Ice machine was too loud. Constant people running back and forth upstairs late night early morning. Bed was quite hard. front desk called 30 mins before checkout waking us up

My overall experience was great. I'm just concerned going forward that the overall quality could change because of the price and client base. For the price that we paid and what we received can't beat all of the amenities. I would choose this hotel over where we usually stay based on that. The only thing I didn't like was the bed made a sound every time you move and the pillows are small and uncomfortable. I want the hotel to remain as clean as it is and provide the amenities and pricing that it does, but time will tell if the overall quality changes. I appreciate the short stay that we had and the gentleman at the front desk was great.

The stay was ruined because their pool was closed. Instead of updating info on their website or informing guest at check in they openly advertised a pool. It was over 100 degrees that weekend my son and I left early because of this reason. Please update your site to reflect your current pools operating condition!

Stayed for 4 nights. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful when necessary. Pretty quiet hotel. Parking was not very good. Need more spaces considering how big the hotel is. But it was great overall.

Everything was perfect, i feel if guest have pets during there stay rooms needs to be cleaned throughly there was alot of pet hair on the couches. Other then that it was perfect

The staff was amazing. Tony greeted us and we had a very smooth check in. He was very professional, personable, and took his position seriously. Upon walking in the floor in the lobby was dirty. Once inside the room, there was a fowl odor indicative to being lived in and the floor was stained and dirty. Tony immediately cleaned the floors. The floors inside the entire hotel needed vacumming (carpet) and mopping (tile).

This Everhome in Ontario is new, only open for business a few months ago, so it was definitely clean and fresh. For hygienic reasons I was happy to be in a room without carpet especially because Everhome allows pets. Although our trip lasted 5 days, management would not allow housekeeping to clean our room until the 4th day. They did replenish items, but we had to ask for them & was told where to dispose of our trash outside. Everhome Ontario is a budget hotel. It is a shame the property did not have the foresight to use better-quality furnishings. With repeated use, I can see this hotel's interior going downhill very quickly within a short period of time. At the present time in November 2025, it is great. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by a few fast-food restaurants. There is a grocery down the road if you want to take advantage of the full fridge and stove/microwave. All-in-all a great little budget rest stop for now.

Staff was fine. The place is sterile. We didn’t realize it’s not a regular hotel. While it has a kitchenette with a full size microwave and dishwasher, there was no soap in the bathroom. Since we were only there 1 night, soap was more important than a dishwasher. It was also odd to be told to take the trash out to the dumpster upon departure.

The first room we were given was not cleaned. The second time she gave us the card it didn’t open the door, we had to go downstairs a third time to correct. Once in the room it was clean. Lots of noisy neighbors throughout the night. Would not stay here again

We loved it. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. It also has a full size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, 2 stove top burners, plates & utensils and a toaster. You could also request other appliances if needed. The bathroom was nice and huge. Great water pressure. My son brought his computer monitor and Xbox that he was able to hook up to keep him occupied. He loved it. He slept on the couch instead of the bed. The beds were comfortable and I loved the blankets on the bed, it wasn’t just a cover and sheet. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay again. Future hotel stays for us.

The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, the room was nice and clean the couch was not comfortable and it was itchy as well.. the guy at the front desk was very nonchalant with a sassy attitude when asked a question

We booked two rooms & while the rooms were very clean, our AC was busted. The room was stuck at 80° all night. When we asked for maintenance to come check it out, they said they didn’t have anyone on site to fix it. When we asked for a different solution, they said they were sold out of rooms.

Everything was nice considering its a new building, the only real issue is that the water pressure in the shower was bad. I expected better considering it being a new building, but it was like barley coming out of the shower head. Other than that it was nice.

Staff was so friendly and the rooms had everything we needed, will definitely stay again😊 there’s also a Chick-fil-A that is walkable from the hotel, and Sonic a few minutes away for food!
