Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort

Parking was easy. There were some minor repairs going on that shut down two floors on one side. Other than that, all was good.

The property is ok. Plenty of parking. Pool is super small. Jet bathtub did not work we paid extra for that. No towels in the pool.

Parking was 100 Staff were 100 and Staff was super helpful only bad part was the owners negligence of their staff and property staff was over worked out manned and had nothing in their favor pool was dirty and ill managed and hot tub also cold had to get the warmers put on mold everywhere no working ventilation in bathroom the air conditioning was all molded up you could smell it through out the property there was even a guest who worked for the NY building inspectors who had threatened to get the property shut down what’s crazy is that they make money off of all the friends and Family of USMC and all other Military in the Area and they don’t take care of their property again staff was very good and helpful the people to Blame are the Property owners or management team staff can only work with what they got

The beds were comfortable. Room overall was clean but there was a lot of trash and candy wrappers behind the nightstand on the floor (saw this when we moved the nightstand to plug something in) and there was some trash on the floor behind the toilet. We went to use the hot tub and the water was not hot. We reported and was told maintenance would fix it but they were not there. Also, reported lose faucet on bathroom sink after day 1 of our 4 night stay and was told again maintenance would fix it and they never did. There is a sign on the mirror that say no room service unless requested however for long stays the room would be serviced after night 3. On the morning after night 3 we told the front desk we only needed clean towels and trash to be emptied. She told us we would need to bring the towels to the desk to be exchanged for clean ones. We are not high maintenance but it seemed like every time we told the front desk about something, nobody offered to help. The only friendly person we really met was the attendant the night we checked in and the gentlemen that tended the breakfast area in the mornings. Also, one of the sprinklers in the ceiling must have had an opening in the ceiling around it and the opening was filled with toilet paper that was hanging down. Not sure we will stay at this property for future visits.
