Baymont by Wyndham Montreal Airport

My stay began with a room where the toilet bowl had been flushed but not cleaned. That was the worst introduction to a hotel room I have ever had.

Old neglected hotel, old furniture, dusty smell in bedroom, no A/C! There was heating on in the bedroom and there was no way to turn it down/off. I was thirsty and vending machine don't work AT ALL! It's creepy. Airport shuttle is not reliable at all. Had to complain to the front desk about it. They said the shuttle bus did come but didnt see me which is FALSE since I was waiting outside for the bus driver for more than 20mins! First time staying in that hotel and I don't recommend it! Never going back! Also, check-out time was at 11:00, I woke up at 10:35 to leave the room and cleaning staff came knocking at my door. I didn't answer the door since it wasn't 11:00 yet!!! Since they had no answer from me, they opened the bedroom door!!!!! Im glad I put that safe lock on that door!! Imagine if I was sleeping in my underwear only... and they open the door and see me like that?!? NO PRIVACY? Freaking disrespectful!!! Never going back there! Front desk keep complaining in Spanish (I speak Spanish) about his job! They were shouting at each other about departures and so on! Oh, a complete nightmare. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!
