Great staff, clean

Key for me staying here was the electric car charging. The fact that the staff and property were both excellent was a plus!

We were given the keys to the initial room we and when we entered, there was another family in the room. The mom was taking a shower and the kid was watching tv. It was really embarrassing and could have been much worse. Holiday Inn blamed it on training. I called the manager and the best they could do for us was give us $50 off the room. She said the family in the room were the victims, not us. I won’t be staying there again with that attitude. Also, we prepaid for breakfast online and the waitress was so confused. I’ll have to look but I might have been charged twice. We didn’t have a good experience at all.

Room was clean; bathroom updated. It was a quick trip, so we didn't use any of the amenities, but were happy with the hotel!

I wish their airport shuttle extended their hours but the stay was amazing! The staff were friendly and pleasant! Gabby was real nice and helpful! The rooms were really good but the breakfast was very good considering it was a Holiday Inn. The price was worth it to pay for a really good breakfast! Room was really nice and slept so comfortably!
