We enjoyed the breakfast and the family suite was convenient. Needed more outlets that were accessible to the nightstands in the 2nd bedroom. We also could not get the lamps to turn on without the main light overhead being on...it was so strange. Understanding that it is highly recommended to recycle, it would have been nice to have some kind of trash or place to put recyclables in our room. The air conditioner in the secondary room was loud and did not get cold....we were hot and couldn't get the air to go lower.... allergies prevented us from opening a window. Parking should be free. When you are paying a high rate for rooms, to add additional for parking that was right out front is a bit greedy to me.

Received an email about one of my 2 room booking being cancelled just before I check in on the same day. I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation.

We stayed 9 days but didn’t have breakfast. We preferred filling the empty fridge with drinks, chocomel, krentenbollen, cheese, paté and other favorites we would have in the morning before leaving for the day. The room was always very clean upon returning in the evening. The front staff was always available and very friendly. The busstop was a 5 minute walk with multiple connections to schiphol airport, Hoofddorp train station or downtown Amsterdam. The only thing missing in the room were washcloths (washandjes) but I don’t think they are part of the bath towels in this hotel so I usually travel with my own wash cloths. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work but we were given an extra one during our stay. Would I use this hotel again? Absolutely! I usually stay with my family who all reside in Hoofddorp but this time two of my adult children came along and suckered me to pay for a hotel and I’m glad I picked this one. This is the first time ever I have paid for a hotel in the Netherlands and found it to be a pleasant stay and a pleasant surprise.
