the pool tiles appeared dirty. The pool ladders were old and too short. As a senior I had difficulty getting out of the pool. The dining room was very nice. The expectation to not take food to the room when the room has a fridge and microwave was odd and the manager kept eyeballing us.

The rooms were quiet and safe. Sorely disappointed that the pool wasn’t running. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean, older but clean. Beds not the most comfortable but slept well because room was quiet.

My kids were excited to come swim and when we got there we quickly learned that was a mistake. The pool has a coating of grime around the whole thing. When we finally got settled in the room we realized the room was not in much better shape. Would have loved to enjoy the breakfast but was too scared to try it. I’ve stayed at a lot cleaner hotels for way less than this one cost per night. I should have checked the reviews but would have never thought a quality named hotel like Ramada would have been that bad.

Bed was ok, there was no coffee maker in the room even though they had them downstairs. The property was being remodeled but there was no where to set stuff. We were in town for a funeral and booked for 4 days. 2 of our grandchildren and our daughter came and swam in the pool. They were there for 1/2 hour at the end of the night…we were told no one who wasn’t staying in our room could swim. Management was nice. They had hardly anything for breakfast, so we ended up having to go get food elsewhere. We won’t be back…

This place was a dump. And to call that a continental breakfast is a stretch. Good thing there was a Mcdonald's next door. Service was poor and the owner's attitude was really bad. No spa as advertised. The worker said it has been down for 10 years. Ice machines not working.Desk clerk taking their kid to work all day. Horrible cleanliness problems.Never again especially when their was 4 other hotels within walking distance to this hoter.

When I pulled into the parking lot it was boxes of something at the front door. And then I continue to check in and the employee was sitting back in some office/run like she didn't see me there. So I got her attention and she came a checked me in. I went to me room to look it over and the floor was dirty like it needed to be vacuum. And I didn't have any wash clothes in my room at all. So I went to the front desk to report it and the lady said you don't have any wash clothes I said no and the floor is nasty. She stated that she will get me some wash clothes and that's all she said. So I left out for a couple of hours and came back she had the washcloths at the front desk so she gave me two. I proceeded to my room and I got off the elevator and it smelled like Marijuana I immediately started coughing because it was hard for me to breathe due to I have asthma. I reported that nothing got done. Then I go in my room and their was a roach crawling around. And showed then the video and nothing was done. I won't be staying at this hotel every again.

Ask for a spare pillow and had no extra pillows. Really ? One pillow. Then black mold on shower curtain and floor had some kind of plastic things all around we cleaned up and the guy with dealt with the first check in was an ass. He needs a attitude adjustment bad. Wont ever go back there again

I found two bed bugs when preparing for the evening, reported this and left the hotel without staying the night. I told the clerk but did not receive a refund for my stay. The first bed bug was found ~7:30pm going across my pillow. I then switched to the other bed and saw a bed bug crawling in the sheets. I squashed both bed bugs, took a photo and brought them to the desk clerk. I checked out ~7:45pm and went to a different hotel for the night since I didn't want to get bitten overnight or have bed bugs get into my luggage. At least room #208 needs have a solid pest extermination

Good economic choice if you’re traveling. Breakfast was mediocre. My room has problem with air and heat was stuck on. Going into the room in evenings was like walking into the gates of hell. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is kind of aged but other than the air in one room having issues (other room I had did not have this issue). I would return on personal travels.

The TV in my room had no signal. The staff member tried to fix it by unplugging and plugging it back in. When that didn’t work he kept saying he would talk to someone else to see how to fix it. I asked to be moved to another room and got the run around. I talked to the manager in the morning and got no resolutions

Rooms Definitely need updating. Bathroom was grungy and was missing grout surrounding about 1/4 of the tiles. Front desk employee was pretty rude on more than one occasion. There was however a very helpful front desk employee on the 2nd day of our stay. Pool was nice and I do think they are in the process of updating the outside at least so maybe the inside will be next.

The ceiling was leaking and the bed looked messed up with dust on the furniture. When asked to move rooms was told there were none available. When my family and I went to walk out they said they had a room. Poor service and when I called to complain they hung up on me.

This modestly priced stay was all we needed. Yes, the facilities are dated, but the room was clean, and the desk manager was helpful. There was also an indoor pool that was available. The bed was a little firm for my taste, and the breakfast was simply cereal, waffle, or oatmeal. No hot foods like eggs, etc. Even so, I ate my fill of Frosted Flakes! No real complaints. We just needed a place to sleep and this did the trick. We would stay again.
