I had to wait for a long time at the front desk while the clerk did something on her computer before I could check in. The elevator was about the size of a closet. We could barely fit two people and two suitcases in it, and the elevator button didn't light up to show you had pressed it. Our first room had a faulty thermostat, so even though it was set at 68, the actual ltemperature in the room was 75. I partially opened a window, only to discover there were no screens to keep bugs out. We complained about the room temperature and were moved to a different room. Our second room was cooler but it had three light switches, only one of which turned a light on. The rooms had manufactured wood flooring rather than carpeting. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and inexpensive.

Check in was very easy and front desk was very helpful. Our toilet was broken but they had no other rooms available for us to move into. They did provide us a plunger but luckily we were just there for a show at the rave so only used the hotel to sleep for a few hours. We did pay for their parking and noticed a couple of the Hyundais were broken into. Glass all over. Luckily our vehicle was not touched.

Stayed here for a couple nights to see a show at the Rave Eagle which is a 5 minute walk. Online check-in and online option to pay for parking at a 50% discounted rate was efficient. The lobby and guest corridors smelled like smoke/wet dog and need an update. The room looked like it has been renovated yet a bit dirty. 2 Queen bed room size spacious. They offer a complimentary shuttle to downtown Milwaukee which was great! Shuttle leaves from Ambassador. There is only

The property itself was a bit dated and the bathroom was very small. It does provide complimentary breakfast and shuttle services within a few miles of the hotel. The shuttle service was excellent and saved a lot in Uber costs. The evening driver and daytime front desk at checkout were very welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made my short trip even better. Thank you, they certainly deserve some kudos!!

Our floors in our room were disgusting when we first walked in. Crumbs all over the floor, bathroom floor still had a lot of hair on it, and It looks like they didn’t even clean our room. The floor was sticky and grimy and you can see footprints. Not to mention, it was stuffy in here because the ac wasn’t turned on. My boyfriend said the towels were not good either. They didn’t dry him off good.

The smell of smoke on the 3rd floor was awful!! My clothes from a one night stay absolutely stunk as i washed all my clothes (clean and dirty) immediately when i returned home. The tub was not cleaned. There was a partially used 1 oz Beekman lotion on the bathroom counter. I love Beekman products however but did not want to "share" the body lotion. There were lots of doors being slammed on our floor throughout the day and evening!

The bathroom was not very clean. The floor looked very dirty and the tub had hair all over it. The front desk to me is not very inviting when you walk in. We were not greeted and they stared at us until I said I have reservations. No hello, welcome to the Ramada how may we assist you? Nothing. Just stares until I spoke which to me is odd. The elevator is take at your own risk, heard a few patrons say it did not always work. The stay was good enough to sleep a night. But I will not come here again.

Website says free parking. Had to pay $20 to park in a lot of free parking on the street. Carpet in the halls and stairs was dirty and stained. The toilet was plugged which must be a long term problem because there was a plunger in the room which we had to use after every bathroom visit. There was a big yellow ring around the bath tub. Floor in elevator and around elevator was dirty. Neighborhood was not too good. The price is way to high for the quality of the hotel. The floor in the room squeaked when walking on them. Limited TV channels. I would not recommend to anyone.

Definitely a run down hotel but rooms were ok for the price, some minor repairs would definitely make me not question the cleanliness. Cleaning staff was friendly/helpful. Vent in bathroom was crazy clogged with dust and 1 lamp didn't work. Breakfast was ok, limited options could have used some fresh fruit or something and access to water would have been nice. Wasn't notified at check-in that parking was $20 that would have been nice to know. Shuttle service across the street was awesome, really nice guy and went so smoothly getting to Fiserv.

My main complaint is that it seemed someone smoked in their room and when I checked in, the entire floor reeked of smoke. The smell permeated to my room and it was just really bad. The following morning the smell was still heavily present and I decided to cut my 2 night stay short. To the staff credit, by the afternoon the smell of smoke was less overwhelming but at that time I had found a way better option in downtown. I recognize it is not the staff fault. I also get that did isn’t a luxury hotel, though it was fairly overpriced for what it offered. It just made the little time I spent there rather uncomfortable.

We liked how easy it was to travel to Brewers stadium and back. Not happy as to the air conditioner did not cool the room. We could only set at 68 and it was not blowing cool air at all.

I didn’t like that the parking lot was across the street from the hotel and parking cost me $20.00 extra. When I arrived, three hours after the 4:00 pm check in time my room was as warm inside as it was outside. The TV didn’t work and the Wi-fi password was incorrect. After a long day on the road it was not fun to spend another hour or so getting all these issues straightened out.

It did the job. I was given a room on the second floor above an area with lots of activity, and next to the gym. The walls and floors are super thin and I was barely able to sleep both nights. They siphon everything (wifi, food, coffee) off the hotel across the street which is probably a better place to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and neat. Room could use a little more detail to cleaning but was not so bad as to not come back. TV situation was terrible. Apple TV hooked up with other peoples accounts logged in. No local channels. Very had to navigate.

Beds were comfortable. Central air was quiet and held the temperature well, I never had to adjust it. But I could hear hallway noises if I didn't use my white noise machine. I was concerned about it, but nobody was especially noisy so it was a non issue this visit.

It was a short stay. We checked in about 10pm and checked out at 10:30. Upon returning home we noticed we were charged another $67 (which was deducted at 2:30 am, well after we were sleeping).This charge was on top of the room price and the $50 security deposit. I was never informed of any extra charges beyond the room and security deposit. Also, upon check-in the lady at the desk said that there were no available rooms at the time I reserved the room. The lady was nice, but it took her a while to find my reservation, which created a bit of anxiety.

Booked a room for 5 nights. On the first night, the rooms near me were having a party and reception failed to do anything about it.. they even hang up on me when calling in. Walls are paper thin and front desk stuff is amongst the least friendly and competent that I've ever came across. They are more interested in looking at their phones that at their customers. Breakfast is appalling. Only saving grace are the cleaning crew.

The property itself was like a standard hotel, I was shocked that I had to pay for parking in general but $20 to park for one night was ridiculous. The front desk lady was extremely rude. We tried opening the doors and they were locked, tried going out the doors and they were locked. We were clearly confused and she screamed at us that she is going to call the cops on us, because we were trying to get in to go to our hotel room which we paid for.

The picture online of the outside failed to show the horrible neighborhood. My son and I didn’t even go inside for fear we would be murdered in our sleep. I definitely want my money back. I feel that the safety and condition of the neighborhood should’ve been mentioned. I’m Very disappointed.

Inside the hotel was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Not having access to coffee before/after certain hours was atypical of most hotels and wouldn't have been so bad except... Outside the hotel was like night and day compared to inside. The neighborhood was as dirty and about as sketchy as could be. It was unnerving in broad daylight, I couldn't imagine it after dark. A sign on a nearby church literally read "Milwaukee or KILLwaukee?" The McDonald's a block over was filthy enough on the outside to make one not want to venture inside. We had to get in our car and drive just to get a cup of coffee. Would stay there again if was seeing a show at the Rave due to the convenient location but, would not stay there for any other reason.

Stay was good. The hotel had a stale smell and the carpet had a stain down the hallway on the 3rd floor, but you could tell they were trying to update. Breakfast was simple but good for continental breakfast and the 1st shift staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a concert at the Rave and the location was perfect for that.

Checkin was rough and took way too long. Seems to be operated by the Ambassador across the street because that’s where the manager came from to help. A couple breakfast machines were not in service. Room and facility were clean. The property seemed to be newly renovated. An actual parking lot right next door.
