Amazing suit! Very fancy and with design items! Very clean! Bedding feels like branded new! There is a private entrance and patio what gives a feeling you are in private little house. The sofa turns into the bed. It’s very useful for kids. Also there is a full beach supplement: cart, seats, umbrella, beach bag. This place is highly recommended! I wish come back to stay longer and enjoy it again.

No, ocean not visible -room was perfect for what we needed. Wish we would’ve known there weren’t elevators -was a little cumbersome dragging roller luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but otherwise enjoyed the property and the cleanliness of the room.

The room was clean, really spacious and smelled great. It was tastefully decorated and had everything you needed. The property itself was peaceful and had a really nice pool area. The location close to the veach was really convenient. We were arriving ate after the office had closed and i couldn't find my check in instructions. I was able to contact the GM of the property and she was able to assist me. This is a great olace to stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cute & Quaint Beach Getaway We loved our stay at this cute and quaint little property! Our one-bedroom unit was perfect for me and my husband — plenty of space for a short stay. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the beds were very comfy. It had a microwave and a full-size fridge, which was all we needed, though some units appear to have full kitchens. The pool area was small but super cute and well kept, with towels already laid out on each chair — such a nice touch! The property also provides luxury beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach, plus a matching cooler bag in the room that came in handy. There’s no separate ice maker (just the one in the fridge, but a little local grocery store is just a two-minute drive or a short walk away.if you need extra ice. The property is about a half block from the beach — an easy walk. The beach itself is wide (like most of Siesta Key), so there’s a bit of a walk once you reach the sand, but we didn’t mind. The closest beach access is right across the street with no parking, and there’s a larger public access about two miles away with parking, bathrooms, a concession stand, and lifeguards. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and we even saved about $20 per night booking through Expedia. Overall, a charming, clean, and convenient place for a relaxing Siesta Key getaway. 🌴

Walkable to the beach. Views were property trees and other units. Unit was clean, very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well. Unit on 3 floor so be ready to carry bags up 3 flights of steps. No elevators. Biggest issue is that description of unit claimed it had a full kitchen without a baking oven. It did not have a stove top either. Just a microwave. They should be more clear in description of unit. We assumed we would be able to cook breakfast there. Also, bedroom windows very close to other buildings so no privacy if curtains are open. Communication about check in could have been more clear. They sent code to unit to our cell phone and then called us while we were out to dinner to get a credit card number for incidentals ( which really security deposit for any damages since there are no incidentals. It is not a hotel or resort despite the name. It is simply and apartment building. Small back yard where there was a picnic table and a tiny pool that we never really saw as entrance to back area was blocked by sand vags and construction tape.

Great place! 1 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to siesta village, place was clean, provided cart & umbrella, great location!

Really cute apartment/hotel. Had everything we needed. Nice individual patio area. Rooms also came with a wagon with beach chairs/umbrella/tote bag in it that you could lug to the beach. Pool was small & clean. Short walk to the beach. Close to the Village; took the free trolley. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is amazing. This is our new fav spot in Siesta Key. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach bags at no additional cost. The place is located at beach marker 10 and a very short walk to the beach. Rooms are immaculate. The grounds are pristine. We will definitely be coming back.

Beach is around the corner abut an 5 minute walk and the pool was nice enough.

This was a great resort. Very clean and newly renovated rooms it seemed. Close walk to the village and short walk to the beach. Definitely going back! Staff was awesome!!! Thanks for a great mini vacation even though was coldest temps in 50 years haha!!

The location couldn’t have been more perfect - literally across the street from a beautiful, quiet beach identical to the much busier Siesta Beach minus the crowds. Siesta beach itself is less than a 10 minute walk. The village is also an easy 10 minute with great restaurants, bars & grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was courteous! Supplies were not replenished. Ran out of tissues toilet paper and soap in shower. There was no bureau in bedroom!

The Seaspray Resort was just perfect, modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable and just minutes from the beach. The cute little beach trolley made up for us was a fabulous idea and made our days on the beach stylish and comfortable… highly recommend this property and would most definitely book again if I ever come back to Siesta Key!

The ocean is not visible from this resort. It is a 1 story hotel that is across the street from the beach. It is a really cute small hotel. The suite was really nice! I would definitely stay here again.

Toppklass på allt. Stort och rymligt kök med allt som behövs (bortsett fläkt över spisen). Kvalitet på alla tillbehör. Kaffebryggare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn m.m. Skön och enkel bäddsoffa. Förberett med mycket laddningsmöjligheter för olika enheter.

The staff everyone we spoke with treated us better than we have ever been treated.

There’s construction around our unit, but they upgraded our room away from it, which was so nice. All three people in the office were very friendly and helpful.

We did not stay at SeaSpray Resort. Upon our arrival, the property had very low lighting. One could only see their sign. We were not able to identify the parking lot or the assigned unit. The property felt unsafe. As a result, we booked elsewhere. We made an attempt to contact the property, no one answered the phone. To be fair, I cannot rate the property.

We had a great time staying at the sea spray resort. Victoria was helping us when we arrived and was fantastic. Friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was.

The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back.
