mattress had a large dent in it and was flat and uncomfortable. The pool was not usable during our stay. Breakfast was good.

Bed was comfy, room temperature pleasant. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The pool was a bit cool but nice. Service was excellent!

Comfortable rooms and nice pool.

For the amount of money for the room, it was worth every cent. Staff was courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. Parking was sufficient with every space being relatively close to entrance. Plenty of places around to eat, even at 10 pm. We didn’t use indoor pool, but looked clean and inviting, and we would have used had our stay not have been an impromptu emergency visit. Breakfast was decent, slightly better than run of the mill continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and some fresh fruit, as well as a few breads and pastries, and of course coffee!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was really uncomfortable and there were no privacy curtains to block out the lights in the parking lot.

Wonderful staff and nice and clean rooms

This property is very dated. My husband and I stayed here for a quick two day getaway and regretted that we chose this hotel as our stay. Our room smelled of old urin, the furniture was dusty and there was mold in the corners around the base of the shower. Needless to say we left a day early.

Just what I have come to expect in a Best Western: very clean, with nice breakfast options and friendly staff.

Stayed 1 night and had the jaccuzzi tub room. Room was clean nice and quiet. Would stsy here again.

Everything was clean except for one of my pillows there was a stain on it but I just tossed it to the side. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again.

Our room was dusty, television remote didn't work, staff replaced immediately. New one worked. Long black hair appeared in bathtub as I was showering, I am blonde. Coffee in room was terrible! Hotel needs updating.

This place is top drawer and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby is great. Room is spacious and clean. Waiting to check out breakfast.

Everything great except for the bed. Both my wife and I had sore backs in the morning.

An OK stay. Service was great and the hotel was clean, but the breakfast was sub-par so we chose to have breakfast at a restaurant on our way home. Also the beds were not comfortable at all. The hotel could use some updating.

Room was constantly noisy from adjacent rooms air conditioner, never was able to get a good nights sleep. requested a room change but none available.

I booked my reservation online. Tim at the front desk was very talkative, asking a lot of questions why we were there, but appeared friendly. The room was stuffy when we arrived and took a while to cool off. We went to get some food nearby, lots of options. There are no wall plugs on the nightstand to plug in your phone. So if you wake up at 3am, you need to go across the room to get your phone. There are plugs in the corners on either side of the beds, but you need a long charging cable. The shower had good pressure and hot water, but felt it needed a hand rail in the tub. There are shelves in the bathroom to separate and hold your toiletries. The refrigerator and microwave both worked well. This was our one day to sleep in, but we were awakened by a phone call at 8:30am by Terri. We only paid for one day, but she wanted to know if we were still in the room and if we were only staying the one night. When we walked out the door, the housekeepers asked if we were leaving. We asked the front desk clerk why we were asked when we were leaving and she indicated she had been doing this for 15 years, so that housekeeping could get a head start on cleaning the rooms. She was very argumentative with my daughter and we left feeling very unwelcome.

Wonderful Staff

The two gentlemen who checked us in were amazing. However the rooms were dirty, but we checked in very late so we just wanted to rest and get back on the road. However, our car was broken into and stuff was stolen. The morning staff didn’t care, they didn’t even help. They stated that their cameras do not reach the parking lot and there wasn’t anything they could do. We asked for a broom, they gave it to us and went back inside. They didn’t even ask questions but just shrugged off the whole thing. I will never stay with this hotel again! I have filed a claim against them!

We were originally supposed to stay at another hotel in town but it had bed bugs so we booked this one last minute and everything was wonderful the staff was amazing breakfast was good we will definitely stay again

The front desk personnel, Britney, in particular, was very kind and efficient. She made the check in process fun and engaging. All of the employees were helpful and ready to assist. My Aunt and I had a great stay.

The front desk lady in the morning was great. She was a hard worker with lots of duties to perform - which she did great. The low scores is mainly the whole deposit deal. I had shopped around for rooms with pet fees and the $20 they advertised I was fine with. Except when I go to check in they want “cash” deposit. Not once have I ever had to pay cash for incidentals, pet deposit (I am saying both because it was referred to as both at check in.). I had to round up $100 (dealing with all this after driving for 19 hours, they put the cash in an envelope and then the next morning I had to go back and get the envelope and sign the envelope. It was the strangest thing - I have never had to go through that EVER in all the hotels I have stayed at. And the shower was wasting a lot of water and spraying all over - I believe the nozzle needs to be replaced. I didn’t say anything to the staff, I was just happy to get the $100 back. So weird,

Please treat your guests like adults. My husband and I stayed at the best western plus last night. By 930am they called us and asked if we were going to stay another night, waking us unnecessarily after we had checked in after midnight. Check out time is 11am. By 10 til 11am housekeeping was at our door asking to clean. We were out by 11am. I think it’s poor business practice to treat people this way.

I have stayed here several times the room was large and well appointed. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe inside and out. The area has some homeless but the staff makes sure the area is safe

Not a safe area. Full of transients and other suspicious activity that was witnessed within 5 minutes of arrival. Didn’t end up staying and ate the cost for another hotel in a safe location.

Close to restaurants

The area around the property was not taken care of. Broken beer bottles in the parking lot! They need to tell their guest not to drink outside the premises!!

The hotel and the staff were great and was worth what we paid. I just didn’t like the area around the hotel. The businesses and home nearby seemed unkept and a little unsafe although we had no problems. The hotel requires a room key to enter even the front door so there was an added level of security.

The drink station was stocked with UNWRAPPED tea bags! Gross!
