The property is old and not updated. The stairs are dark and steep; there are no elevators. The Rassidon next door looks like a newer facility.

Stay elsewhere. Stayed twice. First stay they claimed no booking / reservation was found. 2nd round of stay few weeks later bathtub slippery and crumbling. Beware no elevator also. On-site staff unpleasant and also quite rude. Hotel staff also not very truthful. Would not move us to different room claimed fully booked but they were not. Stay elsewhere. Not worth it at all. I stayed at this hotel because it was dog friendly. It was clean and quiet and there was a good area for me to walk dogs. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I think first thing you see is outside. When flower bed are over grown with weeds. Flower pots have a few fake flowers. It shows no one cares about appearance. So, if outside where i can see is unkept. How bad is it where i can't see?

This place is a dump. Broken wooden steps leading to the entrance door. Dirty entrance doors and windows. Garbage overflowing the containers at the entrance. Toilet seat was loose and slid to the side. Oddly, the mattress was very comfortable.

Nice folks working the property, but it is in need of repairs and updating. Our bathroom door appeared to be warped, possibly from water damage and it left a gap when closed. The sink had chipped paint, and there were paint marks in the shower. The rear entrance was marked closed while we were there. The breakfast that was included was sparse, although the make-your-own waffles were a hit.

Easy to get to but the parking lot needs repair.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars to offset the bad reviews. This is a Days Inn, not a luxury hotel. Everything was clean and quiet. For budget travelers, it is a good stay. If you have a lot of luggage, get a first floor room a (there is no elevator).

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a budget hotel for a reason so I was not upset by much. It's fairly loud since there is no carpeting in the rooms (at least, not our single king room on the first floor) or hallways. Accommodations are older but get the job done. Room was clean and that's the most important part. The parking lot could use plenty of repair but I'm sure funds are tight.

The cleanliness was a concern in the room Carpet seemed stained and dirty in spots. Musty smell. The bathroom had visible mold behind toilet and in shower. Overall bathroom didn't seem clean. There was no kleenex, no shampoo or conditioner. The positive was comfy clean beds. Continental breakfast ok, just waffles and cereal. Good coffee.

This place is run down to say the least. It’s a place to sleep but it’s not the cleanest and our TV was broken, there were dead bugs on the windowsill both in our room and in the hallway, crazy “funky” foot smell, stains all over the carpet. I’d recommend staying next door at the comfort in.

This hotel is old, needs major updating and our room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Ceiling had mold spots.

The bathroom was dirty and out bathroom door wouldn’t close and the door was smashed up. The sink and bathtub were peeling and our room smelled like mildew. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly though

The rooms were quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms ver very inexpensive which suited my needs completely.

This is the least expensive of three adjacent hotel options on the north end of Stevens Point, with quick access to I-39 and US10. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The other two places are a Baymont and a Country Inn. both of which I have stayed in before. This place is probably the oldest of the three. While the rooms seem to gave had fairly recent renovations, the room style is a bit outdated, but I don't care about that. My main issue was with the bed in my room. It sagged down towards the middle, so it was awkward to sit in the best without listing sideways. I found that i could not sleep on my side facing towards the edge of the bed without rolling onto my back. I don't know if the problem was the mattress or the box spring, or both, but it seemed worn and run down. My other issue was the hallway near my room and bathroom area in my room smelled awful, almost like a wet dog had vomited while mating with a skunk. I tried to complain about these things at check out, but nobody was at the desk and did not show up when I rang the bell.

It was a decent hotel. A little on the old side. Bathroom tiles, carpet etc could use updating but nothing too terrible. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. For the price, I was ok with the place.

The room had a decent sized mini fridge, but the bed was uncomfortable it made my back and neck hurt and i already have back and neck problems, we stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t come into our room once to change towels, i had to ask for it, we weren’t in the room much though because on vacation so it did the job, but it’s definitely an older building and an older hotel, we didn’t do any breakfast we woke up too late, the TV remote stopped working half way on the first night

We asked for and received a guaranteed LATE check-in. Clerk was very kind, courteous and efficient.

Lisa at the front desk was very nice and got us our rooms quickly. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. We were late getting down to the free breakfast but said they would leave it out if we wanted something. Very nice staff.

Check in was very easy, she had everything all set and we were allowed to check in early.

Staff was some of the best I have experienced. Thanks for the friendly stay!

Very unprofessional front staff.

Terrible customer service is the one thing that you can expect to have consistent at this property.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No hot water, no AC, the tub would move beneath your feet when you moved in it. And every problem the front desk had an excuse for (for the tub, it was that the tub was fiberglass and there was foam beneath it, that’s why you feel it move beneath you….sure, let’s go with that). The woman at the front desk also loudly said my room number, and where my room was in relation to the parking lot (we were on ground level). Which is a BIG security/safety no no. And the breakfast was just choices of bread and jam, some danishes if you were lucky, and watered down juice. We were told after explaining all the issues that management would contact us. Went a week with no response, and I called three times when supposedly a manager would be there just to be told they’re not in, call another day. Had to go through Expedia support to get some of our money back. If you book here and have problems, you can go to the support line of whatever you booked through, or go straight to Wyndham corporate.

Just an all around bad experience there... Starting with the so called manager sitting behind the desk... Cared more about his phone then he did about the problems i was having regarding my lock on the door the tv inside the room the answers i received by this young person was outrageous not only un called for

The hotel had really nice staff, a great breakfast and takes pets. It was close to where we needed to be so we didn’t have far to drive. There is a Caribou Coffee right there too.

This older facility was clean and the staff very accommodating. Great location … right off the interstate … several restaurants within a block or two.

This Hotel is located in a wooded area. Every morning while I was Having my morning coffee in my room I would open the Drapes....Every morning there were deer, ducks, squirrels right outside my window. Some mornings the deer came right up to my window!!! What a joy it was to see these animals so close up!! Great choice of restaurants nearby, Grocery store and gas station nearby. Room was clean and well kept, Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The price was Great!!

Good location, close to the downtown

The room is very run down.The tub was full of soap that was dried, enough to where it suds up when we ran the shower. They did not honor my two hour late check out. The breakfast was minimal and they didn’t offer anything to call it a breakfast. I’ve gotten more at a continental breakfast. The milk was a gallon left out for everybody to use and was warm. They did have free coffee in the lobby all night. But they closed the small eating area so you couldn’t sit. The rooms were loud and we had gaps under our door and the security lock was not installed properly. I was glad we were only here one night.

Average hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Got what we paid for. Very limited breakfast.

The property was located within walking distance to the college, bars and food. It was clean but dated. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out quick. The continental breakfast could be better. The juice dispenser didn't work and food options limited. Workout area okay. A good place for the price.

Clean, big room, king bed was comfortable, great price, accommodating to my needs. Only stayed 1 night. A bit dated, didn’t miss the pool and other amenities, breakfast was scarce but probably because few guests on Dec 1st. Would come again

Room was showing signs of wear and tear, but everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was limited, but delicious. Make-your-own waffles was my choice. Yum. Coffee all day long.

The number one thing that impressed me is that the inside was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lacking. The exterior is "tired".

Staff were nice but this property is really run down for a Days Inn. Toilet ran all night long in room 125. spray painted shower was peeling. Breakfast is an all carb offering ... not an egg in sight. Lesson learned.

Very old but clean. Breakfast was very minimal to say the least however their waffles were delicious. No decaf coffee offered. Was quiet and ample parking. Wouldn’t stay there again.
