Staff were wonderful. Room was clean. Nice full breakfast. Shuttle to & from the airport. Also shuttle to Graceland. Mexican restaurant a few feet from hotel. Reasonable Uber/Lyft to Peabody, Beale st., Pro Bass Pyramid, Stax & National Civil Rights museum. Overall decent hotel.

Over all the hotel is decent. I stayed in room 423 the tv didn’t work, the king size bed was comfy. The room was spacious. The freezer part in the refrigerator needs to be defrosted so that you’re able to place items inside, but other than that it was a great experience. This hotel does have a pool. I did not personally utilize the pool, but it was packed every day I went past. This hotel also has a workout room. I did not visit it. Day two only one elevator worked the remainder of my stay. Staff super friendly and very helpful. There’s also a restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel. That has really great cocktails, guacamole, and chicken tortilla soup.

Breakfast was excellent! Service was great too, friendly staff. Shuttle drivers were friendly as well. Only minus was only one working elevator and the marijuana smell in the elevator. Flickering lights in elevator need repair too, otherwise it was a great experience

Ok for one night, but there were issues. The carpet was worn and actually had holes, the remote needed batteries, the shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the sink did not drain, and the blow dryer did not work. Also, the exit side of the security gate would not open for our truck because, we were told, the truck was too high for the sensor. This made for very inconvenient exits.. The breakfast was good and the room, dining area and lobby were very clean. I would categorize this as hotel as adequate, but would chose another hotel over this one if I ever spend another night in Memphis.

The rooms were dirty. The bathroom had old trash in it, the toilet was leaking, there were roaches, and the toilet paper holder was broken. The room smelled terrible. On top of that, the price was way higher than what was quoted online. It was definitely overpriced for something so nasty.

The only reason I am giving this hotel a 2 stars is because the staff was friendly and the bed sheets smelled clean. When we first walked into the room, we were overtaken with a strong musty/mildewy smell. The floor was dirty, like it not been vacuumed, and there was blood stains on the lamp shade. We were on the 1st floor and had to listen to the outside door slam shut once, sometimes 2x, an hour all night long. Would not stay there again.

The guy (Vik) At The front desk had amazing customer service and made sure to e had everything we needed. Outside of him we never received anyone to come and clean our rooms, the tubs were dirty and rusty, it was loud and trash was always in the hallways outside of peoples doors, and it just wasn’t very comfortable in there just with how the room looked.

The front desk lady was rude. The hotel is utterly disgusting. Our beds had questionable stains on the sheets. Carpet nasty. Recliner chair nasty had stains on it. The towels had stains on it. The toilet was nasty. The shower was dirty. Overall the entire hotel was nasty. It looked like the ceiling was going to cave in due to water damage. The walls were damaged too. We had to go to dollar tree to buy cleaning supplies just to feel a tad bit more comfortable. Never will I ever stay at this hotel again. They need major upgrades & better cleaning staff.

Location was good and it looked good from the outside, but this was definitely a 1 day only trip. The second we got into the urine smell filled room, we saw a roach. The only reason we stayed was because we chose the nonrefundable option. I will from now on always add the extra money just so I can have the option to be refunded possibly next time. I will never stay here again. Seeing roaches made me not even want to take off my clothes or put my stuff down. I guess the a/c being in working condition is also a plus… This place is worth $50 a night nothing more!!! I also forgot to mention but they have a gated property, but none of the hotel doors lock. This is so unsafe anyone could walk in from anywhere at any time.

Check in was amazing, Amy was our most friendly receptionist. Hotel is looking a bit dated and has lots of areas in need of fixing. Bed room was spacious and the bed was comfy. All facilities were clean and tidy. Shower was good. WiFi shocking. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited choice of continental food. Freshly cooked. Airport / Graceland shuttle service they provide was excellent. But the wifi was a major disappointment during our 4 night stay. It was continuously dropping out / not working and when it did was very slow. With the breakfast however there was not enough bread and was not topped up and yoghurt ect were not topped up on various occasions we were there needs someone to fill these things.

No hot water upon arrival. They did eventually get it fixed, but everyone had to wait quite awhile. Lobby and the one working elevator reeked of weed. The one elevator was shaky as all get out. The room was clean and quiet however. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Took a taxi to and from a local attraction. First thing both said was you are not in a safe area. Don’t walk after dark. The note on the front desk stating “there have been many vehicle break ins, leave nothing of value in your cars. We are not responsible”. This should have been a clue. Having said that we never had anything taken over two nights. Our room was facing a concrete manufacturing plant with many “bangs” and large vehicles moving throughout the morning and daytime.

The entire area looked very runned down, a little scary to be honest. Staff was friendly enough but seemed very short staffed in the front. There was a line almost out the door to check in and only one person at front desk who had to keep leaving the counter every 5 seconds to go in the back to grab keys and paperwork or whatever for guests to sign. It looked like there were a bunch of employees just sitting around on their phones a little while after we checked in, obviously the man at the front desk could have used the help checking people in. I must say the place was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice. Hotel definitely Needs updating, as I have been to many LaQuinta Inns, this one definitely could use it! The side door never locked so people could enter the hotel at any time of they wanted. Other than that the room and stay was fine.

I arrived during a shift change. So it took a little while to get check in. The new receptionist was not very friendly. When my keys didn’t working she scolded me for deactivating them. My WiFi did not work and she was not helpful at all. I realize people can have a bad day but taking it out on paying customers is not the way to deal with it. The room was very nice, clean, the the bed very comfortable.

Great location between Memphis International Airport, downtown and midtown, Short distance to Beal Street, Red Birds Baseball, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. The staff is very friendly. The daily house keeping is excellent. The rooms are basic, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good price. will stay there again!

My mom and I stayed here during our trip to the Liberty Bowl last December. The experience was good. The price was very affordable and the gated parking was a plus. The hotel is right next to the airport and even though it is out of the way from the Mississippi River, Beale, and the other key places, finding an Uber was not difficult and affordable as well.

Everything was good service was good breakfast was okay at least it was hot shuttle got us to the hotel and took us back to the airport even after we checked out. Hotel held our bags so that we can go back on Beale Street and then have to carry our bags I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel sheets and towels were white and clean. The room was serviced well, beds made and trash emptied. Breakfast was sufficient but no fruit. Seating in the eating area was dingey The elevator lights flashed like at a disco. ☹️ The side entrance from gated parking needs a good cleaning. The hotel could use an upgrade.

Staff greeted me upon arrival. Our room was ready early and staff gave us a map of the local area. We signed up to take there shuttle to Graceland the next morning. Graceland is only a few blocks away.They also picked us up. Our room was clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed but the frame was made of tin and made lots of noise if you moved. The area was industrial, lots of trucks, noisy highway. Not Clean but neither was Elvis Presley Blvd. A Mexican restaurant and bar next door. Must be good as it was always busy. Breakfast was ok. Juice machine was out of order. So no juice. Water, tea and coffee to drink. Breakfast area could off been kept cleaner. Liked the water machine in hallway. Good for the price. Friendly staff.
