Stayed for 03 nights with no maid service or restocking. Breakfast was more expensive than McDonalds=sad. Staff very unfriendly and could have cared less about me, shouldn’t they than me when I check out/not me to them, wasn’t I the reason they have a job. How can you list the pool as an amenity and it was closed for the season. You don’t have lifeguards so what difference does it make what season it is, by the was the first week in October is still swimming weather. Walls way to thin, when you hear the person laughing it’s way to thin. I will never ever stay at any Hilton property again. I will happily sleep in my car first. Better service and respect.

The employees did not notify us of payment on self parking at check-in. All of them were very unfriendly weren’t help at all very unaccommodating. The whole staff should be fired. My dad ran a retail store and if they had acted like that there they’d been sent walking. Beds are TERRIBLE. Hard and we could hardly sleep. 😡

Checked in and they could not find one of my rooms. Eventually found it we went and unpack, and I find out wifi did not worked for either room I booked. Front desk says there is nothing that can be done unless I want to relocate to another room. I'm completely unpacked already, so that's not an option. Front desk says they promise it will be fixed first thing tomorrow when house keeping gets there. It was not fixed until late in the following evening. That plus the room keys were continually malfunctioning made it a very frustrating stay.

Hotel’s computer program for issuing keys was down for both days and they had to “let us in the room” Told us it was due storm which is pathetic given the WiFi and electricity are working Every time we want to get back into the room someone had to let us in Did not offer us anything complimentary and some workers were rather nasty about the situation (not all)

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. The building needs some updating and maintenance to keep the brand standard. We were disappointed the pool was closed for the season.

Beautiful part of town with good hotel amenities. Enjoyed the comfortable room. The property was quiet, room was clean. Bathroom had a very nice shower, it was nice to have the option of an onsite bar and restaurant.

Skip this hotel, definitely not up to Hilton standards. Digital check in/out didn’t work and digital key only worked once. Slow service. Room wasn’t ready so we got moved. New room didn’t feel clean..had hair in bed, makeup on pillowcase, no shampoo or body wash, only 1 roll of toilet paper, sheet barely fit one of the beds. A/c didn’t work well. Laundry room not available (we needed to dry clothing but had to do it elsewhere), pool closed despite saying it’s available online. The lobby was nice but had a strong gas smell. The bed was comfy, pillows were pancakes and awful. The photos are clearly old bc the actual chairs/seating outdoors was torn and worn and filthy and/or missing cushions. Coffee urns in lobby didn’t look clean on the outside so we didn’t try any of it or the food. Shower made an awful high pitched squeal when the water was running. Tried to cancel our stay and go somewhere else but the front desk agent “wasn’t qualified to approve that”. Hotels.com was great at helping us though. If you’re just looking to sleep, it’s probably fine for you. If you are going to spend time at the hotel or want a clean place, then I’d go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and location was great! The room had mold in the tile of the shower, paint was peeling in the bathroom. Room was clean but the bathroom felt pretty gross. Not the cleaning staffs fault. They need to repaint and regrout.

What I did notice is a sewer smell in the bathroom. It was also in the hall outside the room and lingered about 40 ' down the hall to the left and right of our door. It seemed worse in the mornings and lighter in the afternoon. We told the staff about it but don't know if anything was resolved.

The property was nice. The lobby was beautiful. Our shower had brown stuff in it and the water dripped constantly. The staff was friendly, but when checking in, the lady had to ask me my name several times, because she was busy talking to other staff and customers.

The hotel is a bit older and could use some updates. That said, the room was clean, the AC worked well, there were free toiletries like shampoo, and plenty of working outlets. I would’ve appreciated thicker pillows and a shower/tub combo. On the positive side, Kirsten at the front desk and Kristi in the breakfast area were both super friendly and are definitely an asset to this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions over the years. It has always been wonderful and still is. Clean and staff is great. Stayed 2 nights this time. First not the ac did not function properly causing us to wake up hot in the middle of the night unable to sleep. Staff was great the next day and moved us to a new room across the hall. This room was fantastic. Thanks

Nick Heyward was exceptional! He gave good recommendations for dining and he was very professional and his smile was super hospitable. I will stay here again because of his attention to detail. My son is 3 and was making lots of noise during breakfast, but Nick came over to our table and engaged my son so that I could enjoy my breakfast as well as the other guests. He was awesome! His service will make us repeat guests to this hotel

Raven was rude, lazy, and unconcerned. Can't have your room cleaned unless you wake up before 8:30am and then let them know. Asked to have room cleaned at 9am was was told I was late. Wont be back.

I prefer staying at Hilton for the courtesy as well as the cleanliness and care of properties. At this property, the desk clerk at check-in was VERY condescending at my having booked through Expedia. I am an HH member, but was unable to book expediently through Hilton, so I booked through Expedia. He made a huge deal about the fact that I was not a Hilton Honors member for THIS stay because of booking through Expedia. The tone and volume of his conversation was embarrassing. He greeted the HH customer behind me effusively, politely and loudly. His demeanor was markedly more courteous with the "platinim HH" customer than with me.

The staff here definitely set the tone for the stay. Every employee I passed smiled and greeted me. They made an effort to help you when needed and went above and beyond to make my experience more than average. If i come back to this area I won't stay anywhere else. Any issues that arose during my stay or fellow guest stays were met with immediate call to action. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. Its in a reallygreat area, 10 min drive anywhere, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and right near a little spanish moss walk that overlooks the marsh. Even among all the Hiltons nearby, i would still recommend this one.

Hotel has been renovated. Rooms were clean, good lighting, bathroom was adequate. I did think the towels smelled a little weird, not sure what exactly. I arrived and left in the dark, so don’t know what surrounding area looks like. It is located a ways back from the main road, so quiet and plenty of parking available.

Great hotel with a nice price per night. The staff was friendly, always greeted us. They also let us check in early which was so nice of them. We need a hotel for two night as we were picking up our son from Parris Island. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the island. There are some restaurants near by. My top favorites by the hotel is there is a Starbucks right there (walking distance) also Publix is about 5 minutes away which was amazing as we were able to order subs for family day. We have another son going into the Marines in June. We will definitely be booking at this hotel again when it is time to pick him up.

We were surprised that for a bit over $150 for the night, no breakfast was provided. Only coffee. Plus we had to provide a credit card for a "key deposit" of $20. When we checked out we were told it was for incidentals. More training needed?

We reserved a pet friendly room, and we definitely received it! When we checked in we received a gift for our cat! It included a list of emergency vet numbers for around the area, a treat, and some supplies for her. We found it super thoughtful! The room was clean and the ac worked like a dream, and the shower was hot, could not ask for more from our stay. I would like to include our bartender made amazing drinks! Fully recommend the bar if you're staying!

I have a problem with ur drink prices. I ordered 4 shots of Bailys isrish cream and it was 36 dollars I feel that is way to expensive as a whole bottle can be bought for 20 dollars. I feel ur prices should be revisited. Other than that the stay was great.

We had a wonderful stay. Paid $7 for the breakfast but wasn’t sure how it worked with the $15 breakfast downstairs. It was my fault. I didn’t ask to find out.
