Pleasant hotel which was quite easy to find from T2 tram. Well decorated with nice reception area. Room allocated was of good size, quiet but generally too warm and unable to cool. Breakfast looked good but cornflakes and filter coffee were the worst I have ever tasted. Rest of food tolerable but not exciting.

Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida, TERRÍVEL. simplesmente chegamos, a roupa de cama estava queimada de cigarro, pedimos para trocar de quarto pois não havia sido limpa ou trocada, mandaram a gente para quartos piores, em suma preferimos ficar no com a roupa queimada. Sentimos muito calor de madrugada e perguntamos se poderiam nos ajudar com a temperatura do quarto. E falaram ABRE A JANELA! O ar do hotel estava quebrado e ninguém nos informou, só quando reclamamos a respeito. Pedimos uma água pelo menos por causa do calor, disseram que sim, quando descemos foram super grosseiros e disseram que não podiam fazer nada e que a água seria cobrada. Deram um ventilador imundo pra gente para pelo menos ajudar. Todas as janelas abertas por causa do calor, o hotel cheio de ferro na janela , não sabemos o motivo, então como dormir com a janela aberta? Wi-Fi não funcionava.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for just two nights in order to spend a full day in Venice. Parking was easy and convenient right on property (our car was behind a fence which felt very safe). There was an elevator to get our luggage to an upper floor room. The trolly and bus stops for the 20 minute trip into Venice was a 5 minute walk and the hotel sold the transport pass (25 Euros per person) that covered the trolley or bus into Venice plus the water buses that get you around Venice and the nearby islands. Our first evening we walked to the plaza right across the street from the hotel which had a nice atmosphere including many restaurants and shops; this was an unexpected surprise of staying at the Hotel Venezia. The room was small but accommodated us and our luggage and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Breakfast (included with our room) each morning in the hotel dining room was a treat with an assortment of croissants, cereal and yoghurt, bread/meats/cheeses, and a cappuccino/express machine. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful to us in planning our evening in Mestre and our day in Venice.

Escolhemos ficar em Mestre por acharmos mais confortavel do que ficar em Veneza alem de mais viável para quem está de carro. O hotel tem estacionamento gratuito e boas opções de alimentação proximas. Tem elevador (o que dificilmente tem em Veneza). O ponto de ônibus para levar para Veneza fica a 100m e a viagem dura uns 15min. Tem café da manhã básico mas bem aceitavel. O funcionario da recepção Nicola foi muito atencioso e cordial, dando muitas informações além de compreender o português.

Hotel Venezia is in a great location for transport restaurants and some shopping The rooms are very dated and there is no fridge but the staff at reception were happy to place my food in their fridge The staff are great one in particular was amazing I forgot his name he showed us how to get around and what to do There is a market in Mestre on Wednesday and Fridays I didn’t feel safe at night as there was limited Italian people around and more of Bangladesh people and it was dominated by males (at night) (I’m only saying this as I was a female with my son) Overall though it was ok

The hotel check in staff was arrogant and not helpful. The worst part of this hotel was the bed! I may be permanently injured. The wait staff in the breakfast area was friendly and did an amazing job cleaning and restocking. The manager would not turn on the A/C even though the temperature was in the 80’s. Which forced you to keep the window open, and then the mosquitoes attacked.

I liked the friendly staff, the proximity to public transport, a shopping centre nearby and good dining options in the vicinity. When i got off the airport shuttle bus, I felt the street was dodgy and a bit sketchy however where the hotel was was better. The bathroom is TINY and water gets everywhere when showering, even into the room, causing a slip hazard. The breakfast room was good. The photos were accurate, but didn't translate the stale smell in the toom.

We stayed here 18 years ago and not much has changed in terms of bedding/decor. There have been some updates as one of our rooms had a new bathroom while the other one was original, but same bedspreads and curtains from our first visit. It was clean. Breakfast and service were very good.

Nous cherchions une chambre pour 4 personnes afin de visiter Venise pendant 2 jours. L'hotel à Mestre est a 100 m du terminus/départ des bus et tram vers Venise. Idéalement situé à 30 minutes de l'accès à Venise. Un A/R à 3 euros pour un personne et 25 € le pass journée tous déplacements y compris Murano- Burano etc... La réservation comprend la nouvelle taxe d'accès, mais aussi le petit déjeuner très copieux et une place de parking auto. Seul bémol la wifi de l'hôtel ne passe pas dans la chambre que nous avions au 1er étage. Mis à part devant la reception pas moyen de se connecter... Sinon rien à dire d'aitre que c'était bien. Quelques restaurants à 5 min à pieds qui sont abordables.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk staff explained exactly how to get into Venice, an easy tram ride (stop very close to hotel) and water bus ride about 15-20 minutes away in total. The room was clean but the beds weren’t very comfortable as they were very hard. The air conditioning was great, black out curtains on the windows and my son said the cot was quite comfortable. We had a bathtub with shower which was great. The breakfast was very large with plenty of options.

