If you are looking for something affordable and clean this is your place. You will pay for what you get, so if you want something really nice and upscale find a $400 room somewhere as this isn’t for you. Almost all Houston hotels charge parking fees now so it was nice that this one doesn’t.

This location is quite run down. There were stains on the bathroom and on the furniture. The elevator scared me with its jerkiness and the grinding sounds it made. Overall it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Right off the expressway. Carpet smelled of bleach with bleach stains. Room a little outdated. Elevator was slow made a lid noise. The price was the reason we chose the hotel and the price for a pet.

Elevator was dodgy af. There were several spills on the floor of soda making it sticky. Surely those have been cleaned up but when we were there they weren't. Lots of construction supplies out in the parking lot. I'd stay here again, though.

I love the stay overall. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is NO pool, NO ice machine, my microwave was pretty nasty….. & some guests were propping the door open so others can come in. HIGHLY UNSAFE! Other than the minor things, the stay was very good! Many good options.

Someone stole their key card machine so we weren’t able to get a key made for our room staff had to walk up to our room to let us in each time which wasn’t really safe and didn’t make us fee comfortable that they had access to our room and our possession but we didn’t and we weren’t told about this issue until after we had already paid

The outside of the property was well kept, but as soon as you walked into the doors, there was a distinct foal odor. The rooms were not very clean either. Overall the inside was very musty and dirty.

Room was clean . Bathroom fixture needs some maintenance. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Protein in breakfast was lacking but for the price of the hotel was compensated for since there are walkable dining options around the area. I would stay here again. It is right next to a highway so there is noise that may bother you at night if that bothers you.

I called ahead because I was going to be arriving after midnight. The person I spoke to ensured me there were no special procedures for checking in or accessing the lobby. However, when I arrived exhausted from the drive, I was met by a locked door and phone to call and request service. The phone rang and rang. I banged on the door and called multiple times... no answer. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone and no answer. I finally contacted the booking service, they called the manager, and someone opened the door. She was rude and just kept saying how it was not her fault that she couldn't hear the phone. She was not kind at all! I am not happy with this experience at all! I travelled to Houston to say goodbye to a dear friend who is in her last moments at MD Anderson Hosptial. The hotel part was supposed to be easy! Not happy!

What a bizarre stay but you get what you pay for. My experience was nothing short of shocking. Upon arrival, I found over ten guests waiting in the lobby, all unable to check in because the only front desk worker on duty was completely unresponsive—either severely fatigued or under the influence of something. No one could wake them up, and eventually, paramedics had to be called. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a complete failure in hotel management. There was no backup staff, no manager on-site, and no way to check in guests until emergency responders arrived. For a business that relies on hospitality and service, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Once I was finally able to check in, the stay itself was mediocre. Room and bathroom did not feel sanitary and I was unaware of the 7 day policy before you can request room service. In reality, I should be requesting a refund for the stay but its not worth the time lol

I stayed here two weeks ago for my birthday. First off the receptionist must’ve been on some drugs, customers were trying to wake her up for HOURS to the point they called the Ambulance out. When she woke up she was tripping out and all over the place. Keep in mind I was trying to get myself ready for my birthday outing, so I was late. Then we get to the room and it smelled HORRIBLE! The drainage in the sinks sucked, the toilet was backed up, and they had visible sticky traps in the bathroom and kitchenette. This place needs some improvement and they need listings on Indeed, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. They don’t do the free breakfast which is still stated on their website - that needs to be updated 2. Pet friendly which was a plus for me 3. Cards easily get de-magnetized. I had to go about 4xs a day to get a new card

The manager in charge refused to honor my reservation twice. He also attempted to contact the police because he had me confused with someone else. When I inquired about a refund through a third party agency the manager even gave them a hard time. Would NOT recommend. The staff couldnt even verify a simply reservation. Thats appalling.

The property is old and very used. A new company purchased the property and is working on updating it. It needs a lot of improvement. Sabrina was amazing. She has been working very long hours and needs help. The reservation was booked through Expedia a month in advance for two beds. However, when we arrived we were informed they were overbooked. Sabrina was had worked a 16 hour shift and did everything she could to help us for the night. She set us up with one bed for the night. We were tired after a long day and were happy to have a place to sleep even though we were cramped in one bed. The next day, we were informed there were no double beds available and decided to look for lodging elsewhere. We hope the improvements and extra staff will help in the future.

Parking was free… that’s the only decent thing that I experienced… the location wasn’t bad but it wasn’t safe, there were literally junked out people screaming in the parking lot all night Friday. The room smelled like a used ashtray from a meth lab. The entire bathroom had to be cleaned just to be used, thankfully i packed cleaning supplies, the air conditioning had a disgusting wet oily substance that I only saw after touching it! The linens were clean thankfully but the majority of the furniture was absolutely crumbling apart. 0/10 if I had another option for my event I would have never stayed, but Halloween weekend had all the other options around me booked up. I will definitely not be staying here ever again.

Not as advertised. For an Extended Stay no kitchen utensils, pots, plates, coffee cups or maker. Grab & Go breakfast suspended since December 11,2023. Told that City of Houston did not renew their food service permit. REALLY! 5 weeks and still no permit. Not even coffee available in lobby. Front desk staff said if you want coffee you have to go to a restaurant or coffee shop. Carpet in entry hallway has wear holes, see photos. Should get money back. This and other Wyndham properties I have stayed at recently are below acceptable. I would think that they would do a better job of setting a better level of property management. Disappointing. Will definitely check the reviews more closely before staying at a Wyndham property in the future.

I like it was not too expensive and have many food places nearby on walking distance. I don't like that room has some kind of smell there wasn't any dishes and utensils also Iron board has some kind of wet spot on it on two places I tried not to put my cloths on that area and in breakfast only they have coffee, tea, Oatmeal and granola bars.

On the internet they offer everything different, the photos are good, but in reality not, everything is old, dirty, the carpets are dirty, it smells bad, and in addition the supposed breakfast is a coffee and muffins or cereal bars, very disappointed with this hotel, We even left one day before the stay for which we paid was up.

This was a quick trip and needed a place to stay close to medical appointmts. The one thing I was disappointed in was it advertised free breakfast which was coffee and packaged cupcakes, etc. at the door as you walked out. The room was ok, but the bathroom is very small and needs updating. Overall, served it's purpose for what we needed.
