We had a corner room with a panoramic view. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Bring your own pillow if you like a softer sleeping experience. The outdoor pool is nice (no hot tub, though) but expect a bit of a long walk from the rooms. The smoke-free casino is a big plus, as is the free charging for electric vehicles. Close to a number of restaurants, both in Biloxi and in Ocean Springs. Overall good value--will happily come back!

The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to use your key to access the elevator to your floor which is a nice security feature. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the drink prices are reasonable in the pool area.

Palace Casino and Resort is an excellent property that is a non smoking location. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and it is consistently great. Having the casino right off the elevator is fun and the buffet is likely the best in Biloxi. There is a sportsbook option and many folks are playing the slots and table games. Parking is easy via a deck that connects to the 2nd floor for quick access. For an all around experience it is hard to beat the Palace.

Clean and smoke free casino! Buffet was pretty good and staff very responsive when needed. Only issue was the gift shop was closed pretty early, luckily we didn’t require and toiletries or snacks.

Loved the no smoking policy in the hotel and casino. The staff was very friendly. We were able to use the pool for a few hours and absolutely loved it. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was great except the room. Bedding was not comfortable. Two pillows only. The water in the sink and shower were not draining. So… you were standing g in water while showering. The water was barely hot. Tissue was like sandpaper

Not much interaction from the hotel staff. Rooms were very dusty in some areas. Rooms would not cool regardless of what the AC was set on. Beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. No food accommodations for a gluten allergy. Had to leave the property for every meal! I left a voicemail for the Food & Beverage Manager, but he/she never returned my phone call.

Room was clean. Best view of the bay ever! Cleanest casino floor I have ever seen. Good food election. Never walked out hungry. Friendly staff. Great checkin and check out process. Charged twice on my card for breakfast at the Stacked Cafe. Still waiting for that to process thur. We will stay there again. It was easy to get to also from Alabama.

Our room was poorly cleaned, had no toilet paper or shampoo. The lights and tv kept mysteriously turning off and the buffet was the worst food I had in Biloxi. Would not stay here again

There was a couple of complaints… 1st the carpet was wet near the window next to the bed and the bathroom lavatory wasn’t draining good it would take a long time to drain out , other than that everything was good !

Not helpful clerk upon Check in. Asked for a Quiet room not near elevator. Put me at the elevator. asked for a walk-in shower instead of tub as I just had heart surgery. Not willing to do that either. Mattress on right side facing the bed was sunken and in terrible condition.

It was great non smoking room was very nice but the worst thing was how thin the walls are, you can hear everyone in other rooms about and below and next door, the doors slammed shut and made extremely loud noise didn't close softly not to wake people that is the only complaint . .

The Beds were super hard. I called front desk and she said it was nothing they could do about it other than send me up a rollout. She stated multiple people complains about this often. I attempted to cancel the stay and they as told I couldn’t do that and that they wouldn’t accommodate me or give a partial refund or anything. The room smelled musty. The jetted tub had a sticker inside that said sanitized but there was visible strands of hair. This was a horrible stay for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend this to my dog.

There were no microwaves to be found except at the coffee store and no one is allowed to use it. The bed was hard as a rock. Made our bodies ache. When we booked and paid for our room, there was No mention of microwave absence. The buffets were good but Too Expensive! Will book a different hotel next time.

Always a good, solid choice in Biloxi. The rooms, although not real new, are clean, quiet, and if you book a deluxe room, very spacious. It’s worth a couple of dollars more. The only issue is that the room, although spacious, had no place to sit, just one desk chair. There’s lots of room for maybe a couple of chairs and a small table?TIP: best and most affordable buffet in Biloxi!

Our stay was great! We especially liked the level.of customer service provided by Kellie and Tina Marie at the front desk, and Tom, server (older white gentleman with gray hair and glasses-- I think this was his name) at the Stacked Grill. I must say that everyone was friendly and did their jobs with smiles on their faces-- from security to housekeeping staff, to waitresses on the casino floor.

The last night of my stay they put a crazy loud women in the room next to mine! Called the front desk twice and they did nothing. 2 hours later (midnight) the police show up with the front desk clerk banging on her door over and over and she doesn't answer! Why didn't the desk clerk use her door card and open the door?

Great non-smoking place that is on the water. We were on the 9th floor and had awesome views of the ocean. The room was very spacious, clean, and bed was very comfortable. All staff was very nice and attentive. Casino was clean and well organized. Excellent buffet! We love it and will return.

The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn’t have a view but otherwise loved the room. The we would stay here again. nonsmoking hotel and casino is a big plus. The pool and area around it are very pretty and I enjoyed seeing the boats docked there. The location is convenient and not congested. Parking was easy and plentiful.
