We arrived at 10pm and check in was smooth with friendly reception. Plenty of parking, even with lots of rooms I use. Second floor room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. Fast, easy check out with, “have a great day” from staff as we left.

We booked to have a swim party. As we were checking in they told they had closed the pool on a Saturday to add chemicals. We were treated very rudely by the foreign staff. We eventually left and went to another hotel.

So I booked this hotel versus some of the other hotels in the area that were comparabky priced as they had some negative reviews about the pool, cockroaches, or bedbugs. Basically I wanted a clean hotel. The staff was nice as they let us check out at noon the next day instead of 11 as we asked the night before for no additional fee. However, we got there at maybe 5 PM on a Saturday and they were already out of towels, and when we went swimming the next morning, they continued to be out of pool towels. There is also a dirty diaper wrapped up by where the pool towels should be from Saturday evening and continued to be there Sunday when we checked out. I told the staff about this and they basically shrugged it off. The beds in the bedroom have space underneath them, which I don't enjoy in a hotel because things can get lost but underneath that space, there was what I hope was part of a chocolate cake. I did not want to sniff it to find out. So the positive things about this hotel are that the staff seemed nice. The room was ready when we got there the breakfast buffet had a waffle maker, and was on par with what I would expect from a continental breakfast. The TV in the room seemed fine, although it was at a weird angle And the beds were comfortable enough. The swimming pool was a little small, but it was warm enough and it was open. There was no hot tub by the pool.

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 220. IT IS OVER THE POOL AND COMPRESSOR. ROOM SHAKES AND COMPRESSOR KEEPS YOU AWAKE. That said, 2nd night in another room was excellent. Very clean Comfort Inn. Parking for Veterans is appreciated. Room was nice and quiet.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, awesome shower, delicious breakfasts, workers friendly and efficient knowledgeable, reasonable and would stay here again. They took such great care of their comfort inn and suites so clean and inside pool nice and clean had elevators so no going up stairs.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. When we checked into the room it smelled awful, a mix of weed and stale air. Bedding was ok but pillows had a smell to them as well. when we went into the bathroom we found a dirty rag still hanging in the shower. The most disappointing experience however would have to be the breakfast. We got down to the breakfast area early on the second morning and saw the employees putting fresh food on top of food that had most definitely been there since the morning before. Needless to say we won't be going back.

The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpet in front of the mini-fridge was heavily soiled and needed cleaning. Everything else was clean, fantastic, and in excellent working order. We had a comfortable stay.

The first impression walking in was great — the lobby looked nice and the front staff was friendly and welcoming. However, once I got to the room, things went downhill. There were quite a few stink bugs, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the tub was stopped up. The room also didn’t smell very good and had a faint hint of smoke. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing and not worth it. Overall, great staff and lobby area, but the room cleanliness and quality need major improvement.

Moldy mildew smell overwhelming as you enter front door. Bathroom floor was not swept well, wrappers on floor, black stain on some towels, rust around fixtures in tub. Went to get breakfast at 8:30 all tables were dirty, no cups for coffee. food all over breakfast bar, waffle batter all over the dispenser. A guy came out & said he was going to close up breakfast & I told him that my daughter was coming. He said he would keep it open another 10 min. Then he disappeared without bringing cups requested. There were no eggs left & no syrup for waffles. We checked out & went to get breakfast.

this is a very nice motel. Room and lobby area looked very clean. As was the breakfast area. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short by 1 day due to upcoming snowstorm. I was really hoping to get a credit for the 2nd night that we did not stay. I don't care about the money back - but would love to get a credit back for one night in the future here. My daughter lives in the area so we will definitely be back! I spoke with the manager on duty who told me I'd hear back in 2 hours (Saturday morning at 9 am) but still have heard nothing.

this is a very nice motel. Room and lobby area looked very clean. As was the breakfast area. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short by 1 day due to upcoming snowstorm. I was really hoping to get a credit for the 2nd night that we did not stay. I don't care about the money back - but would love to get a credit back for one night in the future here. My daughter lives in the area so we will definitely be back! I spoke with the manager on duty who told me I'd hear back in 2 hours (Saturday morning at 9 am) but still have heard nothing.

I stayed in this hotel last year and the breakfast was horrible so I thought I’d give it a try again and they have changed it. It was decent. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was so so comfortable.

The room was in poor condition. Sink cracked, black stains on the carpet, fingerprints on the bathroom door, leftover food in the refrigerator. Staff at check in seemed uninterested in checking us in. Didn’t explain the $50 deposit until I asked why the bill was higher than I anticipated. Breakfast bagels were frozen and the apple juice was water. Overall disappointing.

The only thing we did not like was the breakfast area it was NOT KEEP CLEAN . No one wiped off the tables the whole time breakfast was being served. They did not wipe the steam table off nor the waffle maker area. The waffle area never had any clean cups to get the batter with. The coffee cups were not crept stocked nor the juice glasses
