Eureka Town House Motel - Historic Old Town

If you’re a male traveling alone and need a cheap place to stay, and don’t mind sketchiness from those around, it is the place to stay. I will say that the room was extremely clean but dated. They do have long term guest. One of them blasted music all night and first thing in the morning. Saw one room having a lot of traffic and sells happening at the door and out of the bathroom window. That was the first night, I did say something to staff. The second night no load music. But the people in the room that had visitors decided to get in a screaming match, that lasted over three hours. Upon checking out I was informed by staff that the issues I brought up have been on going and that management is constantly talking to them. Management you should probably kick them out. I personally would not stay there again. I travel for work 6 months out of the year and have stayed in a lot of budget friendly motels. This by fair is my top three of never going back. In other words, stay at your own risk.

So the Hotel is old but it's clean, professional services, safe parking, and the greatest of all is a safe place to stay.

Staff was helpful and polite.

Had a pleasant stay at Town House. The owner greeted us upon arrival and communicated if we needed anything, just to ask. Hospitality was good as well. As many larger cities show, there is a prominent unhoused population in the area. We were not offended or bothered by this. If this doesn’t bother you either, this was a great centralized location to stay and within walking distance to local shops and businesses. Will book here again in the future.

Room was clean as well as the property. Staff was remote and checked us in via webcam but they were super nice and very professional. Very walkable area.
