Art Deco Imperial Hotel

Great choice! This property is one block away from Palladium Mall. Imperial Cafe is on the first floor. Sauna and steam room was great after walking an entire day. From this property you can walk to see all the main attractions. To get to the hotel and back you can use Uber. Internet: Fast My room: imperial suite. Very clean Hot water: Warms up fast with good water pressure Breakfast: Good - At the imperial cafe. I highly recommend this hotel!

A clean and well accessible hotel. The staff are friendly. You have priority reservations in the attached cafe. The gym is small, but has what you need. Plenty of seating area in the bar/lobby if you want to buy food and eat it in the hotel areas.

Ein bisschen altbacken, die auf den Bildern so imposante Lobby war sehr enttäuschend… fieser Geruch im Aufzug. Bad noch mit Duschwanne und Teppich also etwas altbacken. Zimmer sauber und Bett gut. Parken nur im überteuerten Marriot Hotel 200m entfernt möglich

Parking is very expensive

As soon as you enter you feel the 1920s vibe. The location is excellent and breakfast was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the gym and sauna in excellent condition. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation

Stayed three nights. Great location. Great breakfast. Great restaurant. Gym is ok but not great. Service was great. Room was great. Entertainment (TV) was ok but only compatible with Android and not iPhones. Too bad. But overall alright hotel

Really lovely hotel, smaller than I expected from the pictures. The restaurant is excellent, and the decor is fantastic. The gym has limited equipment, and the sauna is quite small - but rarely used so never busy. A really nice hotel overall.

One of the better properties I've stayed at. Service was excellent, room was clean and upscale. Hotel was equipped with a gym and sauna which was great to use also. Will definitely stay at this place again!

The room was updated and comfortable, the staff were professional and helpful. Self parking is a challenge. The hotel does not have a parking garage, but offers valet parking. The problem is that the valet staff leave relatively early and if you take a day trip, you need to have a plan for parking. The hotel is within walking distance to the charming old town center and to a large mall.

The room was unfortunately quite dirty, with a number of hairs from previous guests on multiple surfaces and towels. There were several stains on the bedding. The room was quite shabby and noisy. The location is average but there are much better located stays in this part of the city.

We loved this hotel--it is a beautifully restored historic building, very clean and well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally professional and warm. Excellent choice for a stay!

Room was spotless and the premises are amazing.

The location was great, super friendly staff but the A/C in my room was not working at all nor was the cooling of my mini fridge and my room was facing the street so every minute you can hear the tram pass and vibrates the room so its hard to sleep but I was lucky enough to change to another room the next day facing the courtyard witch was quiter and the AC worked.

Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt i byen. Parkering kan tilkøbes hos Mariott Hotel 33 Euro pr døgn🙈Hotellets Wifi fungerer ikke ret godt. I det første værelse vi fik var der ingen dækning. Blev flyttet til 5 etage hvor dækningen var bedre men ikke prangende. Den ene morgen kl.08.45 var der ikke noget varmt vand på hotellet. Vi spurgte og fik meldinger om alt fra 10 - 120 min. Forklaring: mange var rejst fra hotellet den morgen! Vi bad om kompensation og fik det - Tak.

Overall a fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms and good food. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning was precise. The heating/cooling system was erratic so the room was either too cold or too hot. It would be nice if the fridge in the room was usable also instead of just a mini bar. Downstairs by the bar there was a very strong perfume smell that made it hard to spend time there. Very nice staff.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Pros: Very spacious room (exec double), with separate water closet and shower rooms. King bed was actually on box springs, a rarity in European hotels, which made the bed noticeably more comfortable. Stunning adjoining cafe, common spaces and room design. Convenient location that is steps away from transit hubs, restaurants, excellent cafes and other amenities. Cons: Trams do run right by the hotel and late into the night, but their sound is luckily more of an intermittent white noise.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was. From the 12 ft ceilings and heavy inset wood doors, to the heated bathroom floor, we felt like royalty!

