips and backs every morning. And queen beds have shrunk…no way our “queen” was a queen. Definitely paid for a double board.

The room was great, clean with an amazing shower. Our overall stay was terrible for the two nights we were there. There was loud fighting in the room next to us that went on for a long time and when we reported it to the front desk they had to call the police to deal with it. At night, kids were literally running back and forth in the hallway. On our second night there was a malfunction of the fire alarm and it went off for nearly two hours from 1 to 3 AM. The clientele or guests were rough—cursing in public, loud talking and people coming down to the common area for breakfast in pajamas. It was not a restful stay. On the morning of check out, the housekeeping staff hung outside our door talking when we were not ready to get up and leave the room (before 9:30 am). This is not what we would expect from a Hampton Inn.

The Hotel was amazing as always. When I travel to the area, a room is most likely available. This time was Memorial Day weekend and they did not have two days available in a row. Had to book another hotel. The room wmand bathroom is always clean. The only thing rated low was the mattress was a little uncomfortable with a dip. Other than that, it was an excellent stay and would recommend.

The representative at guest check in, Duane. He was amazing. We had a horrible time at our original hotel. They had overbooked and sent us to a hotel next to them. This one had no rooms, then they did. Then they were comped and then they werent. I went on expedia and found this hotel. Upon arrival we were frustrated and defeated. The construction apperance wasnt helping. Duane greeted us and was hands down the best. He reassured us. He was exactly what we needed in that moment. He couldnt believe what happened. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and poliet. The hotel was clean. Even though the pool was under construction it was still a great stay. I would definitely rebook here. Duane needs raise or a promotion. He made my weekend so much better.

The staff is amazing. Alvin, check-in night registration Ms. Felicia morning check-out registration absolutely professional and nice. Ms. Colleen- breakfast Service- super sweet, helpful and kind and Ms. Polly- housekeeping service, super nice. My late reservation was made quickly and easy and from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Our stay was great- the only suggestion I have - or concerns ( the mattress was not as comfortable as I would have expected) everything else. Great! I will most definitely be back !

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast each more was well stocked and the woman who prepared it on the days we were there is super friendly and talks with everyone in the area. She is a superstar. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the workout center.

The motel was hard to find the way it is off the road in the back, but did keep from having traffic around motel. The breakfast was good, but would be better with real strawberries in syrup like the Fairfield Inn has. Pool area was humid and warm, but water was cold. A hot tub spa would have been nice. Room was clean, but there is hair on the ceiling in the bathroom in room 306. Not mine!

Traveled with two small kids. The best location to stay if your visiting Jamestown, Yorktown and Colonial Williamsburg. Easy access to higway. Gas station and krogers within the walking distance, as well as other shops/restaurants. Hotel & room are clean, breakfast is excellent. 10/10

This a really good Hampton Inn in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by and 30 seconds off the interstate but you would not know it. We went up to visit our daughter for Thanksgiving who is stationed up there. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were really kind and helpful (particularly Felicia). We requested connecting rooms and they were kind enough to give us two adjoining rooms that were connected to each other (other hotels hadn't been able to fulfill our request). The breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and smelled good. We used the indoor pool and the gym. The price was quite reasonable.
