Really love this hotel. The pool is great for the kids (a bit cold though), underground parking and EV charging makes it so convenient, breakfast is good and rooms are clean. It’s a decent gym but lots of kids are allowed in making it annoying and a safety hazard. Will definitely be staying again!

Brand new hotel is clean, beautiful with large rooms. The free breakfast was excellent, as one would expect from the Express brand. The big negative - no free parking for a suburban hotel. Worse, they don't clearly advertise they ONLY have paid parking, at $20/night! And Hotels.com didn't do their research to uncover this. Their underground parking garage is rather small too with poor signage, which only makes matters worse. Major fail unfortunately.

Beautiful hotel but much farther from the airport than advertised and the shuttle service was terrible. They were very late and disorganized. The hotel itself was very nice and I appreciated the free breakfast. The pool was great.

Room was clean and spacious however, climate control is deactivated with no ability to modify individual room conditions. Therefore, I did not get adequate sleep due to warm, stuffy air. In an effort to save money, the hotel's upper management assumes its guests will tolerate warm stuffy rooms. That is unacceptable for me. As a result, I will not return because there is no substitute for a comfortable room atmosphere. Everyone is different. Perhaps some guests don't mind the lack of climate control. I am not one of those guests however. There are no valid reasons for such a hotel policy; only excuses. Comfort is key when sleeping away from home on business trips. While the front desk clerk was sympathetic to my grievance, she had no authority to override the policy. Individual room climate controls were completely shut off by maintenance until a future date regardless of conditions. What a shame..
