Sleep Inn Decatur I-72

Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. Front desk lady wasn’t pleasant. When asking about the hot tub. It’s been broken for a long time. One of the main reasons we picked that hotel. Did not like booking through Hotels.com as if the refund issue.

The elevator was a rough and scary ride. Just 3 floors. It had no inspection label that is required by law. The window in the room would not close tight-the wind whistled through the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was empty with 2 hours left and no one around to fill it. Will not stay there again.

Easy check-in process allowed me to go straight to bed.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The service was wonderful the rooms not so much doesn’t look like they put money back into the rooms. I had to change rooms three times. The third room ended up being a king suite it was the cleanest of the three.

Clean rooms staff was great breakfast was awesome and kids loved the warm swimming pool wish the hot tub would get fixed thats what i love the most
