Does not live up to the Sleep Inn brand. This motel is more on the level of a Rodeway. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. They are trying to improve the conditions but it’s old and needs a major remodel. TVs are old technology that don’t receive most of the channels, many of the electrical sockets don’t work. For a Memphis hotel it’s better than most. The breakfast is a joke. Charged my credit card twice for the deposit.

For the price, the room was fine. It very much felt like it was in the middle of a refurbishment with things not fully completed around the hotel.

The stay was absolutely TERRIBLE!! The room that I checked into it was absolutely horrible the room hadn’t been cleaned the bathroom shower still had hair in the shower and all over the floor there was dirty towels folded up as if they were clean. The toilet had soiled tissue in it, the entry way leading into the room had hair and debris all on the floor. There was soiled food in the mini fridge along with melted ice cream that was spoiled..The bedsheets were dirty the comforter was ripped down the middle. My stay was absolutely despicable! And that’s putting it mildly… the staff was no help at all to try to fix the problem. I have photos of the room. the I stayed at this hotel maybe two years ago and it was the best hotel ever didn’t have no problems so that’s why I opted into coming back to it and that was the worst idea I could have ever made. People were outside congregating It was just horrible. It was just horrible. Different kinds of people were appeared to be homeless was standing outside through the door. You could barely get in the door the entranceway because they were all standing there asking for cigarettes and asking for change, again the staff was absolutely no help at all. They wanted to switch us to another room which was on the first floor and someone was out there working on the floor, lifting the tiles it was very loud. I told the manager I was there for work and that noise would effect me going to sleep I was told that was the best they had. Just terrible

This hotel is extremely rundown. My linens were stained and bathroom was dirty. The hallways and general areas were unkept and stuff was broken. Would not recommend.
