Bar was fine. Breakfast food was ridiculous! First of all there was only 1 waitress trying to manage 22 people. She did the best she could, but physically could not do the job. People were friendly, but upset. I ordered pancakes they were grease filled, not light and fluffy. Had to keep asking for the rest of our breakfast order. Will never eat at the Iris cafe again.

Everything was great! If you're headed to the area for UC (we were there for graduation) this is a great place to stay. No complaints at all. (Okay, the beds were a little too soft.)

The hotel, room, and bar were amazing. The bartender we had from Miami was amazing. He was friendly and made the night fun. Saturday though there were three staff. Two sitting on their phones at the bar. Fairly rude. We just left in the middle of trivia. Loved the idea of trivia but felt unwelcome. The bar views and vibe were great. Just need the Friday night bar guy to be there all the time.

Bring your earplugs…. The hotel is great. Staff are nice, room was clean, everything is really nice. But… I was on the fifth floor directly below the Vick rooftop bar. Which went on and on until about 2am. I had earplugs on and could still hear the music that loud. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor using the restroom. And the campus really doesn’t quiet down until 230am. I thought downtown Cincy was bad but this is equally as bad. Next time I will ask to be on the opposite side of all this noise.
