Abends katastrophale Parkplatzsituation durch Restaurantgäste, die ebenfalls parken wollen. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und sehr schön, das Zimmer wirkt hingegen abgewohnt und mit Teppichboden nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit. Das Zimmer war völlig überheizt und die Temperatur lässt sich nicht regulieren. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Camera per famiglia (4 persone) ampia e pulita nella struttura fronte strada a quella principale. I ragazzi hanno dormito in un divano letto matrimoniale un po' stretto ma per 2 notti più che adeguato. Abbondante offerta per la colazione con dolce, salato e frutta. Una sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo che propone piatti tipici ben cucinati. Buona la pulizia della struttura e della camera. Assenti piccole accortezze come il set di cortesia per il bagno, almeno nella nostra stanza, che magari si danno per scontate in un 4 stelle. Noi ci siamo sempre mossi in auto e si arrivava in 10 minuti ai parcheggi del centro; nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura passa anche un autobus per il centro. Parcheggio privato della struttura comodissimo alle camere. Giudizio nel complesso ampiamente positivo.

We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it. The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental. The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions. The views around the hotel is super scenic. We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck.

Inside the main building was really nice , breakfast was fresh and plentiful , the hotel is to far out from anything theres no where to get food only a vending machine restaurant shut on saturday nite we had to eat early in town and get drinks ans snacks for the evening no kettle or tea/coffee in room ,staff didnt look very happy the reception team were abrupt wont be going back to hotel or innsbruck

Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. It does cost $ if you want to go inside, but the grounds are open to the public. It's a beautiful location.

I ragazzi hanno dormito in un divano letto matrimoniale un po' stretto ma per 2 notti più che adeguato. Abbondante offerta per la colazione con dolce, salato e frutta. Una sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo che propone piatti tipici ben cucinati. Buona la pulizia della struttura e della camera. Mycket trevligt, rent, mycket vänlig personal. Ligger lite utanför själva centrum men vi hade bil så då kör man till gamla stan på 6-7 minuter. Traditionellt hotell med mycket fina rum.

We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it. The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental. The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions. The views around the hotel is super scenic. We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck.

Inside the main building was really nice , breakfast was fresh and plentiful , the hotel is to far out from anything theres no where to get food only a vending machine restaurant shut on saturday nite we had to eat early in town and get drinks ans snacks for the evening no kettle or tea/coffee in room ,staff didnt look very happy the reception team were abrupt wont be going back to hotel or innsbruck
