Very comfortable clean room in an area that's very central to shopping and lots of dining options. Convenient on site parking. There is a lot of construction in the area and a new building being built across the street so it is pretty loud during the day, but it gets better in the evening.

Hyggeligt centralt hotel, men næsten umuigt at få en parkeringsplads. Gaden er delvist spærret p.g.a. byggeri på den anden side af vejen, hvilket også larmede forfærdeligt under morgenmaden. Men værelset var fint og køligt i sommervarmen. Vi spiste til aften i resturanten og maden var rigtig god. Vi savnede lige mulighed for at kunne få en cocktail baren bagefter. Der er en bar, men de serverede kun øl og vin.

older hotel in an location that was good to visit local attractions. Some construction going on across the street made getting to the hotel a challenge. Parking garage was used and I was glad I chose that option. Garage was tight so a smaller car for travel recommended. Staff was good and helpful, food we had was good. Would use again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt von Innsbruck! Alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt Fußläufig wunderbar zu erreichen! Große saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Abends im Lokal ausgezeichnetes Essen, hierfür ist allerdings eine vorab Reservierung empfehlenswert! Parkmöglichkeit in der Hotel-Garage für einen Aufpreis möglich, allerdings etwas eng! Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein und nicht höher als 2m! Im Hinterhof sind ebenfalls Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden! Auf jeden Fall vorher einen Parkplatz reservieren lassen! Kommen sehr gerne wieder mal vorbei!

Hotel com boa localização e boas comodidades. Fomos surpreendidos negativamente ao chegarmos e não ter vaga disponível para o carro. A informação não era suficientemente clara de que as vagas são poucas (limitadas). Tive que estacionar o carro em um estacionamento público próximo (em baixo de um cassino), ao custo de 22 euros por dia.

great property with wonderful restaurant. they should really have the sauna and spa area open more than a few hours a day. I would have appreciated being able to use that space more for both saunaing and being able to stretch.

The location is nice and the on-site parking is important. I don't think there should be extra charges for parking every day if you are staying in the hotel for 4 days. The room cleaning was only restocking towels and making beds. They don't vacuum or take out the trash. Also, there was hair throughout the room, on the ground by the bed, on the chair, in bathroom sink and tub so not cleaned before I got there or while I was staying there. But a nice place for a short stay and a decent price.

駅から近くて観光に非常に便利です。食事(朝食)もおいしいです。歴史のある趣のあるホテルで庭もあって素敵でしたが、部屋に入る時にまずカードキーが開かず、キーを変えても開かず、修理したりして時間がかかりました。部屋に入ると、冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の食べかけのケーキとジュースが残ってました。あとシャワーとカランが同時に出ました。建物の古さはあるかなと思います。でもおおむね満足です。

Ich war vier Nächte dort und es wurde nicht einmal vernünftig das Zimmer gereinigt nach der dritten Nacht war auf der Badewanne überall noch duschgereste zu sehen und auf den größten Fleck wurden die Handtücher gelegt. Sowas geht gar nicht für einen 4 Sterne Hotel.

Nadie limpió nuestro cuarto cuando que estuvimos dos noches en el. Solo cuando reclamé en la recepción nos cambiaron, al menos las toallas. Literalmente las camas estaban deshechas y nadie pasó ni un trapo. Recepcionistas no amables.

We had a fabulous 4 nights here. The room was modern, large and clean. The mattress was super comfortable and checkin staff lovely. The coffee and drinks are good and well priced in the bar. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the station and not far from the main street. Definitely request a mountain facing room.

A very nice clean quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was around 90 degrees in Innsbruck when we stayed. It was a total surprise to find ice cold tasty tap water. The best tap water ever! My only complaint was the wifi was very weak in our room.

A beautifully renovated hotel. The rooms were large. The bed is comfortable. Very near the train station. Walking distance to the Christmas market. The hotel restaurant has excellent wait staff and serves really good food. The front desk personnel are fabulous. They are very courteous and helpful. They will give you directions on how to get to the Christmas market. Overall, a great experience.

Room was TINY, does not compare with photos of Ecocomfort rooms on site. Hardly room to put our cases down. Would have expected better for over 300 Euros for one night. I had cancellation until December 3, but money debited end November. I emailed Hotels.com to ask why but they didn't bother to reply. Best part of stay was a drink and dessert in the bar - young barman/waiter very friendly, fun and helpful.

Mainly a good stay at this property. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, good breakfast, staff friendly, helpful and multilingual. Two negative points; the room was supposed to be non-smoking but a definite smell of cigarette smoke most of the time. Also I had to be very careful not to slip over in the shower; no mat provided and no grip whatsoever on the floor.

