This hotel property was dirty, trash everywhere in the parking lot, our room door would not lock properly and it look like drugs addicts and homeless stay here. We were in the room for all of 5 mins before we exited and decided to stay somewhere else and when we went to tell the front desk lady we wouldn’t be staying she said if we didn’t like it we should have came right back and told her not stay in the room for 20 mins which we did not. If I could give negative 0 stars I would.

Long term stays-fine, overall cleanliness, lack of towels, even asking for some, never receiving. No camera's on outside to watch vehicles. Great place for by the hour I guess, or any other shady deals. Would not recommend, stayed in room less than 6 hours, left. YET.....AMAZINGLY quite over night. All the loud people on there phones in there rooms and outside were actually quite. Nice surprise.

Dirty, garbage in lobby, had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Room keys did not work multiple times, urine smell in the lobby, no anenities like coffee pot, vending machine was mostly empty, holes in the drapes let in light.

Upon arrival at the property I immediately noticed how much trash was scattered about the property. Entering the hotel lobby to check in the filth continued. The carpets were the dirtiest I have ever witnessed. It appeared a large Familly was running the hotel. If it was me I would take some pride in my establishment and start picking up trash and replacing the horrendous carpeting instead of relying on camera tricks only to get you not very desirable ratings on Orbitz which surely are going to discourage future business from considering a stay there. Drapery in the room that I stayed in had to be original as they were in 15 years passed being thrown in a Dumpster. A little pride, elbow grease, window dressing and flooring could make this a nicer hotel while being able to charge more for the rooms while running off the undesirables who have gathered like herds of roaches.

Parking area was unsafe. Abandoned cars parked in the parking lot. Potholes in the driveway of the hotel. Heating did not work. There was no trashcan in the room for me to dump my trash. Staff were totally oblivious to my concerns. I lost my complaint with staff before I left the hotel premises.

Complete disregard for cleanliness. Parking lot had trash all around it, main lobby was dirty with chips and crumbs everywhere, and our room was falling apart. Most of the issues could be fixed within a couple hours with just a vacuum and a broom but staff didn't seem interested at all in maintaining the property. The moment we pulled into the parking lot we knew we made the wrong choice for where to stay.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! When we arrived, the place already gave a bad vibe – trashy is probably an understatement. On the way to our room, we were harassed by a couple of guys trying to sell us drugs and asking for our room number so they can carry our luggage for us. The room is rundown. One lamp did not have any lightbulb. Light fixtures and furniture were broken. The sheets were dirty and stank. The bathroom was horrible as it had disgusting brown-orangey stains on the walls and the blinds. The towels looked like cheap rags. There was no double lock on the door, and we literally could not sleep all night out of fear that someone might barge in our door and rob or kill us. It feels like every hour there’s someone walking past our window and peeping in. There was noise all night and our next-door room had arguments with someone knocking on his door trying to get in. We booked for 2 nights but had to leave first thing in the morning out of fear for our safety. As we walked down the stairs to leave the place we found drug paraphernalia on the floor and there was this guy sitting on the stairs hunched down and appeared to be talking to himself. This place struck me as a haven for homeless folks with drug abuse issues. Definitely not a safe and pleasant stay for anyone especially for a family.

We did not stay at this hotel the condition was DEPLORABLE!! I would be ashamed to even have it listed on my site if I were you! The filth and the disgusting smell would make anyone want to puke!!!!!!! I did not check in and calls for a refund and was unable to get my hard earned money back. This hotel is also located in a very unsafe are of CT. You should be sure you want some of your listings not harm your ability to have people repeat using Expedia. We will never book with you again!

Smelled insanely badly like mold and from the fist moment you step in its dirty trash all over I reserved a king size bed non smoking and I got a full size were I had to place it on the floor due to me tossing badly and can fall easily and get injured and the room smelled like mold and smoke of cigarettes and weed plus to make worst matters there was needles all over outside the hotel never again I definitely make it my best to get my money back

No towels until I asked for them twice. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace the batteries on the remote to try to fix it. Worst of all, the entry door has a big hole near the door handle that they stuffed with paper!

