The hot tub was not working. The main lodge and restaurant was closed, and the icemaker didnt work. It seemed like the owners are letting the property go downhill during renovations. Basically get nothing for the $50 resort fee. The saving grace is the amazing setting.

What a beautiful location! Right on the river, surrounded by carved red cliffs, Horses grazing in green pastures. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Restaurant on site (which comes in handy as there is nothing in the surrounding area). We had a two bedroom w a balcony.

We did know when we reserved that the main lodge is currently under renovation. The pool was clean, nice and warm with a beautiful back drop. Highly recommend. We were passing through so only stayed one night.

A beautiful property. The rooms(3) (River Kings)were perfect, newly remodeled and the back patios were great and had an awesome view of the river and surroundings. Only negative was the restaurant and museum were closed for renovations and we were not informed beforehand. We enjoyed rafting and horseback riding right there onsite which was great.

The only unpleasant part was checking in at the temporary location, during renovations of the main lodge. We feel like we missed a good portion of the appeal without the lodge and history museum. Otherwise, the accommodations and room was fantastic. We loved having aprivate patio right along the grass for our dog, and quick access to outside for a dog's needs.

Very family friend. Highlight of stay are free classes in crystal bracelet making, essential oil perfume making, a sound bath. Very quiet and peaceful. I wish they would turn off more of their cheerful lights at night so we could see the night sky alittle bit better.

The property is too far from town for shuttle service to activities. Property waited till right before arrival to let usd know about renovations to property restaurant, museum and gift shop. There was a shirt from a previous tenant beside the bed when we checked into room. Laundromat not accepting card only coins, but no sign saying that. Charged $20 per night for parking when there is no other option for transportation.

Gorgeous resort. Most beautiful views. Make sure to know the status of renovations and dining options before you book. We were not told until a few hours before our arrival that the main Lodge was closed for renovations and the restaurant was moved. There were very few meal options in the temporary dining lodge and not the best options. These two situations made a very big difference in the enjoyment of staying there. I would have chosen another place if I had known sooner. The staff seemed to be confused and irritated over the situation and didn’t mind sharing their feelings about it.

We stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge and the location is absolutely stunning right by the river, surrounded by red rock cliffs and horses grazing nearby. It’s peaceful, scenic, and feels like a true getaway in nature. However, one downside was the $20/day parking fee. It feels unnecessary and a bit greedy, especially considering this property is located far from town and sits on abundant open land. It’s not like parking is limited or costs them extra it’s just charging guests to park their car where they’re already staying, which doesn’t sit right at a place like this. We absolutely love the gorgeous setting! Set on the banks of the Colorado river with the red cliffs surrounding the area made it a unique and amazing experience! The staff members were were equally as delightful. Cleanliness was top notch as well. What an awesome place! Loved it!

Beautiful property on the Colorado river. Really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was outstanding. Only complaints: they charged a $20/day parking fee even though spots were plentiful (and even though they didn’t disclose until checkout). No where to eat. The restaurant was insanely inflated with limited choices so we drove to Moab (50min round trip) every day for meals. We were “greated” by a yellow sac spider on our first day. It tried to attack our youngest child but we were able to stop it. We found the cleaners leave the door open while doing their work which was likely how it got in

Reconstruction is taking longer so main bulding is still closed. Food options in the Bronco restaurant are very limited. Got charged twice while using the restaurant only once. Signed bill and then another was actually for someone else and the correct bill not signed was added to our final statement without anyone talking to us about it.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. We were informed the hotel is under renovation, so the main dining area was closed off. We decided not to eat here for this reason. The temporary dining area looked too small and crowded. The renovations are so new, it felt like we were the first to stay in the room. The did not give us enough towels and we were shocked that there are no towel hooks in the bathroom. Probably forgot that during the renovation process. Our only real problem was that the room locks need to be replaced. We were locked out because of a problematic privacy switch and even the maintain guy couldn’t fix it without going through the back sliding glass door. We also would’ve liked the property to be dark sky certified, so we could enjoy the stars. It is lit up like a Christmas tree. Otherwise, nice spot to get away from the busy town and into nature.

We absolutely loved this property and its location. It was very authentic looking and the road leading up to the lodge was gorgeous. The only negative was they never told us that the restaurant, that we had a reservation at, was closed. The space that they put the makeshift restaurant was no frills, had an incredibly limited menu. They should have called and asked if we would still want the reservation under those conditions and we would have declined.

