The hotel was very clean and staff so nice, only problem was pool chlorine wasn’t checked when it opened and when my son swam innit it was checked and found out the levels were high and my son need to get out .

The facilities were so clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, enjoyed the hotel lobby area with tables, lots of seating options, and the fireplace. I used the workout room one one occasion and found the treadmill easy to use. Plenty of parking and convenient to a couple breakfast spots and town.

We specifically chose this hotel so we could get away for the day/night so the kids could relax and go swimming. However, the heater in the pool was not working and the water was so cold; the kids just sat and shivered. Needless to say, they didn't get to go swimming. We brought it up to the front desk and it was basically brushed off saying the heater wasn't working and that the water was just a little cooler than normal. No, it was unbearably cold. No apologies, nothing! So we basically paid to just sleep at this hotel. Would not recommend based on this alone - seemed very unprofessional.

The hotel was clean, the room comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The staff was very nice. We had issues with the wifi, it wasn't very strong but I just switched to my own data and that's not an issue for us. The only issue is the pool floor is rough. My son's feet, and my own, we're getting eaten up by it.. it was sort of like sandpaper. The pool was great even with that, it didn't slow him down from wanting to go there.

Showers and water were terrible. No napkins or Kleenex in the room. Very far walk in the freezing cold hallways to the pool. No hot tub in the pool area. Loud music on speakers in the hallway that I could hear in my room.

There was no hair dryer in the room. Garbage on the chair. And no extra toilet paper. It looks like someone didn’t finish making up this room. I did learn that next time I go to a hotel I need to do a thorough walk through as soon as I get there.

Convenient location, well maintained property, room was clean. Very noisy, staff didn't seem to enforce quiet hours as we had a ton of kids screaming through the halls and outside well past midnight. We needed extra blankets as two beds were equipped with only sheets and got attitude about it from the staff. We were only given one room key as they were running low, which wouldn't have been a problem, however it continuously stopped working to access the building.

The hotel was clean, the laundry available was great to have with a softball tournament happening. The lobby was spacious and allowed us to all hang out as a team. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious for the three of us. The bathroom was also plenty big.

My room was huge and the fire place was a nice touch. Only complaint was not enough extra seating for my family in my room. We had so much space but not enough seats. They brought desk chairs from their rooms

We accidentally left an item in the bathroom. It has been very difficult to reach this hotel front desk. No answer after many attempts.FINALLY reached the event/convention person. Gave me the number of housekeeping but nobody ever returned my call. I would never recommend this property

Very friendly staff and a clean, comfortable hotel. Onsite restaurant Amber Grill is very good. Andrew, the front desk clerk, was super and helpful to us. I highly recommend staying here.

Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and kind. If we ever make our way out here again I know exactly where I will be staying. Haven't had this pleasant of a hotel experience in a long time. Keep up the great work!

I noted I had a dog in my comments and told the lady at the front desk as well during check in. There was never no mention about they have a no dog policy. The next morning a maid chase me down and confronted me in front of numerous other customers and said I cannot have animals here and there will be an extra charge. They charged me $170 dollars. The room was only $110 per night. What really upset me if that I tried to call and talked to a manager to discuss the matter. Left my number numerous times and no one would call back. Poor service

First off, the staff! They are all attentive, personable and helpful. Whenever we needed anything for our large group, they were on top of it. Beds were awesome and room was clean.

We had stayed at this hotel in October and were ver happy with it that was why we booked again. Our on disappointment was we booked with breakfast included and it somehow didn't come through on our reservation. We couldn't add it after we got to the hotel because we booked through expedia.

Stayed here to be able to walk to where I was going. Checked with the hotel prior ot booking to verify that the restaurant/bar would be open in the evenings, was told it would and then when I got there it wasn't. Could buy food and drink from the front desk, but the entire idea was to be out of the room. Breakfast was decent, pools are a good size but could be deeper. Proabably will stay again due to location but would rather be elsewhere.
