I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon.

I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet. I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large! All the staff were helpful and my very limited German was not put to the test as they spoke very good English.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück top (10 Sterne). Spa-Bereich auch gut, Schwimmbad eher klein mit 7mx3,50 m Parkplatz weit weg. Koffer müssen über die Schotterpiste getragen werden. Einige Defekte im/am Zimmer wie Aussenrollos defekt, Infrarotgerät im Zimmer unbrauchbar, da Schalter ausgebaut. Spar-Duschkopf, um Wasser zu sparen, im Spa-Bereich aber ordentlich viele Duschen ohne Wasserspar-Einrichtung! Unser Zimmer lag zur Strasse, was dadurch nicht immer leise war.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Das Hotel wurde immer wieder erweitert und dadurch recht weitläufig. Das Doppelzimmer mit kleiner Küche war sehr geräumig und obwohl es gegen die Strasse lag, sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Frühstücksbüffet genau in der Qualität wie man das von einem solchen Haus erwartet. Grosser moderner Wellnessbereich.

Purtroppo non è stato un buon soggiorno. La camera, situata al terzo piano, molto datata e scomoda da raggiungere. Penso sia l’ala più vecchia dell’hotel, ma non corrispondeva alle foto illustrative. Il bagno molto datato, soprattutto la vasca, impossibile quasi fare la doccia per il doccino vecchio. La colazione varia ma non eccelsa, il personale della colazione non gentile. Mancavano bicchieri e cucchiaini, e alla richiesta di poterli avere quasi scocciati. L’ascensore la mattina era occupato dalle signore delle pulizie, e quindi ci è voluto un sacco a scendere. Il parcheggio esterno non è comodo perché non collegato all’hotel, ma almeno è compreso nella camera. Molto gentile in signore alla reception che ci ha accolto. Nel complesso però non lo consiglierei

Really great hotel for a stay in Innsbruck. Brilliantly connected to the city by public transport and the sauna / pool facilities were top draw. Room was very big and offered everything you needed. Carpets a little tired, but that would be my only gripe!

Beautiful hotel close to slopes and Innsbruck centre. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff Great, spacious room with balcony and gorgeous views. Excellent spa and pool. Really enjoyed our stay here. Were given Innsbruck cards which came in really handy and gave us free bus travel and discounts for the duration of our stay.

Sehr schönes Sporthotel mit schickem Wellnessbereich. Zimmer groß, sauber und ruhig. In unserem Zimmer fehlten am ersten Tag Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife, das wurde jedoch am zweiten Tag korrigiert. Anbindung an Innsbruck und Patscherkofelbahn mit Bus (gratis mit Gästekarte) sehr gut.

Offen gesprochen, muss ich sagen dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst hat. Das Hotel ansich entspricht nicht dem 4-Sterne Niveau welches pro Übernachtung verlangt wird. Der Pool ist schön aber am Pool sind Platten lose, wir empfanden die Zimmer nicht als sonderlich sauber obwohl die Putzfrau öfteres darauf angesprochen wurde. Wenn man auf dem Fußboden läuft, mit weißen Socken und diese dann von unten schwarz sind, muss man glaube nicht mehr weiter ausführen. Das Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert, die jungen Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Hier kann man nicht meckern! Aber am Ende haben viele Kleinigkeiten, gefolgt von dem hohen Preis wo man automatisch eine höhere Erwartungshaltung in sich trägt zu dieser Meinung geführt. Würde es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen.

Teilrenoviertes Hotel, mein Einzelzimmer hatte eine gute Größe mit Balkon und Bergblick, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Minibar vorhanden. Der Bettkasten war defekt was nicht behoben werden konnte. Matratze war mir leider zu hart, deswegen schlecht geschlafen. Frühstück wunderbar mit guter Auswahl. Es fehlen Beschriftungen der waren und ein vollständig regionales Buffet für den Preis. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit.

Staff was great. Front desk very helpful. Restaurant outstanding. Unfortunately it was hot during our stay and hotel was not prepared. I understand no AC. Historically it was probably not needed, but with rising temps across Europe they need a supply of fans for rooms if requested. Our room faced the setting sun, so it was hot. Although we could open the window after sunset the room did not cool off.

今回1日だけでしたが、もう何泊かしたいと思うくらい素敵な部屋です！バルコニーからの景色もいいし、部屋も掃除が行き届いてかつ充分な設備でした。シャワーは水圧が弱すぎて笑っちゃいますし、Wi-Fiはとても弱かったですが、この２つ以外は最高です！

Pros: Nice hotel, nice room, nice pool. Cons: Mainly rude staff, WiFi not working, kitchen filthy beyond words. The worst thing about it though was how they are trying to con guests about the quality of their food - „Original Sacherwürstel“ for standard frankfurters, „homemade“ Gniocchetti straight out the packet, etc. I’m Austrian myself and the dishonest behaviour of some black sheep shines a bad light on all of us. Shameful!

Anche se hotel animali friendly, si deve pagare 17 euro per il cane... Io avevo un cane e un gatto e ho pagato extra 45 euro. Si trova molto lontano dalla autostrada. Hotel solo per vacanza e non per sosta. Comunque molto bello

This was a pleasant stay. Hotel was nice and comfy. Our room was clean and the view to the mountains was magnificent. Breakfast was versatile, but quite expensive. There was a finnish sauna which in our finnish opinion was actually quite good. Hot, as it should be, and water to throw on the stove. Hotels location was perfect. It was just a few minutes from tramstation, buss stop was near by and a walk to the lift to Patcherkofel wasn't far away. Warmly recommend this hotel.

This was the perfect location for us to enjiy the sights of Innsbruck. It is a lovely cute town with grear bus links. It is walkable to the mountains and surrounded by beautiful views. The hotel has a great spa to enjoy and very helpful staff. They also provided a welcome card for busss and feee tours!!

This was a pleasant stay. Hotel was nice and comfy. Our room was clean and the view to the mountains was magnificent. Breakfast was versatile, but quite expensive. There was a finnish sauna which in our finnish opinion was actually quite good. Hot, as it should be, and water to throw on the stove. Hotels location was perfect. It was just a few minutes from tramstation, buss stop was near by and a walk to the lift to Patcherkofel wasn't far away. Warmly recommend this hotel.