Rent og pænt sted. Venlig betjening. God hyggelig by. Hotellet er meget centralt. Rummene er dog for små til min smag. Man kunne dårligt vende sig i bruseren uden at ramme armaturet. Desuden var indeklima varmt og aircondition kunne enten køle meget eller slet ikke. Der var ingen manual til betjening af den og det var ikke helt logisk. Så jeg sov lidt dårligt. Enten for varmt eller også for koldt med aircondition tændt

The staff at the hotel both at reception and breakfast are very helpful. Breakfast is contitinental and sufficient. The downside to this hotel are the paper thin walls and lack of soundproofing, this coupled with guests who have no hotel etiquate, gives way to lack of sleep. If you are not a light sleeper or use ear plugs im sure you will have a great stay.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. I arrived at the hotel and encountered an arrogant person at the reception. When I booked the hotel on Expedia, I made sure to pay for a room with a twin bed, but when I arrived, they gave me a very small bed meant for a child. The receptionist was not helpful at all and didn’t even want to listen to me; he blamed Expedia and everyone else around. I work in the tourism industry, and we often offer clients package deals with hotel stays included, and we make many bookings through Expedia. But this situation frustrated me greatly, and it might be the last time I use Expedia’s services. This is PURE SCAM — why would you use the word “twin” when the bed is extremely small, basically a child's bed?

Estadia perfeita! Ótima localização! Shopping e Centro Comercial com lojas e mercado ao lado do hotel. Com o ticket do ônibus a 3€ (ida e volta) comprado no próprio hotel, fomos à Veneza num espaço curto de tempo. A maioria dos funcionários foram gentis e nosso destaque ao Sr Renato que foi extremamente educado, gentil e solícito!

The staff were very helpful. They advised us on how to get to Venice and back and supplied transport tickets. Breakfast although a cold buffet was plentiful and tasty. The room was very small but everything worked. A secure luggage room would benefit guests who wish to leave the hotel later than check out times.

Second time I've stayed here . Very comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location. . Breakfast more than adequate. Staff excellent - very helpful and knowledgeable . Will certainly stay here again.

This hotel is nice. They offered a superb breakfast. It is close to the bust station. We could go to the airport by bus, also to Venezia. In Italy most people use videte, our was in the shower, but I mentioned I wasn't comfortable about it and they gave me a bigger room that had a better bathroom. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, specially Nicola. He helped us getting our train tickets and also a taxi.

Escolhemos ficar em Mestre por acharmos mais confortavel do que ficar em Veneza alem de mais viável para quem está de carro. O hotel tem estacionamento gratuito e boas opções de alimentação proximas. Tem elevador (o que dificilmente tem em Veneza). O ponto de ônibus para levar para Veneza fica a 100m e a viagem dura uns 15min. Tem café da manhã básico mas bem aceitavel. O funcionario da recepção Nicola foi muito atencioso e cordial, dando muitas informações além de compreender o português.

The hotel check in staff was arrogant and not helpful. The worst part of this hotel was the bed! I may be permanently injured. The wait staff in the breakfast area was friendly and did an amazing job cleaning and restocking. The manager would not turn on the A/C even though the temperature was in the 80’s. Which forced you to keep the window open, and then the mosquitoes attacked.

El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda con todas las dudas, te orienta y te ayuda. A dos cuadras del hotel Tomás, el bus que te lleva a Venecia. ya Venecia, si quieres ir a plaza San Marcos, hay un Vaporeto que te cuesta €9.50 euros, como éramos cuatro personas, decidimos caminar mejor una hora para llegar a plaza San Marcos y no gastar casi €40, pero de regreso si es cansadísimo.
El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda con todas las dudas, te orienta y te ayuda. We stayed here as a family of 4 for just two nights in order to spend a full day in Venice. Parking was easy and convenient right on property (our car was behind a fence which felt very safe). There was an elevator to get our luggage to an upper floor room. The trolly and bus stops for the 20 minute trip into Venice was a 5 minute walk and the hotel sold the transport pass (25 Euros per person) that covered the trolley or bus into Venice plus the water buses that get you around Venice and the nearby islands. Our first evening we walked to the plaza right across the street from the hotel which had a nice atmosphere including many restaurants and shops; this was an unexpected surprise of staying at the Hotel Venezia. The room was small but accommodated us and our luggage and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Breakfast (included with our room) each morning in the hotel dining room was a treat with an assortment of croissants, cereal and yoghurt, bread/meats/cheeses, and a cappuccino/express machine. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful to us in planning our evening in Mestre and our day in Venice.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. Room was a little tired, but not a problem. We got a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Hotel well placed for buses and trams into Venice, and handy for town centre shops and eating out.

Hotel Venezia is in a great location for transport restaurants and some shopping The rooms are very dated and there is no fridge but the staff at reception were happy to place my food in their fridge The staff are great one in particular was amazing I forgot his name he showed us how to get around and what to do There is a market in Mestre on Wednesday and Fridays I didn’t feel safe at night as there was limited Italian people around and more of Bangladesh people and it was dominated by males (at night) (I’m only saying this as I was a female with my son) Overall though it was ok

Overall very happy with our stay. Perfect breakfast, clean rooms. The only thing is that you can easily the sounds from the other rooms especially if there are noisy people there who dont respect the others. But we definetely suggest this hotel. In the center of mestre. Very close to the bus station from the airport - 3 min. walk - And close to the tram and bus to go to the center of venice - 3 min. walk.

Pleasant hotel which was quite easy to find from T2 tram. Well decorated with nice reception area. Room allocated was of good size, quiet but generally too warm and unable to cool. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is free and was ok. On the day we checked out it was way too crowded due to a tour bus. The room was quite small, but clean and the shower was good. Had a balcony - a nice touch. The tv turned on but had no signal and could not be used. I did not attempt to talk to staff about it - perhaps it could have been fixed but it was not that important to me. The location is good as you are near the more interesting parts of Mestre. The kindness of the staff was the main highlight.
