Nice hotel with amazing staff! However, everything seems to be closed down. The pool was closed, the bar and restaurant were closed due to renovations, microwave wasn't working, only one staff upfront, no one replenish our room with toiletries, and only one elevator was working for 5 floors of guests ... the good thing was, the room was very spacious with a pull out sofa, sink, refrigerator, desk, etc. Breakfast was eh. Nothing fancy.

Hotel was advertised as having a coffee place and a bar but had neither. Took almost an hour to get a room after check in time. Room was not clean - hair and random pieces of trash everywhere. Wont stay here again, will go to the Hilton next time

We were without water two of the 4 days we were there. They just handed us a bottle of water and said they had to work on the plumbing. On TWO different days... no refunds, no discounts, and more importantly, NO NOTICE. On the first morning they were cutting the drywall immediately adjacent to our room door. It was very loud and disruptive, scaring my daughter. I have requested call backs from the onsite manager multiple times without a call back. This wasn't my first time at this hotel but it will be my last.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to search for parking. There were probably 25-30 spaces available for guests to park and the rest of the, already small, lot was full of construction vehicles and debris. There was no outside lighting and the area was heavily treed, which is lovely, but the trees are in bad shape and don’t allow for any ambient lighting either. When I suggested to the front desk person that these were disconcerting things that should be addressed, she said simply that management keeps saying that improvements are coming and that she too feels unsafe parking and entering the hotel. When I said that I would be complaining and writing a bad yelp review, she said that mine wouldn’t be the first. The elevators are terribly slow. The carpet in our room was ripped. The mattress on the sleeper was stained and there was no bedding. The bathrooms are small and uncomfortable with no ventilation for the steam from the shower. The shower had, what appeared to be, mold/ mildew. We went to the pool the following day and my nephew found two roofing nails on the pool deck and a piece of curled sheet metal IN the pool. There were no towels by the pool and there were yellow jackets in the bushes by the fencing. The positive aspects were the staff. Adele was very pleasant and always smiling and talked with my young nephews quiet amiably. Several other staff members were friendly and provided decent service. The breakfast was good and the water pressure amazing

The room is spacious and in good condition. However some members of the staff have a bit of an attitude as if you are disturbing them from what they are doing. The front desk area behind the counter is full of strange equipments, including a watering can. We spent 4 days there, on arrival the tissue box was empty and housekeeping never came in to make the bed, empty the garbage cans or check on the toilet paper situation. We took out the garbage ourselves. There are many hotels out there and hopefully I will not use Hyatt again.

Hotel overall was dirty. Bugs in water pitcher. Floor dirty in lobby and elevator. Food floor greasy. Incredibly loud at night. Toilets flushing, people walking. Could hear everything. At breakfast all 5 coffee carafes were empty. Frozen meal from the little store was $20….just over all a disappointing stay.

First the staff were fantastic. However our room was not. The sofa had pet hair on it, the bathroom was way too small, the grout looked moldy in places, especially around the toilet and the door was hard to close. The a/c rattled all night long. The room refrigerator had its on noisy issues. We loved the lobby and the grounds were very nice. The best part was location and Mrs Beverly who made sure the morning breakfast was nice.

Employees were rude and were on cell phones. Room was not clean. Floor was sticky and turned our socks black. Bugs in bathroom floor,two bottles of conditioner instead of shampoo, phone didn't work, crumbs in sofa bed and shower head trickled water. Didn't get room service so we has to go get towels ourself and take out our trash. Elevators were filthy too. Worst hotel stay ever!

Floors in the room, bathroom and isles were dirty and sticky. Bathroom floors were slippery. Didn’t even get water. Instead we were given excuses that water bottles will be delivered after 2-3 days, but we could buy water bottles right behind the reception for $3 per bottle.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so very pleasant and nice and helpful. However, when we checked in there is a huge cockroach on the floor that was thankfully dead but that really bothered me. There are also multiple stink bugs crawling in the window area and it didn’t seem like the floor had been vacuumed.

The overall hotel is nice, but the rooms could use an upgrade. The rooms are layed out in such a way that there is so much wasted space. It the “living room” area was moved closer to the door, there could be 2 King Beds instead of 2 Queen Beds. The bathrooms had broken tile and a moldy shower curtain. When there was an issue with the toilet, we had to wait for the front desk associate to bring up a single plunger that had “6th floor only” written on it. Can Hyatt not afford a plunger for each room?

