Probably the nicest Garden Inn we've encountered. Nice building, great outside patio off of the comfortable bar area. The restaurant is tucked away a bit, and so more intimate than most Garden Inns. The room was spacious, and bed very comfortable for us. Although we didn't use it, the pool is huge for a hotel of this type, and it's tucked back away from the streets and parking. It's a convenient to both Marco Polo airport and "downtown" Venice. Overall, very nice.

The room was very outdated and the blanket in the bed was way too thick and the sheets were full of stains. All of these would have been minor setbacks but unfortunately the only thing that really matters to me is a quiet room, which I requested but instead I was given possibly the noisiest one - right next to a stairway, elevator and an ice machine which was actively used during the whole night. The rooms are also badly soundproofed - I think this is the root cause of the noise issue. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone who wishes to sleep in quiet.

Room was spotless and well maintained, staff were friendly throughout and helpful, we didn’t have breakfast at the venue but we had chicken nuggets and fries from the bar and was as expected (nuggets are never good) and the spa was epic. Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, emotional shower, relaxing room and Scottish (ice bucket) were amazing. Only downfall is it opened at ten on the Sunday, not sure about other days. Air con in room was really good and you can control the temp. Out door pool and area around it is clean and maintained and great to use. Great bus services directly outside the hotel onto Venice (6mins) and to Venice airport (20 mins). Only negative is, despite on going conversations with staff (Monica mainly), my request for my room to be decorated for my wife was not catered for. It was our honeymoon (genuinely married the Saturday before) and this was not completed. Everything else - absolutely amazing.
