Convenient and affordable option especially if you have an early flight from Marco Polo. Nice comfortable rooms (and pool/sauna which unfortunately we didn't have time to use). Shuttle service to airport came in handy.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. The room was clean comfortable with air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay with tea and coffee making facilities. The only negative was no sockets in bedroom for phone charging or boiling the kettle which I had to plug into a floor level socket outside the bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with every choice of food from hot eggs and bacon to pancakes and fresh fruit as well as tea, coffee and choice of juices. The hotel also has two pools, one outdoor and another indoors. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was extremely quaint, nice, clean and comfortable. The building had a lot of very nice features. The pool was indoor, heated and in great condition. The 24 hour airport shuttle was a great amenity. Very easy to use and on time. A quick 7 minute drive to airport. The staff was very helpful and nice. They provided a small breakfast of pound cake, coffee, tea, water and orange juice for us at 4:30 in the morning before our flight. My only complaint is that the light above the room door (assume it was an exit door indicator light) was EXTREMELY bright. It lit up our room like it was high noon on a sunny day in the desert! Made it very difficult to sleep. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

The rooms were spacious and quiet. Transportation to the airport (which also has a big bus stop and water taxi stop) was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and although there is no lunch or dinner on site there is a very good restaurant nearby that the hotel provides a shuttle to. As an added bonus, there is a small but nice indoor heated pool and a sauna downstairs! Rare for an airport hotel.

Excellent hotel — super clean, well organized, and with great amenities. The pool area is beautiful, and staff were very friendly. They serve food and drinks by the pool until 7 PM, then offer a free shuttle to a nearby restaurant with amazing food. We stayed here to be near the airport, but we’d gladly come back just for pleasure!

I've booked the hotel becuase of the indoor swimming pool. We stayed in Venice for a few days but becuase of an early flight we booked this hotel. We left Venice earlier and we planned to have a nice afternoon in the pool. Unfortunately during the check in the receptionist told us that the pool is closed for the summer. We were devastated. Nothing was on the website at all. In my opinion it was really dishonest. Many people in the hotel was surprised about it. There was the outdoor swimming pool a short walk away but after the rainy weather wasn't for us. We went to dinner and I recommend the place. We had a free lift to the restaurant. Also the bathroom was nice and spacious but no hooks or a place to put your stuff. The bed was comfortable.

Good location on an agritourism property with three hotels. This by far was the one most eun down. Says spa and hot tub but was broken down and dirty. Same with sauna. Did have A/C and was within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Had to pay for shuttle to Marco Polo

Perfect for a stay before a flight. Indoor and outdoor pool. Allowed us to stay by the pool after check out. Wonderful. Just couldn’t get a drink after 7.30 which was a shame but a village a short walk away

The room was dated and somewhat shabby. The slipcover on the chair in the room had a hole in it. The water in the toilet dripped all night. The room was not as bright and new as it appeared in the pictures online. We appreciated the airport shuttle and the free coffee and pastries available for our early departure.

Pretty average hotel, but cheap. I didn't mind the rustic look and feel. It's close to the airport, yes there shuttle is 15 euro. If you don't want to pay, it's a very short walk or you can take the bus if Its running. Would have giving it a higher rating, but unfortunately there was a cockroach in my room when I woke up. Other then that...this place is great to stay at for 1-2nights before flights

This did the job for an early flight out of Marco Polo. It was a 25 minute walk and we felt safe. The room was pretty clean, but everything was super old and in need of a renovation. I wouldn't have stayed there other than the convenience.

Excellent location close to the airport without feeling like a standard airport hotel. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Room fairly basic but everything worked and the bed was reasonably firm. Only downside was a lack of internal soundproofing - we were kept awake by loud snoring for a lot of the night from another room. Overall excellent value for money.

Quirky rooms, large in size a couple kilometres from airport. Limited footpath meant walking to airport not easy. Limited to no wifi, no working TV and no hotel restaurant. No signage for hotel and advertised swimming pool is at their ‘other’ hotel.

I was arriving very late, and leaving for a flight very early. I tried booking a shuttle to the airport in advance, but they didn't do that, should be booked when checking in. When I arrived and tried to book the shuttle, but it was fully booked for an hour right when I wanted. So I either had to leave an hour early, or risk missing the flight. I decided to chance that there would be no queues to the check in, so I could get some extra sleep. In the morning there was no queue for the shuttle, the driver didn't understand why it wasn't possible to book it when I wanted, and rushed me to be on time a bit earlier than I booked, so I made with 10 minutes to spare. A big thank you to him! But really unacceptable to not being able to book the shuttle when needed, when the big reason for selecting this hotel was the shuttle service that should be available 24 hours a day. If it can be fully booked it should be possible to book it before checking in.