The desk and service staff, the comp breakfast, were great. The hotel needs work, though our room was nice enough and fairly recently renovated. The elevators seem like they're on their last leg, and the common areas are a bit more rundown than I expect from the Hyatt chain. Some of the coffee cups in our room were not clean on arrival, which was unpleasant. The shower had good water pressure. The beds are fine, not great. Pillows are the wrong firmness for the mattress, but fine for a night or 2. Had the price been much higher, I'd be more upset by the quality of this stay.

Bed 10/10 room was 5/10 as we had a room in the back 318 and the streetlight shine bring the entire night. 😕 No drapes in the room but simply a shade that did not block the lamp post so literally a bright street light laminated the entire room.

Our stay was good. The only complaints were that the mattresses needed to be replaced (backache) and the elevator was slow and needed cleaning and maintenance. Only one was operational. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Front desk was overall friendly and attentive-always a plus. I did ask for towel service and was given two wash cloths and the floor mat with assurance of receiving towels-never happened. A bummer but I always carry towels with me in case of emergency.

I can't really rate the property because I didn't get my room. My flight was delayed so I called and let them know I would be late but was still coming. She said as long as it was by 2 am. Upon landing it was 1:30 so I called again saying I'm still coming. I was informed they were sold out and had no room. I booked and had already paid for my room. I was told to call expedia to find something else. At 1:40 am. I'm giving a star because 15 mins later she called back and said their downtoen location had a room. The downtown location were fantastic to us. They were confused by the whole situation.

Upon check-out, I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the front desk manager. As my key cards were collected, there was no greeting, inquiry about my stay, or expression of appreciation. Instead, I was met with a curt, “What’s the room number?” followed by, “The $50 will be put back on your card in 5–7 days.” This interaction felt transactional and dismissive, and it left a poor final impression of your establishment. When I booked my stay, I paid an additional amount for a high-rise room with a city view. Instead, I was placed on the third floor near the elevator, which significantly detracted from the experience. The “city view” was virtually nonexistent—limited by an obstructive balcony structure—and the location near the elevator resulted in excessive noise and constant disruption. Throughout my stay, the noise level on the third floor was unacceptable. Doors were slamming, guests were laughing and shouting in the hallways, and there was even someone yelling inside the elevator as it passed by my floor. I asked the front desk staff about the situation, only to be told—rather irritably—that they were the manager and had just arrived. While they mentioned the possibility of moving rooms, I returned after breakfast and was unable to locate the staff member to follow up. There appeared to be little interest or empathy regarding my concerns. I can' add the rest, but my room AC was very loud and people on the floor were extremely loud.

Staff was great and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Blinds did not work in my room so I couldn’t open them. Elevators need a little updating. Restaurant/bar is not open for dinner/evening service. Market doesn’t sell wine, so bring your own if you want a beverage after a long day at work. Breakfast was good each day with main dishes different from the prior day. I felt safe traveling alone on a business trip. I will stay here again as I have many times. It is convenient with easy access to 385, restaurants and shopping. The airport is close by as well.

Overnight trip with the family to Greenville to see a show. Checking in was great, very fast. Front desk agent was very friendly. Rooms were very nice, modern, clean. Bathroom was smaller than expected, with sink inside the room rather than in the bathroom and toilet was lower than expected. But it didnt take away from the experience.

I absolutely loved my room. I had a room with 2 double beds. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The staff was also very friendly. Checking in and out was great. The only downside was one of the elevators was not working quite right. The door kept sticking before it closed. The other was breakfast. All the carafes that hold coffee were empty and the hot food was all cold. Maybe they want you to warm it up yourself in the microwave but ya breakfast was rather disappointing. Other than that I thought everything was great and will probably stay here again if I need to come back to Greenville

Online this hotel shows that it had access to a bar within the hotel. Upon check-in, we were advised that the bar was closed as they did not have a current liquor license and they only offered food to go upstairs as part of room service. Our whole reason for picking this particular hotel was because it had a bar and we were very disappointed. This should have been updated on all marketing platforms.

The property was fine. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. My biggest issue was dealing with Expedia. They charged me $121 for my 1 night stay. When I left the hotel I got a copy of my invoice for my stay and it was $90. Expedia charged me $31 more. I would have been better off just dealing with the hotel.

This was a phenomenal seamless stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Beds comfortable and my room was safe secure very clean. The pool was clean and refreshing. Totally enjoyed my stay. Will recommend and stay again .