I am very disappointed after my second stay at this property. I feel I should have been told of the change in ownership to Marriott Bonvoy and informed the dining facility was undergoing renovations. The best memory of my first visit was of enjoying the amazing food and drink with an incredible view of the Colorado River at sunset. On this visit, the dining options were significantly curtailed for all meals and the property didn’t have a liquor license to serve any adult beverages. The employees were doing their best with a poor situation and tried to be upbeat given the limited facilities. I would have expected the new corporate owners would have been sensitive to the atmosphere and culture that made the previous property so inviting. Unfortunately, the new ownership didn’t have the consideration to post the changes on the website or inform scheduled guests of the limitations with the property prior to arriving or making a reservation. I hope the new owners will have an interest in retaining the rustic charm and uniqueness that made this property so appealing. Thank you.

Gorgeous resort. Most beautiful views. Make sure to know the status of renovations and dining options before you book. We were not told until a few hours before our arrival that the main Lodge was closed for renovations and the restaurant was moved. There were very few meal options in the temporary dining lodge and not the best options. These two situations made a very big difference in the enjoyment of staying there. I would have chosen another place if I had known sooner. The staff seemed to be confused and irritated over the situation and didn’t mind sharing their feelings about it.

We spent an amazing 2 days enjoying the welcoming spirit of this place and Moab’s unforgettable nature. The quietness and comfort of the lodge cabins alongside the Colorado river were a perfect fit for our family of 5. We can only praise the culinary quality proposed by the restaurant, serving local specialties on the terrasse deck overlooking the river and surrounded by the red cliffs. The pool was also a highlight much appreciated after a day hike in the blazing heat. Congratulation on the level of service and welcoming staff that support the amazing location of the accommodation.

Great room and location. It would have been nice to know that the lodge and restaurant were closed for renovations. Also, the facility lost power for the majority of one of our days, it would be been nice to have some communication from the hotel about this and anticipated return of power.

We loved it! Great cabin! Nice dinner! Amazing to have a cabin right on the Colorado River! And those beautiful red cliffs! Great place to stay right close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park and also Moab for dining and shopping!

I really loved this property but there is NO cell service. It was stressful because I had a sick pup at home and no reliable service. We really loved the facility but a bit of a damper on our stay being completely out of reach unless we drove into town which is about a 15-20 min drive. I would recommend if you are looking for an off the grid experience. The views from our room were spectacular!

Excellent location - Convenient for Moab, Arches, canyonlands. Go for Patio/balcony for a gorgeous view of the river, for lazy watching of a sunrise, sunset and stargazing. A special place.

The Red Cliffs Lodge is situated right along the Colorado River and surrounded by the majestic red mesas and buttes Moab is known for. It's not too far from the town area and close to many hiking trails. Would absolutely recommend this place for stays around Moab!

We stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge and the location is absolutely stunning right by the river, surrounded by red rock cliffs and horses grazing nearby. It’s peaceful, scenic, and feels like a true getaway in nature. However, one downside was the $20/day parking fee. It feels unnecessary and a bit greedy, especially considering this property is located far from town and sits on abundant open land. It’s not like parking is limited or costs them extra it’s just charging guests to park their car where they’re already staying, which doesn’t sit right at a place like this. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot and we enjoyed the setting, but that parking fee felt like an unnecessary upcharge in the middle of nowhere.

Reconstruction is taking longer so main bulding is still closed. Food options in the Bronco restaurant are very limited. Got charged twice while using the restaurant only once. Signed bill and then another was actually for someone else and the correct bill not signed was added to our final statement without anyone talking to us about it.

The location is beautiful and the rooms are big and very comfortable. Beautiful views! The only downfall was that it was still under renovation which made it difficult to find the registration desk and the restaurant was very limited with food choices and no cocktails. My husband and I were excited because it said the renovations were to be completed by the time of our trip but it was far from that. We had to walk a short distance to find the ice machine which was empty! So we had to walk back to our room and drive to the registration area to ask for ice. Just minor things but overall we loved it.

We stayed here during Covid and it was amazing, amazing food and just an experience. The property location is amazing! Very beautiful. That said, this time it’s been purchased by Marriott and they’re doing a bunch of renovations. I get it. The restaurant has been moved to a small building, and has literally like five things on the menu. They are pretty subpar probably frozen things, they also offer no wine or alcohol of any kind. After booked a non refundable night, was sent email saying they had restaurant renovations. When arrived, learned restaurant is a few hundred yards away, so had to drive, Restarant where located has no liquor license, and nearest available store or restaurant is back in Moab, an hour round trip

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary in UTAH. We did enjoy the property. There was a walk around to where you could get down right on the Colorado river bank. Right outside our back patio was the horses to view under the red mountains! Very cool. The drive down to the lodge was very BEAUTIFUL! The play out of the room was great! I rate this place it a little lower due to it was a very special trip for us and after notifying the hotel that it was our Anniversary, it wasn’t mentioned plus we were charged $50 per day for hotel fee and parking. It cost us $100 since it was a 2 day stay. When I asked about it, the lady told me it would have been listed in fine print. Of course!
