I felt this was an excellent hotel considering the price. It was well-kept, clean, and had all the typical amenities. The breakfast offering was still pretty good. I didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room but they both looked to be in very nice condition.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The carpet in our room was very "icky" feeling and dirty, changing the color of the bottoms of our feet. There was damage to the table trims in our room and one of the lamps had a buld hanging down like it was broken. Shower was clean and water was hot! The indoor pool was great, but holy bleach! The breakfast is just as you'd expect for the typical continental breakfast. There is a fitness room- the treadmill wasn't functional but the stair stepper was and it had a small assortment of weighted balls. The odor could be better but its not the worst we've experience either.

We were put beside someone that had a dog and it barked off and on during the night. Also, we had a strong cigarette smell in our room. The room was reasonably clean but the smoke smell made the stay very unpleasant.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. I did not stay as planned due to the hotel having bed bugs. I was also denied a refund. The hotel was dirty and smelled like a cat litter box. I tried to work with the staff but each room had an issue. The final issue was bed bugs. I pulled the sheet back and a bed bug was walking where my head would go. Horrible location. Poor management.

Good stay, King size bed a little hard, Disappointed that “large comfort” dog was in early morning breakfast area while eating. I guess that’s fine for dog lovers but if you’re not use to it, can be a little uneasy and a breakfast killer! Sensitivity works both ways.

Ok for an overnight. First room smelled heavily of smoke, which I would have tolerated. But when I turned the bed down there was something gross on the sheets and top sheet. Maybe mold?? Asked for a new room and was promptly given a nicer room. However, the bed had a HUGE indent on one side and the pillows were tiny. Very noisy (trains, people in other rooms, toilets flushing, cars outside, hallway noise. People were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good.

The building is old, and the doorknob was broken, making it difficult to open. Also, the phone charger was old and wobbly, preventing it from charging. Guests are advised to bring their own potable charger and or I need a power cord.

The pictures Baymont has on their suites is not correct and they had no hot tub rooms available but would not reimburse me for the suite I had actually paid for. They would also not let me cancel that night and go find another hotel. The manager was not available until the following day which is what they kept saying. Baymont has still not refunded me any money or responded to emails sent by myself and Expedia. Baymont has yet to update their pictures on the website so do not select the suite with the hot tub because you do not get that. You get a normal hotel room and could have paid $60 less for it!

Not a fan of the property. Was initially sent to an occupied room that was dirty and full of other peoples stuff. Booked a hot tub room but they didn’t have one available, don’t bother as the “hot tub” is in the living area next to the couch….awkward if you have kiddos with you as we did. Finally got a room and it was comfortable enough but breakfast in the morning was disappointing.

Property seems to charge appropriately for what you are getting. The Hotel was clean and just your average hotel, clean room to sleep and be on the go all day. Breakfast was very basic but ok for price you paid per a night. Front counter employees are VERY nice and helpful.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Pet fee of $35.00 per day which was not posted on expedia and an outrageous fee compared to other comparable hotels. I had a pair of socks (priced $40) on my bed and they disappeared after housekeeping came. Checked laundry and nothing.

Courtney, who checked us in, was very nice and accommodating. I reserved 2 rooms, but one of them was messed up. She changed our room without any problem at all. The other receptionists there were also friendly. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness of it.

The person that checked me in had zero customer service skillset and was rude. I hope she has some training to have better job performance. It was literally the worst check in I've ever experienced at any establishment. Hopefully this feedback will get the person some training to help her for years to come.

Excellent check-in and extra effort by staff person (Dorothy Strong). She came to our room to get our AC operating. Very efficient and friendly. Dorothy Strong is a superior staff member who made our stay memorable. Excellent breakfast.

Clean rooms, fantastic price. I was pleasantly surprised that the low price didn't reflect a rundown hotel. Many breakfast options including biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins . . . Beds were comfortable, sheets clean. Shower could've used more heat.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was on duty and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t that great but we got down there about 8:30 so probably our fault everything was almost all eaten. Other than that, I would give the hotel five stars!
