Extremely Disappointing Stay — Requesting a Refund/Compensation My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected. From the moment I arrived, there were obvious signs that the property is poorly maintained. The room had a strong odor, the carpet was dirty, and the TV stand looked unstable and as if it could break at any moment. The shower had a steady leak coming through a hole in the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable. There were also dead bugs on the window sill. The condition of the property itself was just as concerning. The wallpaper was peeling, and there was black tape on the carpet near the door entry, which looked unprofessional and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, this is a 17-floor hotel with only ONE working elevator. Having only one functioning elevator for a building of this size created significant inconvenience and long waits for guests. This is especially unacceptable when guests are paying for a hotel that should have basic facilities operating properly. This was not one isolated issue—it was a combination of cleanliness problems, maintenance failures, safety concerns, and inadequate hotel operations. I paid for a comfortable and properly maintained hotel room, and that is not what I received. I am requesting a refund or appropriate hotel compensation for this experience. I would also strongly encourage management to address these conditions immediately because guests should not have to accept this!

I had a wonderful room facing both the river and the city. Rooftop bar was nice and not crowded. Staff were helpful and accommodating, especially with late checkout. Overall a wonderful experience.
