Unfortunately I had a shower and the Bath Tub , curtain was not secured and water come to floor . There is No drain in the flooring Area , I dry the water using the towel dedicated to the tub. The parking spaces are very limited , however permit available to park across in the Mall Area Please dedicate more parking spaces in the mall Area with Hampton Inn, Sign . It took 40 minute for me to find parking about 4pm on Saturday.

Property is old but kept up nicely. Major drawback was the hotel parking, it’s horrible! There’s only about 10-15 parking spots at the hotel, you have to park across the street in a shopping mall parking lot! There are 4 lanes of road, 2 going each way, where you cross is by a bend in the road, which made it difficult to see oncoming cars. Won’t ever stay there again because of parking!

There was not enough parking for guests. Was not able to park at the hotel parking lot for three nights. Dogs from other guests were running around the lobby without leash. The gym is so small that you could not workout there safely. The handsoap was out in the public bathroom for more than four days The room has no microwave and refrigerator. I would like to have my money back due to misleading advertisement

Our trip was to go to the Rainforest Cafe which is why we chose this hotel as it is walking distance. Easy quick check in. Parking is limited but u can park in mall lot too. Room was clean and breakfast was good. No vending machines although there were signs for them. Refrigerator in lobby was out so had to buy water from receptionist. Quiet and comfortable except for a noisy neighbor at 3am. We would stay again based on convenience to mall.

The walls were paper thin. Literally felt like our neighbors were in the room with us. And the rug felt disgusting. My wife forgot her sandals so she had to walk in her socks. They were left BLACK. Not really the feeling we were hoping for.

Black mold in the bathroom, they tried to paint over the black mold as well, room didn’t look anything like the picture that showed, tv was small and old, facility was out of date all around out of supplies, the gym was a joke and smelled like cat piss, they tried to tell me my 4 night stay reservation was only a 1 night and argued until I showed them my reservation confirmation but told me they had the right name. Shower doesn’t have clear instructions and you can severely burn yourself if you’re not careful because if you turn it the wrong way it goes from hot to scolding . Worst hotel experience iv had in a long time, worse 1000 dollars Iv spend in a long time.

The tv was older and small! It kept messing up so we could t even enjoy ourselves and it was too late at night to have to get up and ask to switch rooms. Fit the price I’d expect a tv not so outdated! We will not be staying again. The Hyatt was much nicer in Ontario next door.

Overall stay was just okay……Furniture in room was really dated, beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. TV was terrible, the guide didn’t work so had to click away old school way to find the channel , not all worked. Staff was friendly and very patient with our rowdy group of baseball kids. Pool was actually nice and spacious, our group was the only one out there. I liked the locations of the hotel. There is plenty to do around there if you go with a group of kids. Lots of places to eat as well.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The rooms could use improvement such as securing loose wallpaper, rips in lampshades, and having more comfortable beds. Our main issue was the poor wi-fi which prohibited us from working on our laptops and from using a fire stick to watch tv.

The only reason I gave it 3stars was due to no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Makes it inconvenient when you’d like to warm up something or stick a few drinks in the room. The little shopping area in the hotels are to expensive so we like to bring our own beverages.

The check in staff was great, let me check in earlier at 1:30 pm, when i told her i had to get ready for a wedding. She also offered to get me a microwave & fridge in my room & they were delivered immediately. The overnight staff allowed my request to check out an hour later at 12pm. Very good & friendly staff. Hampton Inn, you got good staff 👍, will come back when in Ontario or neighborhood.

It was clean as it could be i guess it was old looking. No up grades at all.. Breakfast was good from 6 to 9a. The staff that worked 2 to 10 was absolutely great his name was Anthony The young lady that worked 10 to 7 was very pleasant the morning staff were terrible. Very unprofessional, very uninviting.

My Mom and I were there for a graduation and showed up super early. The staff was able to get us into a room early, offered us water, and whatever else we needed. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Location is close to lots of restaurants and a huge mall. Infinity stars!!

Hotel was just average. It needs to have some maintenance-older with limited outlets. The bathroom had a mildew smell and ceiling looks as if the hotel had a plumbing issue. The main reason for a lower score was the front staff. We spent two nights and saw 4 different people working the check in area. Not one of these people were friendly. If we asked a question they all seemed to be annoyed to have to do their job. The breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. I would not stay at this hotel again. There are many other options in the same area.

Pros: - Bed is comfortable - Convenient location for those of you shopping at ontario mills - Breakfast is good. Opportunity areas: - Parking slots are limited, so that you may need to park on the mall parking lot (limited visibility at night, lonely, etc). In addition, there are many homeless individuals doing crazy stuff that may be a risk for you in such conditions.

We were going to an event at the Toyota Arena, so I liked that it was only a couple minutes drive away. I liked that there were a lot of food options very close. The hotel was clean, but I think the decor and furniture haven’t been updated in a while. I really didn’t like that we had to park in the Ontario Mills mall parking lot overnight. It felt unsafe.

Amazing from front desk to night people. And breakfast was amazing me and my daughter enjoyed every second even the pool. Definitely would stay there again. We traveled from high desert to celebrate birthday best stay ever!

Our stay was amazing! Everyone was so nice and our room was so clean and all the amenities were great! Breakfast was especially helpful with our budget. We loved the hot breakfast and the kitchen part was so clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was especially nice! They made us feel very welcomed.
