Oh man. This has to be one of the worst places i have stayed. Started with the parking lot not being plowed. Then there were no automatic doors. Getting in the door was a struggle. The check in was dumb and she took a copy of my cc. Why? I am sensitive to smells and this place has them all. It just goes on. What a mistake and never again.

The attempt of the Baymont to offer a kindness of early check-in was complicated by Hotels.com with the effect of almost causing a rift between the hotel's reception and us. Through a stellar effort by the hotels management, the early check-in was accomplished. The room was adequate and served the night's purpose. The hotel itself had its own situations with which to deal including employees not showing up and an installation of a washing machine having difficulty. All in all, with all things considered, our stay was very pleasant and safe. I would consider staying there again, in the future. Good location, easy to find, near shopping and restaurants are its hallmark with a good layout of rooms, attractive lobby and a adequate breakfast offered the traveler.

The hotel is a little rundown. I was surprised that there was no elevator. It was hot in the stairwell and hallway. AC was not turned on or bad air circulation. The room was also hot when I first arrived. The hotel hadn't bothered to turn on the AC to cool the room, even though they had my reservation for several hours before the 3 pm check in time. Parking lot needs to be restriped.

We booked this hotel due to a limited number of other options in the area. The property is located well back into a dead end, industrial-like cul-de-sac area that was pretty poorly lit for a name-brand hotel like Wyndham. It felt pretty isolated. The building had some immediately noticeable maintenance issues with paint and loose, dirty carpeting in the stairwell up to our room. There was also a large number of stink bugs in that same stairwell that were infiltrating the building somehow. The room had many of the same issues and really needed a fresh coat of paint and some other updates to be fully comfortable. The bath towels and rags were worn through and dingy looking. The bedding was clean and the bed was still suprisingly comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very kind and it appears to be a business run by a husband/wife. I did not see any other staff besides them at any time. I suspect the upkeep is too much for what is a purposefully small staff. The price was still acceptable for what I received.

Hotel is in decent condition for it's age. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They are still displaying a notice blaming the barebones breakfast on the Covid. I have stayed in several Baymont properties this summer that are back to serving a full breakfast. At least the price was in line with the service provided.

There is no coffeemaker, but coffee is available in the lobby. One problem was the air conditioner, which would not stay on. Our room kept getting hot and we had to keep turning it on and off to get it to work. Breakfast was OK. The area is fine, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Shower was clean and warm, bed was comfortable, staff (the ONE they have) was kind and attentive, and there were no bugs - although this looked like the kind of place that would definitely have them. Those were the positives. There’s no elevator, which I didn’t learn until after they’d booked me on the second floor with a full cart of luggage. It looked dirty and extremely rundown in general, yet was somehow relatively clean. There are three pieces of exercise equipment and two of them don’t even work, and their “maintenance man’s” idea of checking them was to push buttons. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy-looking water, a couple of pieces of bread, OJ and two kinds of cereal - none of which looked appealing. The TV had squiggly lines all the way through every channel, like I was 13 again and trying to see through Cinemax’s squiggles to catch some skin. Spent 10 minutes trying to track someone down to checkout, as nobody would answer the phone. It was fine for a single traveler just looking for a cheap place to lay their head, but I would steer clear if you bring or family or expect the general amenities - breakfast, workout room, TV, elevator - to be present and usable.

Horrible smells and very dirty place. Would not recommend staying here. The bed was comfortable. Musty odor. Spider in bathroom. No bath towels. Don't let other positive reviews fool you. I would never stay there again. No breakfast either other than some muffins. I wouldn't eat there anyway. I feel mislead by other positive reviews.

Place was pretty nasty inside and out. Had two rooms for 1 night. Hallway smells like animal urine,. Dogs barking,TVs blaring, people arguing. My smoke detector went off at 6am for no obvious reason. Shower didn't drain. And we got back to the rooms around 9pm and neither of our keys worked. We're told it was our fault for keeping the key too close to cellphone. Would never stay here again, couldn't even look at the breakfast. Dirty motel

Room smelled terrible - musty and moldy - probably due to leaking toilet that caused huge puddles. Staff seemed very unprofessional and hotel seemed to be mostly empty. Not recommended.

Room was very dirty no clean towels the shower had opened soap sittin i. The shower and bed had dirty sheets. Also their was old food left in the microwave so nothing was checked. I have the pictures but this app will not open to upload them

I was there for four nights for a business trip. The employees were incredibly kind. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs dramatic updates, not only aesthetically but with infrastructure such as plumbing and HVAC. My AC was overwhelmingly loud for the the first 3 days and then barely worked the last day. Inside the drawers were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. It smelled mildewy and just a general lack of cleanliness.

It was relatively clean but our toilet screamed all night long. The air conditioning unit made a weird sound and the towels felt slimy almost. The room was clean but there was no coffee pot. The breakfast was just an extremely thin black pepper gravy with some biscuits that has seen a better day. We chose to not eat there.

Noone at the front desk multiple times! No towels in the bathroom. Called front desk, no answer twice. Third call got an answer and asked for towels. 40 minutes later left hotel and came back a few hours later and a single towel had been delivered to a room with two people in it. If their that stingy with providing clean towels makes me wonder what else are they skimping on.

