Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Airport - Bartram Ave

The room was “cleaned” prior to my arrival but the general upkeep of the room and the hotel was still extremely poor. The bathroom had mould and/or residues on the ceiling and the room was dusty and extremely uninviting. If it wasn’t for my late check in, I would most likely have looked to move elsewhere

The place was filthy dirty, carpet was dirty and the hall place smells horrible. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay again.

It was like the projects. Stinky room. Sketchy parking. Don't do it.

When arrived I was given a different room than was I paid for…. A downgrade nonetheless less….. the bathroom was awful with 1 quick glance…. Cigarettes…… the room had a terrible smell….and due the downgrade did not fit well wth my family ….. we immediately turn around and demanded a refund …… lady could not help because she said he powers are limited but cond back tomorrow for refund

This is the worst place I ever stayed. The room was horrible. Tge refrigerator was rusted and filthy look like it hasnt been replaced since the hotel opened same for the dirty burnt sto e and filty dish washer. There was no plates cups or pots as there dhould have been. They charged 100 deposit and we was charged for parking. People outside smoklung and drinking. This place is a shelter . No manager was ever o. Site. This place should be closed down and yoyr staff should be re trained. All they do is lye.
