Convenient location. The walkway to the parking garage was a great feature. Clean room. Lobby is lovely. Kind and helpful staff. The area around the hotel has walkable restaurants. But depending on the route you take, it can also be a little sketchy. Overall, would stay here again when in the area. More value for you money compared with nearby hotels.

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable beds. No breakfast or morning coffee. Parking for extra fee across street in garage. Felt a little sketchy at night. Woman at front desk was very rude to our young adult but when I went in she changed her tune and tried to explain why she was so rude even though I didn’t even bring it up.

Overall, the hotel was amazing to stay at but my one gripe was that the TV remote was very sticky/dirty to touch which was something I never really experienced before and was a bit concerned. But other than that I had a great time and my overall experience was exceptional

Hotel was clean, staff was generally friendly and helpful. My room, however, was adjacent to a club – I might have well been in the club. It did not close until late, which made sleeping before 1 AM nearly impossible. The television in my room was also broken.

The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and got us checked in early upon request, which was super helpful for the wedding we had to make it to. I do wish there was a complimentary breakfast for the high price we had to pay for our one night stay, and the walls of our room were paper thin, but otherwise 10/10 experience. Would come back in the future.

A bog standard business hotel, charmless but functional. Some considerations: the bed was made up of a duvet between two sheets, which doesn't feel particularly sanitary. The sink in my room leaked water all over the counter and floor. The blinds in the room didn't go up so I received no natural light in the room. Staff are friendly and check-in/out was a breeze.

I have stayed at all the top hotels in NH, and while some offer additional services, they come at a price. This hotel was not what we expected. Not how it was advertised. Asked to check out and get a refund a few mins after check in and they wouldn’t refund or work with us! We turned in keys anyway! Very cold customer service and rude.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, but they fall far short of dealing with problems. I was overcharged for my last day - I pointed this out to the desk clerk and was told the manager would get back to me to redress. Also, despite letting three different staff know, I never could get the television to work properly. Again the clerk indicated the manager would provide some sort of compensation for the lack of TV service. I checked out on a Wednesday, today is Saturday, and I am still waiting to be contacted, despite three calls and two emails.

It was amazing until my last day. I had a terrible headache causing me to move slowly. Front desk person at the time appeared insensitive about my dilemma and more concerned with me making a decision to be charged an additional 50 dollars. I understand I was at a place of business for services rendered, However, in any business or profession, one must always identify and connect with simple, human expressions of concern for a person’s wellbeing. She offered Tylenol towards the end of the brief exchange with no emotion.

The staff customer service was the very best part of my stay at New Haven Hotel. Dia (sp?) checked me in at 9:30 am, so that I could rest and get out of the cold. They also held on to my luggage until my bus departed Union Station late at night. The room was very comfortable; especially the bed. Everything was surprisingly seamless. Great stay.

Kudos to Rachel at the front desk in the evening of 1/17 (who helped fix the lack of hot water in our sink/shower), and Stephanie and Luis Reyes on the early morning of 1/19. Stephanie and Luis were instrumental in helping me with jump my car's dead battery. Stephanie got a hold of Luis, and Luis went to the gararge to jump the battery. They saved our day! I really liked the New Haven Hotel. Greeted me with two free drinks. Next morning I went down to buy a Pepsi and was told just to take one. Fantastic location and great staff. Wish it had a restaurant, but otherwise perfect for my stay.

Great spot in downtown near Yale, lots of restaurants, and nightlife activities. Convenient parking across the street, super friendly staff! You can chromecast in your room and there’s a small market downstairs.The only small inconvenience was the bathroom lights are so incredibly bright when you use the bathroom at 4 am, but other than that it was great. We would definitely go again!

Very nice property! So glad we discovered this today! The woman at the front desk was super nice and sweet! Great for a stop over during our trip! The location looks great. Lots of many places nearby. Unfortunately, we probably won’t have time to check them out, hopefully we can find a place for breakfast in the morning. I didn’t notice a restaurant here, though there were items for sale around the front. Parking is at a garage that’s connected to the hotel. It was around $25 for one night of parking. The hotel is very clean and modern. Definitely has a Yale theme to it. I would definitely come back here again!
