Worn out but conveniently located. Bus to Venice Island stops directly in front making it a 7 minute commute.

As my flight was early in the morning, I stayed at this hotel. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The room was plenty spacious. The desk was a good size. The bed was of high quality. It was a shame that the light bulb in the bathroom had blown. As there was no early morning shuttle service to the airport, I had to take a taxi, which cost 50 euros. The hotel was very clean, and had a really good sized room. The gym was also a very good size with decent equipment. The hotel is close to the airport via bus and also a bus ride away from Venice, so it was very convenient. Helpful staff and also had a laundry on site which was convenient since I had a lot of laundry that needed to be done, and was reasonable priced to use. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was it’s in the middle of nowhere if you wish to walk to places close by, you will need a car or a bus to go to shops and other places. There is a really big park near the hotel at a walking distance which was nice to explore. The bus to Venice is also right in front of the hotel, don’t forget that in Venice you have to tap on & off the buses or else you’ll be charged more than the normal fare. All and all the hotel was a good stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel close to Venice but not directly on the islands.

Room very clean, large comfy bed, lovely linens, good shower, nice breakfast. Downsides, room was overly hot, even when thermostat was turned right down. Road traffic noise was pretty constant. To use the pool/spa area is 15 euros for 1 hour - this is not made clear on the hotel listing.