This property is looking a little tired in areas although the rooms in particular bathroom had been upgraded. One issue we found was the raised floor into the bathroom having the same floor tiles as the lower level we both lost our footing several times as you do not realise the level change. Personally I did not like the openesss of the bathroom and the glass wall. It may have felt different if It was not right by the entrance to the room! The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring Innsbruck as it is in easy walking distance. Thankfully the construction site opposite did not affect us as we stayed over a weekend.

they turned off the air conditioning saying it isn't used when it is that cool outdoors but in our room the temperature was 80, opening the windows cooled it down but then the street noise with all the drunks was bad

Delightful staff checked us in, outfit added character. Room was spacious and clean, fridge was a bonus and person i was teavelling with had a family room which had its own balcony. Overall, highly recommended and if i ever go back to Innsbruck, i will definitely try and book again.

Amazing staff when the room above us flooded and water came into our room they moved all our stuff for us and transferred us to a bigger room for our final night at no extra cost 5/5stars

It would have been an excellent stay only someone used a key and walked into my room at 0700hrs in the morning without knocking. I did not see the individual but it extremely suspicious/frightening and nothing was done when reported to reception, sadly this ruined the stay.

Super friendly and sparkling clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. Have stayed several times before and will do so again in the future. Excellent location for Town centre [5 min walk] train and bus station [5 mins] - so very easy to get from airport to hotel via F line bus route. Recommended

Staff friendly and helpful with info about Innsbruck, travel and things to do. Room large and very clean. Great location 10 min walk from Christmas market and 2 mins to train station. Hotel had character and restaurant attached was lovely. Great breakfast too. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

nous avons été tres decu, nous avons passé deux jours sur places, le 1er nous allons au bar de l'hotel, rien de particulier, par contre le second soir nous y sommes allés en famille et avons été traité comme des chiens et insulté par le serveur une honte !!! pourl l'hotel en tant que tel , bel hotel mais il y a des chose a ameliorer : - parking - la barriere pour acceder au parking couvert... ne marche pas et vous devez la mettre en haut de la pente, ca evitera les soucis - parking encore - mieux afficher le fonctionnement - petit dejeuner 20 euros pas personne c'est trop cher... - nettoyage des chambre - verres pas nettoyer, pas remis de papier toilette..., pas remis de mouchoir... - pour le prix de la chambre une bouteille offerte en arrivant, c'est le minimum malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas -mettre des rideaux car se trouver nez a nez avec plusieurs dizaines d ouvrier en chantier, merci mais non merci

Very convenient location. Very good breakfast option. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we stayed (June 2025), there was construction across the street which added some noise during the day, but that is not the hotel's fault and should be completed in the next few months I would expect.

Hotel excelente. Ótima localização (próximo a tudo), quarto com instalações confortáveis e um staff de excelência. O Café da manhã com diversas opções. Apesar de ser um hotel bastante antigo, as instalações são bastante atuais.

The lack of coffee in the rooms is both strange and undisclosed - at no point is this made clear, and no logical explanation is given. There is also no clothes iron in the room, and no ironing service (without washing) is available. Also, for a property that defines itself by its restaurant, the breakfast offering is quite disappointing. Little choice, absolutely no changes and food that tastes underwhelming at best. After hours (so from 9pm onwards) your only dining options are to leave the property or to make do with the vending machines that are poorly stocked with chocolates, sweets and soft drinks (no sandwiches, fruits or coffee for example). Shame, given that the hotel is in a prime location that is walking distance to almost everything. Then again, Innsbruck town centre isn’t particularly large so most hotels will also be relatively easy to walk to/from.

Very friendly staff, easy to check in. The rooms ok nothing special, small tv and a cramped bethtub. Food was mostly excellent, but the Schitzel was dry and missed a proper potatoes sallad. Garage was ok by nowhere to charge if you have an electric car.

Lovely traditional hotel with amazing staff. The room felt a little dated and it would have been nice to have a bit more privacy in the shower. The breakfast was excellent with local food and also the restaurant at night had delicious food. The reception team were lovely and provided a warm welcome. The location is excellent, close to the station and also the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We dined at their restaurant the second night, and the food was delicious, the wine recommendations perfect! (Thank you Jane)

We checked in very late and the staff was very helpful in getting us in our rooms. As an American, I appreciate the A/C and high-pressure showers (I think this is worth mentioning). The rooms are decently sized for euro-standards and well kept. The hotel is away from the tourist area but still conveniently located. For extended stays, there is a laundry close by so no need to overpack -- and close access to the train station. The restaurant has a good collection of regional wines (a must try). Will definitely consider booking at this hotel for future visits.
