Spacious room with large jetted tub. Enjoyed being able to close the bedroom off from the bathroom and tub area to keep from moistening the entire room. Enjoyed playing pool and air hockey on property. The depth of the pool was quite enjoyable. It's rare to find a pool deeper than 8ft. I wished the showers in the pool area were working. Hot tub was a great temperature. That sauna would've been pleasant too had it been in working order. Still a great time at the pool even without those extra options. Very slippery tile in there though. Would've slept great if it weren't for the dang sun shining in from the window. Unfortunately the blackout curtains were too bunched and stuck off the window frame too much to prevent light. Beds were clean & comfy though. Room carpet and furniture were old and dingy looking. Room was a bit smelly but not terrible. Smelled like a moist/damp basement almost. A/C filter needed a good cleaning, I'm guessing. That's basically what the smell was coming from. 2 tvs in the room was nice. Couldn't figure out how to get the sink next to the mini fridge to work. Thought it may be broken. Breakfast was decent. Multiple hot food options. The hash brown patties were nice a cruchy. The scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Very spacious area for breakfast though. The small arcade area was neat. Multiple different crane machines all of which proved us to be unskilled hahaha. I think the worst part of the stay would be the room key/keycard needed at every door.

When I got there I realized that there was no parking infront of the hotel on on the side and it was a long walk to the front. We checked in and my daughter went swimming, the pool is really big and nice but the hotub area needed to be cleaned, the spa room was broken and the showers were dirty. We got back to our room and when my daughter went to use the bathroom the toilet was not working. They offered to switch rooms because obviously you can't not have a toilet. So we had to walk all the way to the front desk with all of our bags and get a new key and walked all the way back to the room right next to our old room, I order the room with a pull out couch and when my daughter went to sleep we noticed there was no extra blanket, sheets or pillows for it. It was late and I was to exhausted to go all the way down to get all of the items that they forgot she she and I just slept in the same bed. Overall stay was cheap and for a reason.

The entire area is undergoing renovation. From the highway off ramp, main cross roads, parking and the property I am reviewing. It is a slow process and I’m sure when it’s all done it will be great! The staff was amazing, property was very clean, food surprisingly good. Pool was immaculate. Hot tub out of service during my stay. The noisy and rude hotel guests out a damper on my visit, but there isn’t much the staff could do. They did get me a quieter room in the back of the property. That was greatly appreciated. We stayed in a suite for the week long visit and enjoyed having a sitting, dining and bedroom area all separated. I recommend the court yard rooms for a quieter stay.

Outside wasn't ve well lit in a neighborhood with high crime and homeless. Outside garbage cans were full and garbage on property not picked up for several days. People aren't picking up after dogs and leaving cigarette butts all over by the entrance doors. Doggie poop 💩 bag dispensers outside were empty. There is barely any parking close by. If you left between 4pm and 8pm on any day when you came back you would have to park a long ways awzy from a door because restaurant next door would use up the parking. Disabled rooms were on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hall. I have bone on bone in both knees and both hips and 3 deteriorated discs in my lower back so I can't walk very far but for 1 week we were at the very far end of the upstairs. Because of this I couldn't use the breakfast area or pool for one week of our stay because of the distance. Wallpaper was peeling by the entrance door to our room on our 1st week there. Management said our animals pulled the wallpaper off by the door but it was peeling on it's own. We even let them know 3 different times about the wallpaper peeling including the 1st day in that room. Our last room was very out dated. Needed updating. No sprinkles in the last room. The microwave wasn't even push button. It had dials. The thermalstat in the bedroom didn't work and never got anove of 65 in our bedroom. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The property smelled strongly of mold and musk, carpet for some areas were old and felt sticky. The AC in the meeting room we rented for the weekend did not work. Over three days, the trash was never removed, leaving the space unkempt. We had to open the windows for air, but one was missing a screen—even on the 2nd floor—which felt unsafe, especially with small children around. Overall, a poor experience. We rented over 20rooms, I would say this was disappointing for the price that was rented to us. One of the rooms had cockroaches, GROSSS!!!. We will not be returning.

Wallpaper in hallways coming off & literally hanging off in tons of areas. Fridge was not working & one they switched out wasn't either. Room was damp & musty. Carpet was somewhat damp so had to keep shoes on. No screens on windows, no fan in extremely small bathroom, tub stop would not stay up for tub to drain, couch in living room looked like it should be set out at the curb. We were surprised to read relatively good reviews & disappointed knowing they were out there to deceive. I stay at a lot of hotels, & this one was in the top 3 for hotels we would never recommend staying at.

The room I stayed in had a very strong urine and cigarette smell and there was dog food on the carpet (I don't have a dog). There were spiders and cob webs in the corners of the room. The staff is lovely and they were very friendly and great, this establishment is just in need of serious renovations.

Turned out the hotel was under construction. Our room was in the middle of it . Very noisy. Very dirty. Drywall dust everywhere . On one day during construction power went out they never informed power would be out . Wound up stuck in shower full of soap in the dark . Hotel did nothing to rectify.

On day 1 our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Their solution was to send someone with bath towels to soak it up AND THEN THEY LEFT THE TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. The floor was never cleaned properly and we had to step on more towels in order to avoid sewage water. I was assured someone would call to make things right and that has not happened.

