Overall an excellent stay. Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, & having the wonderfully heated pool & hot tub open until midnight was fantastic for my crew! The only parts that weren't excellent was parts of the hotel could use refreshed and the hot tub jets were clogged so they didn't blow very hard. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was nice. Staff was nice hotel was clean breakfast not that great. Have had much better free breakfasts pool area not the best half the jets do not work in the hot tub tiny pool. Other than that it was fine.

Very clean place to stay. Near many restaurants. All the staff we came in contact with were kind, helpful and very sweet. The pool was clean, the gym was spotless and breakfast was wonderful!

The property itself and surrounding areas were clean. The staff were friendly. The location was a safe area surrounded by other hotels. There were several restaurants in the vicinity, both casual dining and fast food. The room was clean. The only issue was the smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom, although there were no visible signs of mold/mildew. We were passing through and only stayed for one night. It was a reasonable price for a one night stay.

I booked through Expedia on a Friday night. Very cost effective. My first impression entering property and to my room was very nice. Once in my room, the carpet was gross. Room had sitting area and floor boards and carpet which were visible by accent chair gross with dust. There was also a capsule of some type of med on the floor in front of refrigerator.

I was disappointed and unable to use the jacuzzi tub as it was dirty with hairs in it. The chair and n the sitting room had disgusting crusty filth and the seat was soiled with water rings all over it.The bedroom wall had something disgusting all over it also! The bathroom sink kept filling with water and not draining and the bathroom fan was janky. The staff could not fix these items the first nights that so we had to deal with it until the next day and all the did was exchange chairs, nothing else was addressed.

Booked through expedia based on reviews. 2 different rooms had wet carpet but they had been cleaned due to pets.i could no breath in room. We left since they had no other availability. Waiting to get approval on tefund.

This Hotel is old, however that is no excuse for built up dust on the bathroom lights and the top of the mirror. That doesn't just accumulate overnight. So that makes me wonder what else they are not cleaning on a daily or weekly basis. We also found a spot of blood on our ice bucket bag.

We got the King with the jetted tub. The room was clean and comfortable. The jetted tub was nice to have after a day of driving. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants. The place was outdated but clean and comfortable.

would be 5 star but the mattress was collapsed or something on one side…. was poking at me uncomfortably…….fortunately for me it was a king and i just moved to the other side as i was traveling alone. would have been an issue with 2 people. room 415. otherwise the place is nice and convenient. staff is always very friendly. i have stayed here numerous times as i travel thru, and will again.

The beds are HORRIBLE! The pillows are horrible, as well as the blankets. Traffic on either side of the hotel. It hasn’t been upgraded since the 80’s. Will never stay again. The only positive was the staff. They are helpful and friendly.

Easy to find and is close to other hotels in the area. There is a fazolis and speedway within walking distance. We ate at the Cattleman's steak house, which was a very short distance. Really great salad bar, slower service.The room had a different kind of layout, which does makes it feel small. The living room TV was broken but the bedroom ones worked. The room is plain, little color or decor. There are surface wear in different areas of the room. The hot tub was nice, but over ran with kids. Breakfast was ok, with all the hot items microwaved, eggs, bacon, potatoes. Check out was simple and can be done on your phone. All in all average to good if you're looking for a place to rest for the night.

Check in was fine. Booked online and they had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there. Check in clerk was friendly. Room was ok. It was large everywhere except the bathroom which is really cramped. They should redo and take space from lounge area and add to bathroom. Knees almost hit door when on toilet. Gave airplane bathroom vibes. Bathroom was very clean though. The decor in this room was really ugly. Not sure if all like this or if throughout whole chain but really ugly color scheme and furniture in lounge area. Bed was comfortable. Pillows weird. Small and perfectly square. Comfortable though. Need bigger pillows. Overall clean place to stay with friendly check in clerk.

First off, we were in a bad mood because it was late at night and we had had to leave another hotel (Sleep Inn) down the street due to its dirtiness. Our kids were a mess. So arriving here was a breath of fresh air. Checking in was super fast and simple. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. Good staff, clean room, what else can you ask for? It was a little noisy next to the expressway, but not so much as to be a problem. We would definitely stop and use this hotel again.

Requested late check out for an hour staff declined very rudely, may be one of them was owner as well. They did not even tried to consider my late night check in a day before and I had a call for my office. They said they have booking, I stayed there on lobby for my office work and noticed that there was no any check in until 2:30pm.

Overall an excellent stay. Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! They were doing renovations to the hotel unbeknownst to us. Super loud noises. We had traveled all day and wanted to rest. We kept hearing loud banging. It sounded like it was next door. When I checked with the front desk one person told me they would be there until 6pm working while another person told me it would be 7pm but they would not start again until noon. The noise continued after 7pm and resumed around 8 am the next day. People in the hallways were screaming and yelling at all times. There was no respect for any respect for any other guest. We left the tag on the door to the room cleaned daily. I noticed the shower was not cleaned. The garbages were not emptied. I would not stay at this hotel ever again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel for the price is very outdated and needs repairs … the staff doesn’t understand the rules of service dogs… they put all dogs on one floor which is a huge accident waiting to happen and the don’t seem to understand that service dogs cannot be treated like a regular dog … I will never stay at this hotel again

On a longer vacation taking in the Ark and then all the Paris, and Lexington, KY area could offer us. It's closer to hwy. Exits so at 5am you can hear the sportscars sppeding up to enter the highway. Not the hotels fault.

Hotel being renovated- common areas were in poor access condition- almost dangerously so. While price was convenient, the location is really far removed from Lexignton, KY. Getting there at night really makes you feel like you are lost. OK if you use it on your drive south, not convenient to go back and forth to activities in Lexington (I was attending a conference)

Both my husband and I enjoyed out hotel stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Georgetown, Kentucky. The room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel was a close walk to a really great restaurant. That said, we have NEVER had a worse experience at the morning breakfast. The two woman working were not clearing tables so the breakfast area was very dirty. There was no decaffeinated coffee even available, and the food offerings were not appetizing. Real plates were being used, but there did not seem to be any place to put used ones, so they just sat out. All in all, it was a most disgusting dining experience.