The bad news starts with the exterior-run down and in need of renovation. The lobby area was better but still uninviting. The journey upstairs involved walking on dirty carpet with rubbish all over the floor all the way to our room. Our room bedlinen was clean, thank god. The curtains were falling off the window in places. You had to choose whether you wanted the bedside lamp, refrigerator or microwave working as there was only one power socket, very poor. Overall the room was very dated . I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was courteous and our room was relatively clean. However that is the only positive comments I can make. The TV, fridge and microwave did not work. Trash and rubbish were all over the outside of the building and in the hallway outside our room. It also felt unsafe as beat up cars and people were in and out of the room at the end of the building I can remember this establishment as being a nice place to stay in the past but not now

AVOID at all cost if you value your identity! Do not hand over your ID. They secretly scan your Drivers License or other ID into their computer system...possibly selling it. No notification of ID scanning published. They refused to delete Military ID even when told they were committing a Federal crime. Older Female owner started yelling and called the police on me. She told them I was telling her customers to leave. IQ challenged as she has multiple cameras throughout the lobby including one pointed at customers during registration. Her hostility extended to another customer who chose to cancel his reservation when he was informed of the hotel's electronic ID harvesting. Owner was yelling as he was leaving.

There's nothing I like about the property. The property contains very old things. The remote control is real patchwork. Toilet is blocked, no trash can in the room. Microwave is only at the lobby. Customer service is very poor. I have to stand at the lobby for a long time before I finally checked in. I can't go there a second time.
There's nothing I like about the property. The property contains very old things. The remote control is real patchwork. Toilet is blocked, no trash can in the room. Microwave is only at the lobby. Customer service is very poor. I have to stand at the lobby for a long time before I finally checked in. I can't go there a second time.

I got there extremely early and they were gracious enough to have me check in before the time which I was grateful for because I had an eventful night ahead of me and I definitely needed as much sleep as I could get. The staff is kind and deals with everyone according to their needs.

Good things: The staff is experienced/efficient and friendly. The price is very low. We arrived very late (3am) and was quickly checked in Undesirables: Neighborhood had people walking around at 3am. Traffic noise is loud. The room is dingy and no toilet paper. We only needed a few hours of sleep, so it was okay. If you stay for more than one night, this is not a good place. The staff is great. This place will have business for the lower cost. I saw families coming out of the main building which is likely more clean and safer.

Moving my daughter to the area from Philly for college. Absolutely terrible motel. Cops and homeless around all night. Did not feel safe with my daughter there. Had to prop the door with the ironing board to feel a little safer. Moved the table under the TV and full of trash and empty beer cans. Light in shower didn’t work, let the front desk guy know when he had to come fix the TV and he said “yeah, it doesn’t work”. Barely slept, kept waiting for my car to be broken into. In the morning, 6-7 cop cars about to raid the place next door. Expedia should be embarrassed to have them listed on their site!

The bed was very comfortable, but everything else needs major upgrading. It had a weird odor. Can you some major renovations. Lightbulbs were missing out of the lights. Do not stay here! Lots of drug deals out of the rooms, crackheads everywhere. A car pulled up yelling at us asking if we wanted to buy any drugs! Not a good place and dont go out after dark by your self!

Dangerous. Don't stay. We saw criminal and were propositioned while being checked in. We didn't even go to the room, we left. My review is being rejected by the New Haven Inn. They don't want you to read what I have to say.

Great place to stay for a night, especially if your room is above the lobby. Felt safe in that regard. Would not recommend walking outside at any point during the day and I hopped straight into an Uber given the surroundings, even the drivers were nervous about picking me up.

Upon arrival at the property I immediately noticed how much trash was scattered about the property. Entering the hotel lobby to check in the filth continued. The carpets were the dirtiest I have ever witnessed. It appeared a large Familly was running the hotel. If it was me I would take some pride in my establishment and start picking up trash and replacing the horrendous carpeting instead of relying on camera tricks only to get you not very desirable ratings on Orbitz which surely are going to discourage future business from considering a stay there. Drapery in the room that I stayed in had to be original as they were in 15 years passed being thrown in a Dumpster. A little pride, elbow grease, window dressing and flooring could make this a nicer hotel while being able to charge more for the rooms while running off the undesirables who have gathered like herds of roaches.

It was okay! Definitely a get what you pay for situation. Upon arrival, I had dirty sheets. I ended up not making it back to the room that night but the next day I notified staff. They gave me new sheets but I had to change them myself. Other than that, it was a pretty okay stay

They need to replace the rugs in the entrance and the upstairs hallway. It had a bad dirty rug smell. The windows were dirty, the bathroom was clean, but you can see that the putty around the mirror was done very sloppily. One of the washcloths was dirty and it was hanging on the towel reck. We basically just slept and left. The only good thing was the bed sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The toilet was leaking into bathroom Everytime flushed. Air conditioning unit was leaking into room and caused puddles. We booked a room with fridge and didn’t have a fridge. Only two lights in the room worked.
