The Omni was amazing! Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. It was so clean, sparkling even. The valets & concierge was efficient & friendly, as well as the front desk staff. The room was beyond our expectations. Nicely appointed, decor was fresh & felt upscale. Bed was very comfortable, the the shower had excellent water pressure. Pool & garden area was very lovely. Sadly we didn’t get to take advantage because it was cold, windy, raining & stormy during our stay. Maybe next time. Location was convenient on/off freeway & walking distance to many downtown options. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to visit family.

Omni was great. Service, rooms and meals were all top shelf. One note, the pool are is very small and fills up quickly. Not big enough to support the number of people that wanted to enjoy it on a hot Sat. Get there early to secure a lounger.

Requested a room on highest floor available and received the top floor. Beautiful view. Quiet, far from elevators. Room is immaculate, clean, comfortable. Walked around the property. Very nice gym located on the 3rd floor. Also up scale Mokara Spa and outdoor pool. Bob’s Steak and Chop House on Lobby floor along with Whiskey & Rye bar where I got a good chicken Chef’s salad and took to my room.

This was the second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The first time visiting the pool. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. I would suggest a larger pool- in Texas summer especially. A separate adult only pool would be ideal. Otherwise this is my go to place in Fort Worth

We really enjoyed our stay. The Valet can take a while to get in and out because the driveway is tight and demand for the service is high. The valet staff did the best they could and were polite. Plan on extra time getting in and out of the hotel with the valet service. It does cost around $50 for overnight but parking costs a pretty penny everywhere in this city. We were able to walk to breakfast nearby each morning. The beds in our room were pretty sunk in the middle which made sharing a bed a little difficult. Noise comes right in from the hall, but not so much through the walls. We recommend this hotel and will stay with OMNI in the future.

Great hotel, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are so attentive and always smiling. Room is nice size and was also very clean. Throw pillows and decor could be updated. I would say the only negative to the property is the pool is extremely small so it was not pleasant at all on day one of our stay when it was full to capacity, but that is not really a fault of the hotel since that’s by design. Seating was cramped and we couldn’t actually swim on this date but the hot tub was nice and there’s additional seating and loungers opposite the pool on the terrace. This is just something to be aware of as the pool was a big factor in us choosing a property so we were a bit disappointed. If that’s important to you it’s something to consider. The pool bar is nice with friendly staff. In room dining for breakfast was excellent. We had some of everything on the menu and it did not disappoint in both taste and service. I would definitely recommend the hotel for personal or business travel with or without family and will return.

The staff was very nice. It was a little loud in the morning where you could hear every word of all of the people in the hall. Also, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet in the bathroom in my room. I had brought my own Clorox wipes and had to clean it myself. It made me wonder what else had been left undone. It looked as if there was dried urine on the seat. The rest of the bathroom and room looked really good.

Everything was great. The hire is beautiful, clean, and the staff is beyond friendly. Halle Grace got us checked in and was the absolute sweetest person. Will absolutely stay here again when in town.

I would definitely stay there again. The food was great. But the cleaning not good. They can do way better. It’s sad because this place it’s beautiful. But dirty so that takes alot of the beauty away.

The room was exactly as expected except the bathroom had quite a few hairs around the sink, toilet and tub. I wiped them out and it was ok. We had a toilet that wasn’t flushing and it was very quickly taken care of. All interactions with staff were great.

Property was very nice and great location. The a/c started out nice and cool then got hot around midnight, finally about 6 the next morning it cooled down again, we had it on lowest setting. Also, the water in the shower never got hot, so we took a cool fast shower!

Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay.

Room was not ready at 4:00 PM check in. Room was ready at approximately 4:43 PM. Bathroom drain was not draining properly, water could only run for 20-30 seconds before sink filled up. Noise levels were also abnormally high, sounds from outside traffic and hallways were heard clearly from room. Conversations from inside room could also easily be heard from next adjacent rooms. Room was 653 - Colonial corner room. Room was also much less spacious than pictures portrayed. The iron in our room had black residue on the surface which stained my white shirt. Overall, it was clean. Room lighting was too low. You can either valet or park on the street. I valet but to not have an option for self park other than the street was kind of disappointing. The room walls are thin, you can hear people talking in the hallways and from my experience vomiting. Yuck. Dude next door was wasted and I heard it all. Thank goodness I carry noise canceling headphones.

I booked this reservation to celebrate my wife's recent health victories and the end of her school year. I immediately got in touch with the hotel's management staff who reached out to me privately via text to get everything ready, including chocolate covered strawberries and champagne upon arrival for my wife and I. Lisa the loyalty ambassador who helped us was amazing. Made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms were amazing. They upgraded us to a suite which was like a mini house. Unreal. They take good care of the people that stay with them. We had dinner and drinks at Bob's chop house. Wonderful. From start to finish, the staff, the admin and everyone else involved looked after our needs, anticipated them, and went above and beyond to make sure that that weekend in Fort Worth was special for my wife and I. I arrived in Fort Worth for business and fell ill almost immediately. Everyone from front desk, to housekeeping to Vernan at the bell hop, was very accomodating and offered to get me whatever I needed to feel more comfortable. They graciously let me check out later in the day so I could rest waiting for my business associate to come back before hitting the road. I have stayed at this Omni several times before, and this trip reminded me why I keep going back!!

Inexperienced front desk staff, multiple issues checking in with multiple incorrect charges on my guest’s credit card. Front desk staff claimed they fixed the problem and did not. Staff told me they could not give anything on paper (recipe) showing the incorrect charges had been refunded. After the front desk staff insisted the problems had been resolved multiple times for almost an hour, the manager was finally summoned and fixed the problem. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door at 10:00 AM even though there was a Do Not Disturb tag on the exterior door lever in plain sight. After housekeeping was told we had a late check out and to please not disturb again, they came back to knock on the door again at 10:30 and again at 11:00. I highly discourage anyone staying at this hotel, there are plenty of better hotels to choose from in Fort Worth. I will not be back.

From check in to check out was very smooth. My most memorable moments are coming into the room after house keeping had been there. I can tell that whoever clean my room did it with care, excellence, and it wasn’t just a job, they actually cared about me. The bathroom was refreshed with towels and my items in the bathroom were neatly arranged. My shoes were neatly placed and aligned. The care touched my heart and that person deserves more than a raise but should be recognized.

Decent hotel but massively let down as this is a poor chain with poor customer service. Erroneously charged for WiFi despite being a member and not being charged on check out. Hotel took upon themselves to issue two invoices. Taken a week to fix. Avoid this small chain and go to a Hilton or Marriot chain brand

Excellent location with comfortable bed and quiet room despite the hotel being very busy. Walking during the day is safe, although I wouldn't walk alone at night since it's located at the edge of downtown. There are plenty of restaurants available within walking distance. Expect to pay for parking which is expensive in my opinion. There are other options close by, so check around if you're not going to be using your car much.

Located in the heart of downtown, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. A beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and a mostly quiet area. Loved the room - was very comfortable, and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. Only negative is that there is no street parking, so I’m not sure how people park, other than using their valet service

The steakhouse served us uncooked crème brûlée. The second glass of wine was served with sediments. The waitress asked me to google it and how it was ok to drink. I know what sediment is. A good steak house will not serve a glass of wine with sediment. I expected better.

Wonderful hotel that is walkable to downtown dining and parks. Valet parking is 45/night but there is public parking next door at the convention center garage for 23.00 for 24 hours. We used this option and it was a safe parking area. Asked for a pack and play in our room and staff accommodated this for us with no charge. Love staying at the Omni
