Never ended up staying there, the a/c in the room was not working, there was 2 fans placed in the room but the room temp remained 80 degrees. The desk clerk was very apologetic and found me a room at a sister hotel across the plaza! She was amazing!

My experience at Four Points by Sheraton was amazing, I had a late check in and was Amazon how the hotel looked, courteous. friendly, quick service, the front desk employee (wish I’d remembered her name) was awesome. I was checked in and when I arrived at my room, I couldn’t believe how clean the room was. Only downside which did not matter much, was the body wash bottle was empty (lucky I had some left from my trip). But other than that, it was a great experience and not expensive. I would recommend Four Points to all who visit Philadelphia or surrounding area, or need a place to stay.

We arrived at the hotel after visiting the city for a sporting event. The hotel was mostly empty and poorly staffed. The room was clean, but the key cards would suddenly deactivate. The room did not have a desk chair, and the outlets were sporadic and not plentiful. The bathroom sink is outside the toilet room, which makes an awkward arrangement for a shared room, possibly causing inconvenience. I paid for cold breakfast through the app, but they still charged me at checkout. The front desk staff wasn't helpful and acted as if they didn't care. They seem pretty nonchalant, since the room keys wouldn't activate and couldn't open the rooms. I can say the room was clean, but the space felt like a high-end motel. I would compare the hotels in the area with rates ranging from $125 to $170 per night to ensure you get the best value.

Elevator was a bit dirty. Room clean and bed was comfortable. Hostess of bar/restaurant went out of her way to find me the last diet coke they had. Airport only had pepsi products and I really needed my diet coke!
