A lot of potholes in the parking lot. Granted there was some kind of construction next to the hotel. I feel like the pot holes should’ve been filled or tapped off so it wouldn’t cause customers to get a flat tire. Over all great place. I’d stay again.

All of the staff that I came into contact with were very friendly. The breakfast items were continually refilled. The pool was a very popular place. One suggestion would be to not allow smoking within the fenced in pool area.

The staff was very nice got us checked in fast . Our room was clean . Had a blast by the pool . Close to the beach . We stayed parked a walked across the street to the beach . Breakfast was really good . If I go again I would stay here. and not so bad on the price

The room we stayed in didn’t look clean at all. I had to wipe and sanitize all the surfaces in the bathroom, door knob, fridge, microwave, counters, and each of the hangers from dust and dirt. We were so disappointed! We are not coming back here again.

This trip is a yearly event at Beauviour, which is just down the road. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and nice. A really enjoyable stay.

The clerk was very nice upon check-in and the lobby seemed clean. The room was terrible. All of the walls were scratched and scuffed up, missing paint and cracked. All of the lamps were rusted. The celing had dust or mold on it, not sure which, as did the baseboards and trim. There was a hole in the wall that had an old lightplate on it and something fuzzy just stuffed in it. The shower curtain was frayed. The bathroom wall had a huge crack running down it. The toilet seat hinges were all coroded. The shower head had build up which affected the water coming out evenly. Overall the rooms are in terrible need of maintenance.

Everything was great but the cleanliness of the rooms.We had multiple guest with us and needed 2 rooms beds were not properly made plus the cleaner must not pay attention to details there was spider webs around both air conditioners chocolate smeared all over the lamp shade and both floors were gritty like they didnt get swept or mopped and the second room there was mold all around the base of the shower its was so gross we had to share one tub.

The walls are paper thin. We heard every conversation from the people next door and every door that slammed closed. The room are minimally clean. Rust and stains everywhere, especially in the bathroom. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. This time was awful. The floors were dirty, the light sockets looked like they had mold around them. The beds were so hard that we eventually left and went to another hotel.

We booked a King room non smoking. At check in they were going to put us in a smoking room with a King. Refused to give us what we booked. So we paid for a non smoking king but ended up with a full size bed non smoking. Paid too much for something we didn’t even reserve. We should at least get what we paid for. We did not.

First day, tub wasn't draining and ac was leaking water into room. I spoke to the front desk and they said they'd have maintenance take a look. They also asked I I wanted turn down service that day, I said yes. We came back to the room later that day, around 8:30pm...no turn down service, tub was draining better and the ac was no longer leaking into the room. However, we noticed the room wasn't cooling off. The ac fan was in but the compressor wasn't running. I also noticed that the ac wasn't leaking outside like it was supposed to either, like every other ac there. I imagine, maintenance simply disconnected the compressor as their fix for the leak instead of actually fixing it. No compressor means no cold air, basically it's just a lot window Dan now and it was hot.i called the front desk, they could only offer to switch rooms....not an enjoyable task at 9pm after a long day with kids. I received another room key, no offer to help move bags, no offer of a luggage trolley, nothing. We had to move ourselves from the front of the hotel to the back at 9pm ourselves with two small children. For$250/night this hotel was so disappointing, we will never stay at a quality in again. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's directly across the road from the beach. But for $250/night, we could have stayed at Margaritaville.

Es ultima vez que llego a ese hotel, ya que senti que hubo discriminacion. Revisaron el cuarto antes de irnos y solo lo hicieron porque eramos latino, Al lado de mi esposo habian otras personas no latinas y no le hicieron lo mismo. This is the last time I'm staying at that hotel, because I felt there was discrimination. They checked the room before we left and they only did it because we were Latino. There were other non-Latino people next to my husband and they didn't do the same to him.

Worst property I've ever stayed at was charged at a deposit first of all when I checked out I was told I was smoking in my room which I don't smoke. The property isn't even worth the amount that I paid for a deposit that I am not getting back.

We came for a concert and the hotel is right next to the coliseum. Thr room was clean and comfortable and definitely worth the price of the room for the convenience. Its also right across the road from the beach. We'll be staying again!

The location to the beach was great. The hotel had a beautiful pool that stayed open late. The rooms were clean but ever metal item (lamps, faucets, rods) were rusted. The breakfast provided with not a full meal consisted of honey buns and some apples and bananas.

The front desk staff were nice both checking in and out. The overall hotel and room were great. They offer a full continental breakfast and have an outdoor pool. The best part about the stay was being right across from the beach and only minutes away from anything you may need to leave the hotel for like restaurants and the mall. So, if you going to Biloxi for a fun trip and not planning on lounging in the room all day this hotel is in a great location to get out and explore the surrounding areas. I will definitely book here again.

The owner gives you 4 pillows that combine equal a half of a normal size pillow .Then refuses to give another quarter size pillow The toilets are so old they are barely tall enough to sit on furniture completely old .Convinced the only reason this trash house is open is because it is next to the coliseum.I have stayed here for years because of the location next to the coliseum .I have also encouraged different groups I’m affiliated with to stay here.I will make sure I share this dreadful experience with everyone I know.Also to the owner that says these are normal size pillows ,you are either that stupid or that cheap probably both.Oh yes and the breakfast is an insult to the word breakfast.
