Refrigerator was broken. I called 9 times to get a handicap room. The person said, oh yes no problem after saying call back the day before you arrive. NO such room was available. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but had to leave after the first night because my mom was in so much pain. I would never recommend this company ever again.

Love this place was great staff are great I will definitely be coming back here again I love their pillows. I'm always comfortable here and I feel safe here as well
