A Waffle House is steps away. Gas station convenience store close by, breakfast was decent several optios and beds were very comfortable! One thing that’s need improvement asap is how slippery the pool area is with or without shoes! We had several slips and a fall!

Fix the elevator. It was broken during September stay and then again during October. Carrying luggage down four flights is no joke. I had four joint replacements and husband was two weeks out from pacemaker surgery and could not lift over 10 pounds, thus no real help in carrying bags. Front desk clerk just said he was sorry, never offering to help with luggage even when I told him our circumstances. I stay here about 6 times a year for 2 or more days each visit, but may have to rethink stay. Breakfast was good and other staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a late check in after a long day of traveling and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the AC good and cold. The pool was nice and clean and open from 6am-10pm. I have 2 small boys and that was so awesome. I was shocked at the hours it was opened and the staff commented “we feel that if you’re awake our amenities should be available “ . That is exactly how a hotel should operate. I was very impressed. They also had a laundry on site and breakfast was good. Definitely worth the stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Two little things....no coffee cups (we had to go to a local station and purchase a coffee to get a cup.) At check-out, there were no luggage carts available and since we had stayed several days with a cooler, it made check out rather difficult. Overall, it was a perfect location for the sites we were seeing and very clean. We aren't much on breakfast but the continental breakfast was fabulous....everything you could want and more! Will plan to stay in Sleep Inn again!

Stayed 3 nights. Sheets dirty upon arrival. Had go to the front desk and get new sheets first thing as well as get my own towels every night. Asked for 2 days in a row for room to be cleaned due to shaved hair all over the floor with assurance it would be and was never touched the entire stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Floors in my room were not cleaned when I walked across them with my bare feet out of the shower the bottoms of my feet were brown with dirt. Counters were not wiped down there were smear marks on them. There were stains on my blankets. I had to go to Walmart and get Lysol to spray into the room and on the floors to knock down the smell. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Only thing that was good was the waffles the rest wasn't worth eating. A person shouldn't have to deal with all of that when you pay to stay at a place. It should be clean no matter how much money is spent per night. Doubt I will be staying here again

We arrived almost 4pm on September 2(Saturday), as we go inside room 224 , the room was not clean, crumbs on the desk and the chair. It is so obvious that the carpet was not vacuumed for dirts are scattered on the floor. Even though the bed was made but the sheets were clearly not changed from previous occupants, I told one housekeeper I saw at the hallway about the condition of the room and even let her see it herself and she agreed it was not clean room . I also called the front desk, the lady from the front desk came with 2 complete set of bed linens saying she is sorry the room is not clean but no housekeepers are available that time coz it’s already past 5pm and she said she got fresh linens but she can’t make the beds but she can vacuum the room, I told her it’s not her job to clean the room or make the bed especially that she is pregnant.We did not let her vacuum the bed and My friend and I changed the linen. Sunday all day nobody went to clean our room and give us even shampoo( the needed toiletries were even missing when we arrived). I ask for the manager but was told the manager is not available until Tuesday. We left Monday early morning before 7am

Very unhappy. We checked in and went up to our room to discover it was very unclean. The first thing we noticed was a dirty smell upon entrance. Toenail clippings in the carpet. Hair in The sink, toilet paper stuck in the toilet, and a mystery white sticky substance on the tissue box. Backboards of the bed looked streaky from a quick wipe down, and there was a lot of dust on lamps and surfaces. Management refused to switch our room, claiming the "system" said we had already been there 45 minutes ... Which I very much doubt, and even the receptionist seemed confused on that point. I'm doubtful a new room would have been better anyway. Desk reception told me I wouldn't be able to find another hotel with rooms around because of a horse event in town ... But there were plenty elsewhere. We ended up leaving. Couldn't get a reimbursement, but there's no way I was going to stay there. Shame because it seems like a newer establishment from the outside. I'm sure it was just this location, but honestly I don't think I'll try to stay at another Sleep Inn again.

What I liked? It is very close to the interstate highway. The room was pretty clean. What I didn't like? Check-in attendant was not around for at least 10 minutes. No bell or any device to let them know if there are customers in the front desk. We had to call the hotel number for us to get checked in. Room doesn't have good sound barrier as we could hear the TV and people talking from the adjacent room.

