Was an amazing place to stay very well cleaned very well kept parking lot was clean very safe did not offer breakfast but no biggie pillows were not comfortable but other than that great place to stay we will see y'all again thank you for a great experience love Uncle pickle

Staff was nice, check in was fast. Room could use some updating, paint and such. Just cosmetic stuff. Room was extremely hot when we arrived since the ac was turned off. I know they do that to save money but it would be nice if they could at least set it to stay below 85 degrees, it felt like it was 100 in there lol. The ac worked well and the room cooled off in about an hour. All in all for the price it wasn’t bad.

Property was solid for a layover with plenty of room for a trailer. Staircase was a bit dangerous & the room was 83° at check in in the middle of the night.

It’s a nice place around some good restaurants and they are pet friendly so it fits my needs perfectly

Hotel was very clean but could tell it was in the process of being remodeled. Bed comfortable. No frills but since we were just there for one night it was fine for us.

i didnt stay i went in my room saw the bedbug crawling up the mattress and backed out. they tried to put me in a room below on first floor. im out i need a full refund on the motel from hell

Got checked in walked in and instantly 4 dead cockroaches went to front desk got a new room and 2 dead cockroaches in the bath tub asked for a refund and they told me no so I'm out 70$ and a hotel stay

Nightly cost was reasonable. Staff was nice and quick to respond to service requests. Air was cold and water was hot. It was quiet and close to restaurants and ATU. Only bad thing is it needs a deep clean and renovations. They was dust on walls and baseboards missing. I’ll give it a 3/5.

Barely two hours after booking and paying for the room we got a call about a noise complaint because of my kids acting out which are 4 and 1.5 and one of them is deaf with hearing aids so I have to be louder and told if we had another we would be told to leave and it was 6pm . And had to find a babysitter and take my kids somewhere else so we didn’t get kicked out over kids being kids . Then from about 8pm until about 4am the people in the room next to us were screaming and fighting and what sounded like beating each other in the room and outside and nothing was ever said or done to them . We also found multiple empty medication packs by the dresser when we first went into the room . There were roaches . Only one of the three lamps had a lightbulb in it . Majority of the channels on the tv you can’t watch . There’s god knows what all over the walls and looks like black mold in the bathroom floor/wall , the room looked like it had been halfassed cleaned if that , there was only one tiny bathroom type trashcan for the whole room . The WiFi signal was so weak that my phone wouldn’t even stay connected to it . If I could give a 0 star review I would but I guess the one star can go to the only good part which is how fast and easy it was to book pay and get into the room . I assumed that since this had been taken over from econo lodge it would have had improvements but this was a complete waste of our money and we won’t come back again .

The room was filthy including stains all over the bedding and towels. The floor left my feet black. Yuck.

Would not recommend this place to anyone would suggest sleeping in a different hotel or sleep in the car and definitely not recommend if have kids of any age. THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES AT LEAST 1 to 1 and a half inches big

It was a good location close to the interstate. Hotel rate was very reasonable stayed seven nights. Bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the dirty tub or the dirty bathroom floor. The TV has realy bad reception. No hangers to hang up our clothes . Leaking tub faucet.

The lobby staff were nice. However, that is the most positive thing I have to share, unfortunately. A spider crawled out from under the pillow as soon as it was flipped over. It was supposed to be non smoking, but smelled like smoke. Someone had covered the smoke detector with tissues and it was still up there when we walked in. 80 degrees when we walked in. Because of that and the following reasons, I question how often they’re cleaning things. The AC didn’t seem to function properly, and kept turning off even though it was set to 68 and hadn’t cooled down yet. The sheets and towels had unknown stains on them. The WiFi in the room cut out if you were in the bathroom.

Not too bad for a cheap hotel, only issues was the rooms smelled bad.

TV wasn't working in our room

if you need somewhere affordable for the night, then this place will be a good option. AC works, good water pressure in the shower, and a comfy bed. Slight stains on some of the towels, my specific room had the latch broken, some lamps were faulty and would flicker, but overall, a good spot if you need a place for the night. Check in and check out was also quick and simple.

We stayed overnight at HomeStay Inn & Suites. The room was clean and staff pleasant. Our only issue was the fitted sheet on the bed kept coming off the corners. I think there should be deep pocket fitted sheets.

Perfect for our needs for this trip! Check I in was the easiest I've EVER had anywhere and after 9 hours in a car, that's exactly what I needed- THANKS! YOU

Overall the property was fine for what I needed it to be. I only needed a place to sleep. But what I did not appreciate was a knock on my door at exactly 11:00 a.m. telling me it's time to leave. I got in at around 9:00 p.m. and was very much angered by a knock on my door at 11:00 a.m. asking me to leave without me asking for additional time to at least get a bath in. I wasn't able to take care of me and therefore even though this place looked fine, it is the bad service of the front desk and probably the owners as well that made this place not the most hospitable. I don't recommend this place to anyone who really needs a good night sleep.

This property was clean and quiet. I stayed to explore Mt. Nebo with some hiking friends. It was great for the purpose of my stay. My only complaint is the coffee. The only coffee available at the hotel was the coffee provided for the room. It was terrible. The options for sweetner and creamer etc. was non-existent. Starbucks was across the street but it is costly. It would be nice if there was fresh coffee offered in the lobby daily. This is a deal breaker for me. No other complaints. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms.

When they say soundproof rooms, they mean it. Although, there weren't that many people staying here during my stay I was impressed by it being so quiet it could even be described as serene. I could have thought I was the only one staying at this motel. It was that quiet.