The receptionist at Ca'Tessera was very kind and accommodating. I believe his name was Andy. We were unable to check in early, but he was willing to store our luggage while we did a day tour. He also went out of his way to get our room ready early as one of our party was feeling badly and did not feel like doing the tour with us. Andy made cleaning our room a priority so our person could get in the room and rest. this is superior service! The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the bus stop to get into Venice to the central train and bus station with water taxis nearby. However, we chose this hotel for its convenience to the airport as we had a 6:30 am departure. For 20 euros, a shuttle was ready and waiting for us at 4am to take us to the airport. Thank you!

Andy at the front desk is the highlight of this hotel! He was so welcoming and accommodating - it felt like we were coming home. The pool was lovely on a hot day, and the shuttle service useful. The room was extremely clean and quiet, and nicely decorated. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Venice who would like a bit f respite from the chaos that is Venice proper.

On the evening of July 9th, a lady greeted us. She was super friendly. I no longer remember her name; I only remember that she wasn't born in Italy, but in another country. Everything was super easy with her. She offered us all the information we needed. The world needs more people like her.

A perfectly fine hotel close to the airport, for the price paid. The hotel is old but clean. A free shuttle can transport you to a nearby restaurant for dinner, which was nice. For those opting for the paid shuttle to the airport, please be aware that you are not dropped off out the front of the terminal but rather at least a 15 min walk away. There is an escalator to assist in the journey, but for those in a rush or that have an impairment that will impact walking, please factor in at least another 15 mins to your journey. This was not explained to us beforehand. I suspect so airport parking fees are not incurred by the driver. $50au for a 5 min drive for 4 people to be dropped 15 mins from the terminal was very disappointing.

The property was nice and clean. A little aged with floors creaking and no hot water. Wait and clean staff are nice, polite and friendly except for the front desk staff, he can be more warm and friendlier. We chose this hotel coz they said Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes but it wasn't available when we arrived at the airport and we were told by the person at the front desk to look for our own transportation (In flight for 9 hours, first time in this country and doesn't speak the language, he made it sound easy). We made it eventually. Same person at the desk sold us bus tickets to Venice for €2 / ticket when ticket says €1.50/ticket only. Probably won't go back.

Loved Staying here before and after our cruise. All of the 'front desk' attendants speak multiple languages and the shuttle was super convenient for us to and from the airport. Yummy Cappuccino, lovely hotel, lovely accommodations and Yes we will be back! Grazie per il meraviglioso servizio

This is a great little B&B tucked just outside of Venice. The room and amenities were the best I've had at a similar price point throughout Italy from Milan to Palermo. The restaurant is very good, but a bit pricy ~60 euros for just my meal. The distance from the city centre does mean that you'll need to plan for at least 30min on public transport to get to any planned activities in the city proper.

Excellent place, nice clean and comfy a lot better than staying in Venice’s small and old hotels :) . Close to the airport. We walked 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel is located in a big property great for kids to walk and run. Breakfast was amazing. Open buffet had different juices, milk bread cold cuts and best of all honey. My favorite honeycomb. We loved staying here our last night in Italy. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle was timely and convenient. They also have a shuttle to take you to local dining options, which was very nice. The beverage options, warm fire and quiet was enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel , very convenient if your flight is early in the morning. The room was clean and full of amenities. They gave us micro filtered water in a glass bottle rather than plastic. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and a good cappuccino. There is a shuttle that will take you to the airport if you arrange for it with the reception. They have two pools. One indoor, and there is also a sauna. Staff was great. Courteous and efficient. We will use again in the future.

My friend and I had an early flight so we looked for a hotel close to the airport with transportation. This was a lovely property with lots of country charm. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There isn't a restaurant on site, but they provide free taxi service to one 5 minutes away and pick you up promptly when you are finished with your meal, which was excellent. The airport transport was ready for us early the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint farmhouse converted to an inn. The staff was very helpful answering questions and assisting in navigating transportation options. Great breakfast with lots of options. Our airport shuttle could have been improved with a different driver and a better attitude

Nice place to stay, and really enjoyed the pool, breakfast buffet, and outdoor space. Only complaint - wi-fi was not available during our stay, and thought management should have offered a small compensation for that inconvenience, but they did not.

This place had the best breakfast! It was ideal for a family of 4. It had an elevator and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Bus stop and restaurant are about a 10 minute walk. It was in a very quiet with not too much around. Parking was easy and free.
