Stayed at the hotel before ideal location to explore Liverpool. Rooms were clean and breakfast excellent. Only let down was one of the lifts was not working, seemed it had been broken for a couple of weeks. Using only one lift caused a lot of delays especially at breakfast time. Staying on the 5th floor meant a lot of steps. Hopefully they will get it sorted before my next visit.

An excellent stay with friends for a city break. The hotel is very convenient in the city centre across the road from central railway station and next door to multi storey carpark which is £6/day with hotel discount. Sitting on the roof of a shopping centre it is so high up that there is little or no noise from the city below...staying on the 9th floor was so quiet and provided a brilliant view of the city below. Rooms were very clean and well serviced and everything worked. Likewise the restaurant with ample food selection at breakfast which was brilliantly restocked to keep pace with guest arrivals. All staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and helpful. a highly recommended hotel I will visit again. Well done all and thank you.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Great for families. Some board games and space to chill near the bar for kids. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Didn't eat in the hotel, but no reflection on the offering.

Only down side is the bed is very soft/jelly-like and difficult to get out of-- especially given we were in an accessible room. Otherwise, great experience!

My wallet was stolen while I was staying in the hotel, when I mentioned this matter to management, they decided to sweep it under the carpet, furthermore a total of 300 pounds and unauthorized credit card usage had occurred, Instead of investigating the matter to ensure whether or not housekeeping or any other staff had the possibility of taking the wallet, management decided to stand up for their staff without even conducting a proper investigation. Furthermore, rooms were not vacuumed at all. housekeeping did not even have towels when I checked in, and when I asked the front desk why there was no fridge, I was told if I was not happy I could stay somewhere else. I will avoid this hotel at all costs, their staff are thieves and are extremely despicable human beings

Great city centre hotel, and a very clean and comfortable room. We stayed on the 9th floor with a fantastic view over the city. We didn’t eat there but the bar was ok for a drink before heading out. All of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Easy parking next door in the St John’s shopping centre was also a bonus. We’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for a couple of days in Liverpool. The hotel is clean, modern with a good bar/restaurant. The room we stayed in was spacious with a great view of the city. Everything was within walking distance, with the Albert Dock about 15 minutes. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

Stayed here for 1 night and can't complain about anything. It's in a great location if you're arriving by train to Lime Street station (can't review the car parking). It leaves a little to be desired from the outside, but the inside is modern and clean. The staff were more than happy to hold our luggage until we were able to check-in and after we had checked out.

Considering the hotel was opposite Lime Street Station, it was very quiet. Beakfast choice was very good. Very close to Empire Theatre and an easy walk from The Walker Gallery. So convenient will definitely stay again soon.

My overall stay was okay. The room and facilities were satisfactory, but the breakfast was quite disappointing in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was perfectly placed with car park right next to hotel. Shops just round the corner. Plenty of bars and places to eat. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was perfect one of the nicest I have had in a long time.