Registration process was grueling slow. They have difficulties finding our reservation. It takes about 10 min. per customer. There was a long line that went well into the night.(hours long lines). The king bed had a broken bedframe. Room smelled!! We had to change rooms and that room was a bit cleaner, but also smelled bad. We had to get Frebreze just to spend the night. Walls had stains from spit and buggers. Carpet is dirty. Our "buisness" chair was broken.

It was okay until someone came in the room with Do Not Disturb sign was on the door, I always put the do not disturb sign on the door because I like my privacy and I don’t feel comfortable with people I don’t know coming into my room. I stayed for 1week and the last night I was there I noticed that someone had entered my room, The toilet seat was lowered and they took 1 washcloth and left 1 clean one, they didn’t replace any of the dirty towels?? They also raised the temperature on the air conditioner? The air conditioner did not work well and the 1st night I was there I didn’t sleep well because it was to warm in the room, so the next morning I turned down the air conditioner to 60* and it still wasn’t very cool but I could sleep okay do I kept it there. I was not happy that someone came in my room with the Do Not Disturb in the door!!!

Check in took over a half hour. Only 1 person was there before me. Not friendly or apologetic. Rooms were still being cleaned at 9:30 pm when we arrived. Room itself was fine. If I hadn't already paid I would have left.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Was mostly quiet. Not many other people seemed to be staying when we were. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Never made it early enough for breakfast, so no ratings for that. Husband was happy with the coffee, which was an A+. Overall happy with the service, location and facility.

The hotel was clean, check in was smooth and friendly. Good location. My only complaint is they charge for late checkout, and even tho i was given an extra half hour to check out at 1130am, 3 different people knocked on my door at various times. Totally unnecessary! I was out at 1125am

The attempt of the Baymont to offer a kindness of early check-in was complicated by Hotels.com with the effect of almost causing a rift between the hotel's reception and us. Through a stellar effort by the hotels management, the early check-in was accomplished. The room was adequate and served the night's purpose. The hotel itself had its own situations with which to deal including employees not showing up and an installation of a washing machine having difficulty. All in all, with all things considered, our stay was very pleasant and safe. I would consider staying there again, in the future. Good location, easy to find, near shopping and restaurants are its hallmark with a good layout of rooms, attractive lobby and a adequate breakfast offered the traveler.

We booked this hotel due to a limited number of other options in the area. The property is located well back into a dead end, industrial-like cul-de-sac area that was pretty poorly lit for a name-brand hotel like Wyndham. It felt pretty isolated. The building had some immediately noticeable maintenance issues with paint and loose, dirty carpeting in the stairwell up to our room. There was also a large number of stink bugs in that same stairwell that were infiltrating the building somehow. The room had many of the same issues and really needed a fresh coat of paint and some other updates to be fully comfortable. The bath towels and rags were worn through and dingy looking. The bedding was clean and the bed was still suprisingly comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very kind and it appears to be a business run by a husband/wife. I did not see any other staff besides them at any time. I suspect the upkeep is too much for what is a purposefully small staff. The price was still acceptable for what I received.

The room itself was very good. The Bed was comfortable, but the blanket and sheets seemed old and discolored. The hall smelled like mildew. The Breakfast was terrible. There were no danishes, only sliced bread. There was instant oat meal or grits, add hot water. There was biscuits and gravy but the gravy was extremely watered down. There was a waffle maker, but the batter was so thinned down that your finished waffle was hollow on inside. The lady behind the counter was very slow so we had to wait in line several minutes to check in. We had two couples ahead of us and each couple took 10 minutes. Which means we waited more than 20 minutes before she got to us. We paid over $80 for one night's stay. We will not return.

Horrible smells and very dirty place. Would not recommend staying here. The bed was comfortable. Musty odor. Spider in bathroom. No bath towels. Don't let other positive reviews fool you. I would never stay there again. No breakfast either other than some muffins. I wouldn't eat there anyway. I feel mislead by other positive reviews.

It was relatively clean but our toilet screamed all night long. The air conditioning unit made a weird sound and the towels felt slimy almost. The room was clean but there was no coffee pot. The breakfast was just an extremely thin black pepper gravy with some biscuits that has seen a better day. We chose to not eat there.

Hotel is in decent condition for it's age. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They are still displaying a notice blaming the barebones breakfast on the Covid. I have stayed in several Baymont properties this summer that are back to serving a full breakfast. At least the price was in line with the service provided.

I put the "Do not Disturb" sign out all the time. Twice someone came into my room while I was gone and twice they came in before I could make it to the door. The microwave was dirty and breakfast was toast, cereal, waffles, or biscuits and gravy. The gravy was as thin as water. Not up to the standards of a Wynham.

I am having a long-term stay here as I shop for a house in the area and have been grateful to find such a comfortable, affordable, and friendly inn. The people who run it are extremely welcoming and helpful and have made it a pleasure to be here. It is a nice and well-run place to stay. They have left me alone as I spend a lot of time online working at my goal of finding my new home. The WIFI is excellent and dependable. The coffee is available around the clock.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, though the room smelled stale upon our initial entry and some of the drawers hadn't been wiped down. Once we wiped them down ourselves and sprayed Lysol and air freshener and wiped off all the furniture and appliances ourselves, the overall appearance and beauty of the room stood out and made our stay entirely worthwhile. The hotel staff should have done that, not us.