This is an outstanding and very unique hotel. The service was very good. It is a very unique and beautiful hotel with all of the art and amazing restaurant/café. You feel like you’ve stepped back to the 1920s with all of the art deco. We got the junior suite and it’s very spacious on a corner with windows all around. Slight noise of trams below, but not disruptive and we could sleep fine. Breakfast was very good- scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, and bacon. Different pastries, and breads to toast. Yogurts and different things to put in the yogurt and a cappuccino machine, fresh juice and fruit. When you walk out the front door, it’s just a couple of minutes and you are at a place where the trams stop. Uber and bolt are very usable to bolt seems to be cheaper I think. Depending on your budget hold can work fine. It’s very inexpensive, but people seem to like the public transportation too. it’s just like a 5 to 10 minute walk when you go out of the hotel to the right to get to the big square where that astronomical clock and all of that is. Beautiful restaurants and shops everywhere. Walkable to the Jewish quarter as well as all around old town. You can walk to the Charles bridge and over it to the castle, but that would be a longer walk 20 or 30 minutes you might want to take transportation. There are jazz clubs around and the big theater that has symphony orchestras. If you want something classy, a great value with great service and very beautiful this is your hotel!

The tram passes through the hotel making a loud noise and vibrating the room at night, can’t sleep!

The building was gorgeous and in the perfect, walkable location. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The only problem was some of the lights in our room didn't work--desk lamp and hallway light that kept flickering all night even when it was turned off. We stayed 5 nights and the staff kept trying to fix them, but after 3 nights they couldn't and then offered to switch our rooms. By that point, we didn't want to bother and just kept our curtains open. We had a drink in the bar one night and they canceled our tab when we checked out so that was nice.

Old and dated. Was not as nice as the photos which may have been from a long time ago. Bed not very comfortable, and terrible pillows.

Nice room and walkable distance to a lot of attractions. Transportation is also very convenient. However, if your room has window facing the street, you will hear the sounds of trams passing by.

The Art Deco Imperial Hotel was simply world class. The staff, stunning rooms, old world charm and elegance, everything was 5-Star. The location could not have been better either. So easy to walk to the main attractions. A perfect stay in all ways for my husband and I as it was our first time Prague. I also encourage anyone who made need transportation to or from the airport and hotel to take advantage of the services they offer as well. Exceptional Hotel and highly recommend.

This was my second stay at this hotel as the previous was when several years pre Covid and I enjoyed it as much this time round as well. Fabulous location with a varirty of shopping and dining options. Friendly staff especially David the concierge and in the restaurant - Alexandra, Katerina and Gabriella.

The staff was great. I arrived early before checkin and left my bags to walk around. I came back and they noticed me right away and brought my bags. The restaurant staff were also amazing and the breakfast buffet had tons of options.

We were not offered an upgrade despite getting emails from Expedia about VIP access, which doesn’t seem to exist at any of the hotels we’ve been to. What I have a real issue with is the front desk staffer who checked us in: he was very rude and abrupt and seemed angry about dealing with us even though everything was paid and all he had to do was take our passport info. We avoided speaking with any staff after that because it was such a bad experience. The location is great, the hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room itself was comfortable but there are many good hotel options in that area so I would not stay there again.

It is fancy hotel but the cost is manageable.walking distance to town square and all main attractions.There is no need to take public transport It is also a mile from Praha train station . Breakfast are included which are high quality food in Cafe Imperial downstairs. Food are very delicious, high quality.If budget can accomodate, stay here for it is part of the Prague experience.!A historical hotel

Beautiful building, somewhat awkward location, but valet parking helped!

Hotel location is superb. It is very nearby to train station , Palladium shopping mall . Central city , cafes, restaurants etc .David at the reception was very receptive with our check in and share with us for the tourist attraction .Awesome buffet breakfast 👍👍 Will definitely come back in winter .Highly recommended this hotel to others 😍🏥

Very helpful and happy staff. Upgrade was not available as all 4 junior suites were taken, but the hotel gave us a bottle of wine instead. Reserved room was ample and nicely decorated. The city center is 12-15 minute walk.

Estancia de 10, el desayuno estuvo excelente así como la habitación que estaba muy limpia incluido el baño. El personal siempre nos trató muy bien y solo tenemos buenas palabras para ellos. Hotel a 10 minutos caminando apenas del Reloj Astronómico y todo lo importante. Muy bien ubicado.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful throughout, with a very helpful staff, and an incredible breakfast. Everything was clean. Location was great. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Love this hotel and would recommend it easily.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't reserve a table at the famous Cafe Imperial, as it was fully booked. Additionally, the street traffic during breakfast made the atmosphere feel less cozy and appealing for hotel guests. That said, the staff handled everything exceptionally well and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
