We had a nice time. My only complaint is that we didn’t sleep well. The sheets were not comfortable and the pillows hurt our necks. I wish they would have had a nice fluffy comforter and some less full pillows. Also, the Lava Links course is only open Fri-Sun. Besides that the pizza place was very good as well as the Oak Cafe.

The room was very nice and well kept. Good bed linens, comfortable pillows and a nice mattress. The power sunshades made it easy to get light into the room or keep the light out of the room with the push of a button. Check in was easy and the staff seemed eager to assist with any questions you might have. I only tried two of the dining options “the oak cafe, and the pizzeria. The pizza place was my favorite for price, quality, and quantity. The mini golf course was a lot of fun as well. The only complaint I have is there is only one pool and it’s too small for a hotel of this size.

The property was clean and the staff were all friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the video poker bar and the Keurig coffee in our room. The negatives however were that the steak restaurant was ridiculously overpriced, and the pool seems like it was an afterthought. We planned to spend most of our second day at the pool. And instead, we ended up not going to the pool at all. It was extremely disappointing. In fact, we will never stay for more than one night again as a result.

Nice place. Nice view. Only weird thing was the location of the pool, across the driveway and valet parking. And when I went to the pool the locks didn't work so had to go back to the front desk. Room was nice, parking was easy, no real complaints.

Overall good stay. Don’t particularly care for having to ask for towels each day. At a hotel of that caliber it should be automatic. Although the hotel is in good shape they could take better care and keep cleaner.

Overall a nice stay. Hotel is starting to show wear and tear in the elevators. Damaged buttons and missing light covers. Towels are old and had a strange smell. House keeping replaced them very quickly.

I loved the ceiling to floor windows in our king size bed room. I thoroughly enjoyed raising the window shade each morning to watch the sun raising over the bay from our 26th floor luxury room. I also enjoyed watching the sunset from those windows each night. Looking forward to experience again in a few months.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was nice! We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again! Pros: Security was top notch Free parking Lobby and casino was clean and inviting Hotel staff was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable Room was clean, roomy and the remote blackout shades was a plus Cons: Pool was outside and across from hotel There were no amenities in the room( lotion, blankets, etc. The body wash in the shower was nice but it was almost empty when we checked in The restaurant at the bar only served food on certain days and times. It would’ve been nice to get wings and fries any day of the week The restaurants closed too early. The casino is open 24 hours so you should be able to get food all night as well You had to say your room number to security before you entered the elevators everytime. I didn’t like that because other guest could hear you plus it created a crowd when multiple guests were trying to enter the elevators at one time. Please just add the room number to the reservation and just have the guest show their ID

This was our first time staying at the Scarlet Pearl. It was so beautifully decorated, it smelt so good, the room was clean and we had the best view from the 12th floor. We will be booking again! Such a wonderful experience.

The food at the restaurant was frozen food that was just reheated and flavorless. There is no wifi at the rooms and cell service is spotty at best. The rooms are great, very quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

My room was surprisingly clean, I am very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel. They exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious and the shower was amazing!! The bed was comfy enough. The food options are phenomenal! Great variety of food choices and everything I had was beyond excellent! I highly recommend a mocha cappuccino and the sticky bun at the Under the Oak Cafe! It really was extraordinary! I called to the front desk a few times to request some things, their response was beyond quick! I barely had time to get ready to answer the door and they were already there with the items I requested. Their service was the best I've experienced in recent times!!! I recommend this hotel tenfold! I would have liked better ventilation in the casino, it was quite smokey there!

Will definitely stay again next time we visit Biloxi. Staff was very polite and helpful. Security personnel were polite; especially Ms. Glenda. (Glenda the good witch as she refers to herself). Make it your stay and have the pizza.

Shower needs a grip mat. I almost slipped and fell twice while taking a shower. It was slippery.. Light kept going on and off in the closest but was fixed immediately when reporting it. Excellent service, courteous. Environment was very clean.

Real nice hotel/casino !!! Everything is so close by, lots to do around the area. Hotel staff was super friendly, was in town to see my son who’s is stationed at Keesler AFB which is like a stone throw away. Would definitely stall at this hotel again.

The room was very nice, spacious, and had a great view. This property was very clean and all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Although, it wasn't on the strip, it was close enough to everything we like to do by being only minutes away. This property is smaller than where we usually stay, but it made going on and off the property much easier. You have to show your ID going to the elevators and have to have a key to use them. I felt very safe. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again.

The decor was exceptionally beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The valet parking was extremely helpful, and the hotel and restaurant staff were very supportive and friendly. The restaurant food was very good. We liked the location because it was not in the thick of downtown traffic but was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Had to wait a little while for check in but everyone was super nice and the room was awesome. Used the pizza place and small breakfast cafe. Service was excellent and food was great. The fitness room was one of the better ones in all the hotels I’ve stayed

My only complaint was that you needed a reservation for the steak house. I was driving all day and wanted a steak only to find out that I could not get one there because I didn’t have a reservation. If not for that and a couple of minor maintenance things in my room it would have been perfect!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great and the eateries inside the property were really good with a nice selection from breakfast to dinner at all times. The casino is lackluster with a basic collection of slots and tables. The table dealers weren’t very fun to play with which makes a huge difference when playing if you’re losing.
