No towels by pool ,pool was freezing and outside of pool was littered with trash and shower has hair from prev resident in soap dish

Very clean facility. The only thing that I disliked was the indoor pool water was ice cold. The children wanted to swim, but the water was way too cold.

Breakfast was not the best, and the fitness center was poorly maintained and lacking equipment. Treadmills very noisy and when using them the lights dim. The Dumbells don’t have a wrack and must be missing most of them, only had 20 lbs. The room was adequate but the sink aerator was clogged and it was barely usable

Great place to stay and close to everything. The only bad thing is and not the hotels fault but the indoor pool was closed for treatment during our stay other than that it was great and had a great breakfast

The only reason I booked this property was because of the pool. I have two kids and they really wanted a pool. The came back to the room after 15 minutes and said it was the worst pool they have ever been to. I went down to check and there were bugs everywhere and hair. It was an indoor pool.

Nicely decorated lobby! It was incredibly disappointing that the pool was closed. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew that detail.

We picked that hotel because it said “indoor heated pool.” It wasn’t heated … but my grands swam anyway… I could not take it.

Staff and accommodations were great!!! The indoor pool area is very steamy and hot is my only complaint, the pool feels nice though.

Even though it was under renovation, it was still well maintained. Parking was well illuminated and felt safe. One thing is my room had a very loud AC unit right next to my bed.

Great stay but pool was cold and it was freezing outside. Indoors pool temperature is whatever the temperature is outside not temperature controlled by the facility.

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. No complaints at all.

While the check-in experience was great, the room was a different story. Dingy with paint peeling, the first big problem was that my HVAC was leaking water onto the carpet. Then I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. In the morning I found a cockroach on the carpet. The trifecta. Never staying here again.

During my 4 day stay not once was my room serviced. From the very start I noticed make up stains on the comforter and informed front desk. The remainder of the days my room was not serviced, no shampoo nor conditioner were available either.

Stains on chairs and couch and breakfast was cold. Mildew in bathroom and staff did not answer phone. Will never stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms

Got settled into my room and went to get in to bed only to find that the sheets were still dirty. I went to the front desk and advised them that my sheets were still dirty and that it would be more of an inconvenience to move my room. I asked for a set of fitted sheets. About 40 minutes later the front desk agent arrived in my room to deliver the fitted sheets. I was never asked by management about the issue. Upon checking out I advised the front desk about my issue and I still have not been contacted by Marriott or the Springhill suites property. I will more than likely not revisit that hotel.

Beautiful hotel when first entering, but my room didn't seem like it was fully cleaned for a new hotel guest. There was opened/used product left, towels not folded and shoved in shelves, and the bedding was wrinkled and didn't look fresh. The room looked as if it was just quickly cleaned for a current hotel guest and not switch out with clean sheets and towels. The AC unit was also very loud when it would turn on and would wake me up everytime.

The staff was very good to me while I was there, however bathroom floors and tub were dirty and I killed two bugs.

Loved the bed super comfy. Very clean room and good breakfast bar. Only compliant was where the king bed was placed very tough to get in on one side due to the AC blocking the walk way. In an emergency that could be dangerous. Also not enough plug in options for tech devices. But other than that very nice place to stay.

Overall good, couple of small things, AC fan won't turn off, Microware time/timer did not display any number.

If the bed had been softer i would give this palce a perfect 10. But the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the ground.

Fine for 1 night. Helpful front desk staff. Appreciated that living room and bedroom were separated by a door. Sofa sleeper had a very thin mattress - not comfortable, even for a 13 yr old. Breakfast unremarkable, good coffee.

I had a two night stay in two different rooms. On night one there was excessive noise and that, combined with an extremely uncomfortable bed, resulted in a sleepless night. I notified the staff at night about the issues and they didn’t offer any solutions so after falling asleep at like 5AM, I spoke with management and got switched to a much quieter room with a bed that was much better. But the new room stunk of nag champa and gave me a headache so that was kind of annoying too. Staff that helped me switch rooms were very accommodating and the property is generally nice. I just feel like the price point was a little high based on my experience. I would have been better off sleeping in my car on night one.

Property was ok. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and rattled the whole time it was on. Could not sleep while it ran. Complimentary coffee tray in the room was filled with fluid soaking everything. Room 121

Quite area and easy to find. Staff is always professional, friendly and polite.

The rooms here are not cleaned daily, which is not mentioned at check-in so when we told front desk, we were then advised. We came back late in the afternoon, at about 4, and the room was still not cleaned. House-keeping came at around 4:30 however we were getting ready for something so we asked if they could come back at a later time and they said no. So, for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once. My husband also noted that the gym was dirty and did not appear to be cleaned in quiet some time. The equipment was not great, but useable. The side door to enter the property, which is by far the most convenient, only works on occasion. The handle itself is visibly broken and a sign states to pull the handle upward. Every time we attempted to use the door, you had to keep putting the key in and out multiple times and hope that you catch the reader write. Other than that, somebody from inside would have to let you in. We had to bring keys to the desk to have them recoded because they just stopped working. Finally, our room was directly across from the laundry room. One morning, I was woken up at 4 AM due to staff using the washer and dryer. The door was propped open with a chair, rather than it remaining closed like it is set up to do, so all of the sound came directly across into our room. Overall, the place was fine but based off of everything this trip, there is plenty of competition to go to based off of the issues with this stay.

I first want to say that the service at the hotel, and especially from the front desk staff, was excellent. They were consistently polite, professional, and accomodating. However the first room we were given had a wet spot on the carpet that was most likely caused by the air conditioning unit. We got swtiched to another room, but the toilet in that bathroom was constantly running on and I had to keep jiggling the handle to stop it. So, I would say the service at the hotel was excellent, but the room accomodations not so much. I believe they just need to stay on top of the room maintenance.

Extremely easy check in and check out process. Room was ready and clean upon arrival and was plenty spacious. I enjoyed my one night stay while in town for a college orientation. I didn’t stay for breakfast but the coffee was really good! Staff at front desk was very courteous and helpful too!!

Very convenient to both the Downtown square and the Universities. Also, since it is not on a busy street, it's pretty quiet.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. We would stay here again for sure. Price was reasonable. Close to downtown.

Without a GPS or google map this might be a little hard to find, but we’ll worth the effort.

This was a nice & clean place to stay. Our daughter goes to UNT and lives across the street in some college apartments. We didn’t, but we could walk to her place. It was a very convenient hotel for us to stay. We would stay here again.

This location was clean, well kept and in a very safe area. The room was very spacious and was very comfortable. I loved my stay!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was fantastic! Staff was friendly, room was nice, breakfast was good! Would stay again!

Overall our stay was great until breakfast, which we were told was from 6:30 to 9:00. We went down at 8:30 along with several other families and there was not enough hot breakfast for all that were there. Staff didn't seem to be concerned about making more. There was a sign on the counter that said ham and cheese croissant, but it was just a plate of sausage. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay.

Was average mattress and pillow, clean, very large room for the money. Breakfast was below average. Coffee was above average.

No water pressure at all in the shower the hallways were hot the elevators were extremely hot. The breakfast was no good at all.

It was fine, very basic, no frills, limited breakfast.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The breakfast is not bad. It had eggs and sausage as well as biscuits with sausage gravy. One day they had sausage biscuits. The staff was friendly. All in all it was a good stay.