The hotel is very rundown and outdated. They only serve breakfast until nine. Our refrigerator only worked for like the first hour we were there. Our plumbing faucets and such were very difficult to turn on and off. We did love the Jacuzzi bathtub in our bathroom

We booked this place due. to the great pool; it was deep at 8'9". the weight room was a bit outdated but clean. the game room only had only on real game while the others were just claw grabbers. breakfast was good and service was excellent. we were put tin the older section of the hotel which could use updates; bathroom seemed to be the only update. The matresses are in need of replacing; once I figured out a good spot, slept fine. Staff were helpful and ready to help. We would stay again.

The room was nice and I liked the dove products. The sink outside of the bathroom didn’t work.

Staff was extremely nice! The rooms are very thin and you can hear people talking from the hallway. The AC units were awful. It was extra warm in our room even when we set the temperature low. The showerhead in the room was not screwed on tight and water was shooting up unto the ceiling... Parking area was a little hectic since the hotel is housed between Texas Road House and Applebees. Breakfast was just ok. For the price that we paid, can't complain too much.

I originally booked and prepaid this as a two night stay, but had an emergency and needed to leave after one night, and pay to stay at a hotel in a different town. I initially called La Quinta customer service to ask if the second night booking could be transferred to the other town's La Quinta. They told me this was not possible and offered no other options. Just in case, I decided to contact the front desk, and got Leslie on the phone. She agreed that the booking could not be transferred, then stunned me by helping me to get a refund for the second night so I could afford to stay in a different hotel. Without her help, I would have been in a really tough place. Thanks Leslie, for offering an unexpected solution! When I checked in I was very impressed that they had a veteran's parking spot right up front, which made me feel so welcome, as did Gazelle at check-in. My room was gorgeous, and so roomy! The bed was almost ridiculously comfy. Breakfast was pretty good. I have only 2 criticisms: for some reason the hallways had gouge marks down the walls, running the length of the hallway, about a foot up from the floor, and some of the hall carpets were stained. These made me question my choice of hotel, but seeing the room alleviated my concern. I do suggest you lock your cars. I did, not realizing I had left one window halfway down. Something minor was taken, and it was my own fault.

On day 1 our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Their solution was to send someone with bath towels to soak it up AND THEN THEY LEFT THE TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. The floor was never cleaned properly and we had to step on more towels in order to avoid sewage water. I was assured someone would call to make things right and that has not happened.

Outside wasn't ve well lit in a neighborhood with high crime and homeless. Outside garbage cans were full and garbage on property not picked up for several days. People aren't picking up after dogs and leaving cigarette butts all over by the entrance doors. Doggie poop 💩 bag dispensers outside were empty. There is barely any parking close by. If you left between 4pm and 8pm on any day when you came back you would have to park a long ways awzy from a door because restaurant next door would use up the parking. Disabled rooms were on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hall. I have bone on bone in both knees and both hips and 3 deteriorated discs in my lower back so I can't walk very far but for 1 week we were at the very far end of the upstairs. Because of this I couldn't use the breakfast area or pool for one week of our stay because of the distance. Wallpaper was peeling by the entrance door to our room on our 1st week there. Management said our animals pulled the wallpaper off by the door but it was peeling on it's own. We even let them know 3 different times about the wallpaper peeling including the 1st day in that room. Our last room was very out dated. Needed updating. No sprinkles in the last room. The microwave wasn't even push button. It had dials. The thermalstat in the bedroom didn't work and never got anove of 65 in our bedroom. Room was very clean, beds weee super comfy, no noise, peaceful stay. Only downside breakfast area was far from our room. Pet friendly was a huge plus as needed to take our small dog. Very conveniently located to restaurants, gas, and airport. Wear and tear all over as appears to be older hotel but very clean.

Beds were really squeaky, soft in middle. Rooms smelled old and moldy. Never cleaned or took out waste baskets. Had to go down to get more towels. Breakfast terrible. No mix for waffles, eggs were cold and water on bottom of tray so we went elsewhere. Never stay there again. I could have rated it lower too but didn’t!!

Spacious room with large jetted tub. Enjoyed being able to close the bedroom off from the bathroom and tub area to keep from moistening the entire room. Enjoyed playing pool and air hockey on property. The depth of the pool was quite enjoyable. It's rare to find a pool deeper than 8ft. I wished the showers in the pool area were working. Hot tub was a great temperature. That sauna would've been pleasant too had it been in working order. Still a great time at the pool even without those extra options. Very slippery tile in there though. Would've slept great if it weren't for the dang sun shining in from the window. Unfortunately the blackout curtains were too bunched and stuck off the window frame too much to prevent light. Beds were clean & comfy though. Room carpet and furniture were old and dingy looking. Room was a bit smelly but not terrible. Smelled like a moist/damp basement almost. A/C filter needed a good cleaning, I'm guessing. That's basically what the smell was coming from. 2 tvs in the room was nice. Couldn't figure out how to get the sink next to the mini fridge to work. Thought it may be broken. Breakfast was decent. Multiple hot food options. The hash brown patties were nice a cruchy. The scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Very spacious area for breakfast though. The small arcade area was neat. Multiple different crane machines all of which proved us to be unskilled hahaha. I think the worst part of the stay would be the room key/keycard needed at every door.

The breakfast was THE MOST attractive and THE MOST appetizing(sorry, couldn’t help it) features of my visit. I suggest the owners go forward with an overhaul for the entire structure(keep the great room service personnel and breakfast staff, please). Update the entire facility to today’s standards. Still a pleasant stay.

The place to eat breakfast was a literal block away from our room #108. It had multiple twists and turns to get there.Breakfast the first day, the ham was swimming in water and on the second day the sausage was deep in grease and we were the first people in after 6 am.