My one regret is I was intending on watching football but they did not have regular broadcast channels. NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX. They relied on the channels that came with the tv. Iknow because I have the same tv.

My family and I had to wait for 1 1/2 hour to check in. According to the front desk receptionist the system wasn’t working and she was always being kicked out. After 1 1/2 she was able to check us in but could not get us the key card to our room. She had to come with us and open it with her key card. Never experienced something so stressful.

Terrible. The front desk people took over an hour to check us in at 11:30 at night. Then, when we got to our room, they had given us a room where other people were sleeping. We entered a room that was occupied at 12:30am! That made us very uneasy, as we were unsure if they would do that to our room. When we went to get a new room, there were people in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was bellowing our name and our room number across the whole lobby. So, many people knew where me (a female) and my daughter were staying. The place was filthy, and nothing worked. There were wires hanging out of the wall where TVs should go, the breakfast was basically nonexistent and unsanitary. The sheets were covered in black mold. We could not use the pillows because they were so filthy. We left one night early, and are hoping for a refund, but have not heard back from Expedia.

First off I want to say Tabatha at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. She definitely went above and beyond for me and my little family. As soon as you walk into the building it just felt so welcoming and smelled so clean. The rooms are wonderful and also so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. We have enjoyed our stay

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, spoke whenever they were on the floor or walking through the door. Made sure the breakfast bar was stocked and hot! BUT the most impressive thing to me was, I had left my AirPods and they mailed them to me. Great hotel!

The room was wonderful, the night staff (Dustin) was not. The room next to us had their alarm set for 3 AM and they didn’t shut it off. We tried to call downstairs, but they had the phone off the hook so it went to voicemail immediately. My husband went downstairs and Dustin said that we could move to a new room (at 3 AM mind you), we didn’t want to, so Dustin called the room and said nobody answered he then said he would go knock on the door. Dustin did, in fact, not knock on the door and finally at 3:35 AM my husband went down to the desk again, because of course the phone was still going straight to voicemail. Dustin came and banged on the door at 3:40 AM, and finally the alarm turned off at 3:42 AM. Well, I understand that people leave their alarms on, I don’t understand the front desk going immediately to voicemail, the fact that Dustin was in the office with the lights off, watching something on a smartphone and not doing anything. I just cannot understand why it took so long to take any action, and why no matter how many times I called the reception desk went straight to voicemail.

Traveling with my wife, 19 month old daughter, and 13 year old daughter. Made the appointment 2 hours before arriving. Arrived at 1:00am. No one was at the desk to check us in. Rang the service bell, look all around for staff no one was there. Called the hotel and listened to their phone ring loudly throughout the lobby. Waited 20 mins before giving up and leaving to drive 30 more mins until we found another hotel. Notified hotels.com they called the hotel on my behalf but the hotel said I was only there 2 minutes and then left. That is a lie. The hotel refuses to refund my money. The hotel manager has never taken my calls or called me back. Terrible Management. Essentially stole my money. They accepted my reservation but no one was there to check us in. I just want what is right to be done and my money refunded.

Walls were very thin could hear everything next door full conversation. Went to breakfast and there was not a thing left and it did not sound like they were going to bring anymore out and there was still an hour and a half left. Room was cleanish.

Clean hotel. Staff took awhile to solve a key issue but eventually it got resolved. Also, went to breakfast and none was available. Waited for 15 minutes with others and then decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Ran out of everything and unable to keep stocked

Breakfast was never fully stocked and the waffle mix dispenser malfunctioned often. Also, the main light in one of our rooms blew out and no one ever fixed it, even though it was reported twice. The rooms were never serviced, although I know room cleaning policy has changed since covid. Overall the stay was decent, but definitely could use some improvements.

The really bad thing was breakfast!! No plates, ran out of food! Just bowls to eat a waffle or eggs out of!!! They checked and NO plates!!! No hot food because they ran out of!! This is important to us! This was a Saturday morning

Staff was excellent, especially Amy. I would choose this location once again because of her. Great location Excellent Breakfast Beds were great, and we slept well for the most part. The blind for the only window was badly worn, and didn’t work, and the toilet was unusually loud. The elevator went out, but was repaired within a few hours Alarms going off throughout the night caused a pretty sleepless first night.
