It is an older hotel but the rooms have been fully redone. They re opened in October/22. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is modern. There was a small leak in the bathroom which they were going to fix the next day. NO Breakfast but there were restaurants next to then hotel.

Was a bit nervous to stay here after seeing the reviews but I felt that this hotel was great for the price. Extremely clean and accommodating. We brought a large truck and trailer and they made sure we had room to park. I really have no complaints and would definitely recommend this to my family and friends!

The beds were very comfortable. The towels had stains on them. The bathroom door had been punched in. There was no ice machine on premise although the room had an ice bucket.

There was a bunch of debris in the bathtub. I tried rinsing it out but the drain was clogged. When I reported it a gentleman in the lobby said his room was doing the exact same thing. They also didn't have an ice machine working. I asked how long it had been down and they said it had been down quite a while.

The room was rented for $175 per night. Discovered the owner had doubled the rate as there were several events going on in the area. The normal rate was $85. The room was not worth $175. The towels were were limited, no Icemaker available even tho there was an ice bucket in room, microwave did not work. We had requested anon smoking room, but the tried putting us in three different rooms before giving us the non smoking room. I feel like there was price gouging because it was definitely not a $175 room. I will not be using Expedia for any additional bookings

Older motel that has been nicely renovated and updated. Very clean! Parking outside the door was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Would stay here again!

Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from this nice motel at a great price. Yes, the property is under renovation, and I never understood why that upsets people - first they complain that a property is dated, and then they complain that it’s being renovated. There are obviously some longer-term residents but all of the ones I came across were friendly. I stayed in room 140 and it was excellent. The bed was comfy, the pillows had various “fluffiness,” the room was very clean and quiet. Check in and out was fast and both the evening and morning front desk employees were very polite and professional. And my two dogs stayed free! That’s getting harder and harder to find! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I tried to wipe up a mess off the floor….. The rag turned BLACK… It’s very obvious the cleaning staff DOESN’T CLEAN. & I think they didn’t even change my sheets because they had stains on them & it felt like BUGS were crawling all over me.

This is a beautiful, clean Red Roof Inn. It’s been fully renovated and very comfortable. The best part was it is a distance from I 75 so you didn’t hear road noise.

The inn clearly used to have different branding & has been very well remodeled. The furniture & lighting is modern, with abundant outlets around the room & easy to clean surfaces. The king bed was high off the ground, so if that is an issue call them to ask about accessibility. The excellent pillows were the best, the bed simply comfortable, but the sheets were just adequate. The TV was poor but that's fine for the price I paid; unfortunately the universal remote that was designed to be fully washable didn't control all the features of the TV, so that made it hard to browse through the dozens of cable channels. The bathroom door didn't seem the correct choice of style. The one time I closed it I saw a hole had been kicked in, I made sure they knew it was already there. I choose to take a risk with this budget booking & it proved to be a great value, I usually have had good fortune with Red Roof inns. The lobby advertises cup noodles for $1 upon request, but was out of stock. This threw me, as I had already paid $1 for a drink that I felt would go well with it, & had chosen to settle for that & go to the Pizzeria in the morning instead of that night. The Pizzeria is separate, out front from the inn, & when I went in the morning it was good. I happened to see a lot of pretty dogs being walked, so it might be a good place for that.

The rooms smell bad. Two smelled like old smoke, one smelled like cooked fish, the fourth was finally okay. At least the staff let me keep trying rooms. All night long around every 5 minutes there was a pipe flush sound and then a bang. Hard to get to sleep. Bathrooms were new so that was a plus, but lighting around mirror was not bright.

The staff was friendly once they got around to helping me. The location seems a little sketchy. Visually, the room was very nicely kept and styled but that the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Thin walls and arguing neighbors made the nights a bit rough. Pillows thin. Shower pressure good. Toilet seat would not stay up. Remote for TV was broken.

They charge deposit, which is ok. Then charge a $5.00 fee ( non returnable) for using your credit card for the deposit. Never see that before.

My wife and I needed a bed to sleep in for a couple nights while visiting family in the area. This Red Roof Inn delivered. The staff was friendly and the room had been recently remodeled. No concern for safety as the area was well lit and staff visibly present. We would stay again.

We couldn’t stay at this property. Front desk clerk assigned a room that was occupied. Then he blamed others for booking us there. He said he only assigns keys to the rooms, he doesn’t actually book them. Imagine walking into a room where people are already in the bed. It was shocking and frightening. Also there were people fighting in the parking lot.

We arrived at this property to find no employee only a friend of the employee. He asked that we wait 15 minutes while the employee was picking up her dog. We noticed a broken window in one of the rooms which appeared to be used for storage. We also noticed many curtains off the rods & some units used as apartments. The employee never came back in 20 minutes. We asked for a refund. The pictures don’t represent what we saw.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my room a month in advance. 11:30pm the night before my arrival, I received a phone call that because of an “incident” with a fire marshal on their property, my reservation was cancelled. No details. No offer to accommodate. They also claimed they’d been trying to reach me since that morning. No. I received NO notice prior to 11:30pm. Everything in the area was booked because of this event, and I was forced to reserve a room 45 minutes away in desperation. Obviously they overbooked. This is abysmal customer service and Red Roof will never have my business again. Buyer beware, they will leave you stranded.

I would sleep in my car in a blizzard before I would go back here. The staff were so rude and loudly fighting, the parking lot was full of trash and plies of dirt and mud, there were screws and other debris in the mud. I would not have my company logo on it. We stayed there due to the weather conditions

This is an older inn that has been fixed up. It was very clean and the night attendant was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t arrive until 1 am and we had no issues. We were thankful that the office was open.

Good location.....I-75 was easy access from the hotel. The older gentleman that checked us in was nice and so was the younger woman that checked us out. Rooms were really nice, but I do understand they've recently been renovated. Only thing, I didn't like was the occupants in the room next to us. Too much activity and I was a little on guard......slamming doors all night even at 2am and then cranking vehicles and revving motors, but I know that's not y'all's fault. Otherwise, I would stay again

Interior seems to be recently remodeled, new paint, flooring, countertops, beds, furnishings. Very pleasantly surprised for the price, bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, room was small but had a nice size bathroom and the room was clean. Only negative is the exterior is dated and Not many dining options to walk to. I would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for clean, basic, reasonably price room, they fit the bill.
